I honestly doubt anyone on the Shareholder list would be selling at that price, especially with what they've seen going on in the background.

Very strange that they wanted a much higher buy price early today compared to yesterday's close & then an 8M sale goes through (highly unusual for them to give you a quote for such volume nevermind the price.

Well that means there's some stock to be picked up! just wish I knew when that mess I'm stuck in the middle of will be cleared up so I'm able to top-up.

I wish I could read that article but I can't get past the cookie settings :( but yes your having the same thought's as I did ! That would be a lot of new inventory - if VPP was now allowed to be applied to it - having previously being barred.

That would be a massive boost.

Your right about several things in your post, like why they haven't as yet put the article in a blog post or such like.

SB does need to communicate more with us, absolutely, but lets get the building blocks in place 1st of all ie the Programmatic solution up & running properly, is imperative, that means testing in real live conditions with real brands etc spending real $$$.

Maybe SB hasn't reacted to it because it would valid the connection more & put more heat on the subject rather than less ? we simply don't know & sadly don't have enough info to go on, to judge the reasons behind it.

That TF1 find is another really good one, show the exact Mirriad rectangle that is shown on Advfn now! plus the different font with the "ad" bit not in bold!

We've got to be very careful here, MTH having ( or being requested to take it down) is not a good sign at all. We can't afford to Jeopardise these relationships of her's. It compromises her ability to react in the way she naturally wants to & so much more (Integrity, trust to name but 2).

Damage that could affect TDMA or the Diverse Market place or mean us losing revenue that the business really need right now (& thus affects us greatly as well).

We've got to think & act smart.

I'm not in anyway way saying to stop your research, but please take a few minutes to think about whether you should post it here & what the ripple effects might be.

We simply can't afford to compromise the one person we truly BELIEVE in to deliver the goods for Mirriad & ourselves.

Probably explains why MTH had 5 new followers overnight (after no change in her number for like 10 days). She was clearly somewhere or interacting with a new group of people yesterday for that to happen & it could well be to do with Bad Bunny stuff !

They no longer have a 3rd Feb deadline it was extended to the end of Q1 to make that final payment.

SWLC maybe they have received some milestone payments, but they also need working capital as well .....

Only time will tell who was right & wrong.

Yes this is the last $400,000 payment from the settlement agreement from around 3rd Feb 2024.

However I don't believe the company currently has $400,000 in its bank accounts to make that payment with & will have to raise cash from the markets to fund it.

Yup, massive sells since 11:49 & no-one will have made any money on them as NTC had already sold all its 0.08p specials.

Maybe there is a placing going on today & that was some of them forward selling it !

My goodness look at all the comments today ! as the share price hits another new low! just as well NTC & the structured deed doesn't exist any more otherwise that would have been a good few million more shares going to them.

Looks like there going to have to call another EGM pretty fast if this continues, they'll not be able to raise enough cash with the authority to issue just 377.5M shares (without getting approval to raise the maximum number of shares in issue above the 1.6Billion current limit) to fund that $400,000 payment this quarter.

Well FastCars, I hope you pay more attention to the speed limits than you have to SCGL market cap.

£60M your having a laugh, effectively there are 2 Billion shares in issue as it is so at 7.75p a share that puts the company market cap at between £150 - £160M already.

But don't let that ruin your P&D exercise, even although everyone is now aware of SCGL's true market cap

I'll hopefully get an update on when the transfer issue will be fixed later today so that I get my holding increased further!

Merciaman, is right you really do need to do your own research & form an opinion accordingly. Mirriad is different to a lot of companies in that it doesn't put out as much news as we would like (I've only been here since April 2024) partly due to the agreements it has signed.

Merciaman ask's legitimate questions, I think virtually everyone is in agreement that Mirriad will either succeed or go bust, there's no middle ground really. Either the business model works or it doesn't & the answer to that will no doubt become apparent in the coming few months.

Personally I don't see the major institutional investors or even PI's supporting it further unless Mirriad shows that it does have a viable business model.

I do think Mirriad has opened up a number of new avenues recently to try & widen the use of its technology, with the Shopify stuff (that they've not told us about get) as well as Benlabs (combining both PP & VPP) & possibly this sort of personalised signage ( see this for an example - https://www.linkedin.com/posts/neha-a-a26a24230_success-isnt-about-power-activity-7282771003292741634-HJOP) again not made public in any way yet.

I don't think 2024 could have gone much worse for the company they made a strategic error at the start of 2024 by moving to what they termed (Programmatic mode) before there partners had & couldn't just go back to the old Manual mode. Programmatic mode - turned out to be a problem, not only was it months behind schedule it didn't work end to end through the complex set-up of USA advertising (might be worth you looking at the September 2024 webinar Nileshnilesh2003 to get a real feel for the issue).

Revenue as been the issue but a lot of that is down to that earlier mistake.

Since September we now have measurement working through ispot & the Programmatic Solution is in testing, its just a case of how quickly Mirriad can start to show real traction & revenue growth (if at all).

With no revenue coming in it has enough cash to last to approximately 7th August currently while burning £8M annually or @ £23K a day with no revenue coming in whatsoever.

So the programme air's in 3 countries (Germany Austria & Switzerland) & has 4 episodes in Season 3, each 90 mins long, 2 have been aired, 2 still to be shown 30th Jan & 6th Feb ! (so that's another 6 hours of inventory that can be used in future)

Volvo now joins a long list of Auto Brands who have used VPP, I guess Ford & Tesla are the 2 main outstanding ones.

Revenue in Europe was around £250K in 2023, that figure is meant to be around 40% higher in 2024, so lets say £350K for 2024 (or £30K per month on average). That figure needs to grow a lot in 2025 to help the business overall. We also get a lower amount of the gross spend by the advertiser due to a completely different system to how the USA works. We get 20% gross so around 16% of the net amount spent by an advertiser after the cost of doing the VPP process (in the USA its @ 25% gross 20% net).

So some revenue will be generated in January & the rest in February.

I guess we just have to wait to find out what else the creatives came up with ! & into what programmes it went!

Certainly looks like we're getting a bit of momentum going at the start of 2025 & that's before the Programmatic Solution fully launches.

Yes the comments in the 71 Entertainment Group post are very interesting indeed.

This would appear to be quite an extensive Volvo advertising campaign, what you'd really need to know is the length of each of these inserts, are they just a couple of seconds or are some of them like 10 secs long. All of which make a difference to the revenue earned.

The real interesting question lies around "BRAND'S virtual placements in OTHER FORMATS IN THE COMING WEEKS. Stay tuned!" so other than poster insertions what have the creatives been doing ? video play in the background of the volvo, an actual vehicle inserted in some of the scene's, or even a moving one!

What's clear & undeniable is that Mirriad is earning revenue in January 2025 & that in itself will extend the cash runway beyond 7th August 2025. How far depends on how big these campaigns are.

It would indeed be good to see the directors buying in the market, but there is no way that is going to happen until they at least give investors a much clearer update on what is going on with the business.

They have to much unreleased info in there hands for them to be allowed anywhere near the shares - talks with 2 Major Content providers, 2 ad agency-groups, shopify, Universal-ad's, Programmatic solution!

& that's just what we know! there might be a few other things that we don't have the slightest clue about going on!

Just need patients.

Well I'm not sure when news will be forth coming.

They might have something to say via a USA press release (not RNS) in an afternoon if SB is in the USA (has happened several times previously)

Otherwise I'm not kind of expecting anything until at least 7th /10th Feb maybe, but they could of course completely surprise me & have something to say sooner than that!

In the meantime the more stock that's hoovered up & in long term hands the better.
