Lack of news & failure to delivery what was previously said.

They were expected to get a number of deals over the line in July & have clearly failed to achieve that.

We don't fully know the answer for it, it might be that they were so busy building & testing these 20 units that they didn't have the capacity to fill urgent orders! (which wouldn't be a good sign going forward) or those orders failed to materialise for whatever reason.

The reality with AIM & THRU has proven it to me multiple times - holding a stock nowadays in the vast majority of cases results in a loss. You need to get out on the rise & wait for it to fall back to a reasonable price & then buy it back & wait for the next piece of news. I think I've missed out on 4 chances to at least double my money on each occasion with THRU if only I'd sold out on the rise.

Part of the problem was I had made a good profit 1st time round & went back in at to high a price 2p thinking it would run again & it didn't. then didn't want to bank the loss & each rise since then never got back to 2p. I could have sold for 1.8p a couple of the times but didn't.

So you just have to go with the flow sadly. I'm too used to buying a stock & holding it which is part of my downfall, I need to be far more proactive.

I'm sure the next THRU spike will come at some point its just a case of when!

If they had got some of those expected July orders over the line it might well have broken 2p & possibly 2.5p with where it was at the time.

Things get difficult when you don't have a lot of capital & there are many opportunities out there that have really good potential. It becomes pot luck as to which one is going to spike on news next & even ones you want to be in long term you need to recognise the spikes & sell on them & then buy back lower to either bank a profit to invest somewhere else or increase your holding from what it used to be.

Well your 2 family member trades did finally appear on screen !

As I write the true price seems to have increased to around 0.515p - 0.523p which is very tiny indeed.

The official spread you currently see on screen is 0.48 - 0.53p however if you look at the trades that have gone through, buyers have been getting stock at between 0.513p & 0.517p whereas anyone selling has got between 0.503p & 0.505p

Which makes the spread very tight indeed, far better than many shares that's for sure.

So yes the headline numbers are off putting, but the reality on the ground is far better than that.

I see someone sold 200,000 at 1.225p yesterday! ouch

We are now 60 days on since the last Ohrid update, which according to the company would equate to 3 x 20 day cycles. So in theory the $$$ should be pouring in & thus allow OO to either repay some of its HUI debt or allow it to expand the facility more quickly.

A little more digging around on the Aptamer website has given me this information....

As at 7th August 2025

Shareholder Percentage

Dr John Wardle 8.14

Oberon Investments Ltd 6.47

Pathcelerate Ltd 6.40

Nicholas Slater 5.57

Dowgate Group Ltd 4.96

So Northern Standard is in actual fact = Dr John Wardle.

Pathcelerate Ltd is in fact Dr Adam Hargreaves - Non-Executive Chairman of Aptamer.

Only 8.57% of the shares are not in public hands.

Looking at the list, Aptamer has a very small number of shareholders who have 3%+ of the company, so the shareholder base is pretty much made up of Private Investors by the looks of it.

Fredd1eboy & anyone else who didn't take the time to do a bit of research on the TR1 issued yesterday.

Would have seen the headline % decrease & thought that Northern Standard Limited had reduced there share holding from 9.0589% to 8.1424%

When in fact all that has happened is the Northern Standard Limited % holding of Aptamer has been adjusted to take account of the 2nd share issue on 28th July.

The RNS's from both the 9th of July & 7th August show there share holding to be 216,666,667 shares on both occasions.

Your right APTA has suffered huge dilution previously, but has maneuvered itself into a position now where that shouldn't occur any more, indeed as soon as they reach breakeven they should start to buy back there shares aggressively.

If you look at some of the small drug companies there shareholders are continually getting diluted to heck, because of having to continually fund trials etc. Whereas APTA's running costs are now low & they also do paid work & as per a recent RNS one partner is funding X members of staff for the next year!

Very true, but unlike a lot of companies, APTA isn't on the hook to pay for the testing or trialling of these products & thus isn't subjected to the same sort of appalling dilution that others are.

£5K &10K buys going through now ......... so clearly there are a few investors out there who like APTA's risk/reward profile.

If there is going to be "material news" discussed in the Webinar, then they could RNS either after the market closes tonight ahead of the Webinar or tomorrow morning before the market opens!

By the way this mornings trades look very strange indeed hard to make head or tail of it! with all those 0.483p trades then some at 0.481p then suddenly one at 0.49p & 0.497p !

Is there a few large delayed buys still to show up, because the offer price never seems to move up that quickly without volume. Or is it just MM games.
