The other thing I'd say, is to get in touch with the company directly (since your not going to the GM) so they have your contact details etc, & make them aware that should they undertake a further fund raise, you'd like to participate in it (without giving them too much info as to how big a participation you might make - dependent on discounted price & use of the funds) so you don't get diluted without any input from yourself. At least that way you should get the chance to be involved if it suits you rather than missing out & only finding out in an RNS after the fact.

You are the only one who knows where all your AEG holdings are etc, you could have a SIPP with more than one provider as well as dealing accounts & ISA accounts again with potentially more than one provider.

So you'll need to give an overall holding figure, but I'm guessing you'll have to give a breakdown of the overall figure by institution as well.

If your going to the GM today 20th August, I'm sure the company broker/NOMAD can give you advice about how best to fill in the TR1 etc as well.

Looks to me from reading that, that they are looking to have or connect a nearby solar farm to that BESS location.

I was away looking at the GM notice for tomorrow & in it found the following on page 5 of the document from 30th July 2025

"the 508,043,764 Ordinary Shares in issue at the date of this document"

So 508,043,764 is the current number that should be used to calculate TR1 disclosures.

So 25M = 4.92083% Tradescore

That's a lovely holding to have :)

However I think you've under estimated your holding!

As far as I'm aware I think there are 507.5M shares currently in issue which would mean you actually own 4.926% of AEG.

Hopefully it turns out very profitable for you.

If only HUI had understood to explain it in a similar way they might actually have caught shareholder & investor attention with the RNS, Its very good saying you can produce it for X but if you don't put out an indication of the likely sale price of it (Y) then no-one knows how profitable it might or might not be when you deduct X from Y to see what your left with.

The problem is they didn't explain that in the RNS or say what the likely sale price of H2 would be.

Thus confusing investors & doing nothing to boost the share price or attract investors to look at the company.

Just a really poor RNS from start to finish.

Very surprised by the lack of trading this morning compared to Friday, especially with confirmation that they still have their 3.8% of Alpha Prospects.

Simply doesn't add up.

Clearly some group of people whether Telegram, X or another decided to P&D it on Friday & went in hard from the off to create interest.

I guess they hadn't re-stocked there accounts in time to do the same again this morning!

So when you look deeper you will see the progress Alpha Prospects has made in the last year in its recent update.

AEG's holding is worth £3.5M (multiples of the current share price) based on Alpha Prospects last funding round & an exit (or part exit) may soon be achievable.

For those that don't know AEG owns 3.8% of Alpha Prospect which at its last funding round was valued at £94.4M giving AEG's holding a roughly £3.5M valuation.
