YES - AEG might well RNS it or put out a Reach-RNS, but they can only do that if they actually know about it!

There a 3.8% minority shareholder in Alpha Prospect, some of the stuff Alpha Prospect put in the news article they might not have known until the weekend since some it has come from 3rd parties.

Well lets see what happens given I've now got near enough 1% of AEG (5M shares)

Its Price Sensitive, because if AEG put out an RNS regarding the Alpha Prospect update it would move the share price given AEG is currently valued at £665K & 3.8% of Alpha Prospect on its last funding round was £94.4M or £3.5M to AEG

That is 5 times the current share price & they may soon have a chance to monetise some of that valuation, which they haven't been able to do for a while.

So Alpha Prospect will have listed joint ventures - which should increase its valuation & then have a listing whereby its shares can be traded as well, thus giving Alpha Prospect shareholders the chance to exit some or all of there holdings.

I would strongly suggest the implication of this is that the value of Alpha Prospect is going to be a lot higher than £94.4M going forward & thus AEG's 3.8% of it is going to be worth considerably more as well.

At the conference the Strike Foundation updated recent global developments towards a future commercialization framework. After 13 months of intense R&D, partnership negotiations and IP validation, the Foundation has formed a strategic partnership with Rockpecker, an international Indian based manufacturing company. Recent product development has included the manufacture of 24” Thunderstorm Generator spheres which have been successfully tested with jet turbine systems.

South East Asian Licenses

Alpha Prospects is in negotiations with the Strike Foundation to purchase licences for a number of additional countries in South East Asia. The Company already holds licences for Thailand and Malaysia as well as the licence relating to Chimneys in India.

Consolidation of licences in the region will facilitate the production and distribution of the technology. In particular manufacture of larger Thunderstorm Generators suitable for incorporation into data centres, industrial complexes and energy systems globally.

It is envisaged that the Plasmoid Power facility in Thailand and the Rockpecker facility in India will work together towards this goal. A formal announcement is expected imminently.

Yes its about time HUI got the OO stuff formally sorted, especially when they ended up lending OO £1.1M minimum & possibly more ( meaning HUI funded its 49% share during the trial & tribulations OO had in 2024 where performance was way below expectations & extra unforeseen funding was required) & yes one of the questions should be "did the 51% holder put up there prorata amount of funds to fund the business during that period or just HUI"

Hopefully we'll get a proper update some time very soon either by HUI or via OO

Sorry too many things on the go this morning especially with undisclosed AEG information!

As far as I'm aware its still in the same state as before, where HUI has exercised the 49% option (which was originally for the loan of £500,000) but have ended up loaning OO over £1.1M as at 31st Dec 2024.

I found this earlier this morning & I doubt the AEG board of Directors know about it either given Alpha Prospects website hasn't been updated properly in nearly 6 months.

For those that don't know AEG owns 3.8% of Alpha Prospect which at its last funding round was valued at £94.4M giving AEG's holding a roughly £3.5M valuation.

The Tesla Tech Extraordinary Technology Conference, often referred to as TeslaTech is an annual 5-day event held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dedicated to energy inventions inspired by Nikola Tesla’s work. This year’s conference ran from 6th August through 10th August.

Presentation by Dr. Robert Haralick.

On Friday Dr Robert Haralick delivered a pivotal presentation validating the foundational science of “Confined Lattice Fusion”, extending the work of Martin Fleischmann and incorporating insights from the original 1934 paper by Oliphant and Rutherford. His explanation of the Alpha Omega Ladder will provide context for the upcoming release of Thunderstorm Generator Science (official book launch expected in September). Dr Haralick, who has been collaborating with Malcolm Bendall since 2023, also presented mass spectrometer- verified data showing the elimination of carbon monoxide, reduction of CO₂, and the increase of oxygen levels using the Thunderstorm Generator System.

Wow ETH + 9.1% SOL + 10.4%

I miss typed $4700 for ETH around 5pm this evening when it was in fact at $4470 at that time its now at $4615 it could be $4700 by the morning the way it is going. SOL wasn't up much earlier & now its up over 10%

Going to be an interesting morning for sure

So if they invested roughly £150K in ETH its probably now worth close to £200K, the £150K in SOL is now worth £160K & that left £50K of the last raise to cover running costs in the meantime. They may even have been trading there holdings & increased there value above the figures I've given.

Then there is the Alpha Prospect holding of 3.8% which based on its last funding round in 2024 had a valuation of £94.4M giving AEG's holding a value of @ £3.5M

All of that & more against a current market cap of @ £665K for AEG
