From the SURE Ventures annual report to 31st March 2025.
"The Company has investments in Sure Valley Ventures, the sub-fund of Suir Valley Funds ICAV and Sure Valley Ventures Enterprise Capital LP, amounting to £13,920,570 (2024: £5,932,789) and £815,138 (2024: £300,014)"
So that translates to £6,960,285 for SVV1 & around £825,000 for SVV2 regarding MFAI's direct holding in those funds at that date (31st March).
You then have to add on £1.8M for the direct Getvisibility holding, as well as the value of SURE Ventures holding plus Low6 & Precog & the investment in SVV3. The 1,816,790 SURE shares at £0.85 = £1.544M
So far that comes to £11,329,556 (with 3 other values still to come), against MFAI's assets which came to £10,793,000 net at the 31st Dec 2024 (£11,143,000 of actual investments).
I'd say the other 3 investments come to between £750-£850K in total.
So MFAI's assets in Q1 actually increased in value compared to a decline for SURE thanks to MFAI's direct investment in Getvisibility & the value of it on MFAI's books previously.
MFAI's Q1 NAV per share (excluding the directors in the money 13.3M+ options at 0.25p) will be under 2.2p when all said & done.
