I'd really appreciate it if you were to send in that email to the Mirriad Board of Directors stating your holding etc.

And also perhaps That you really believed in VPP but have become totally disillusioned, frustrated etc with the Board of Directors & the total lack of informative information the company is providing its shareholders with & that unless something substantive enters the public domain in the next few days, you'll be another of the top 100 shareholders to leave the share register this month.

Or whatever you feel is appropriate, but I think its important to get it on record how poorly they are communicating & informing/educating there shareholders.

As this will be a topic that will be discussed at length yet again at the AGM & there will be consequences.

While the lack of news from Mirriad is very frustrating indeed.

I've become a lot more comfortable as to the possible outcome that we'll see at the end of the day, since the 7th Jan update. Thanks to 2phevs research its pretty obvious that a lot is going on & we're simply not hearing about it.

I do still worry about Programmatic & look for confirmation of its official launch daily! getting that would de-risk the situation substantially & just leave them to prove that the business model there using actually works.

The current cash runway is also a worry, especially as we have no idea at all as to how much revenue is currently being generated.

But if you asked me to say how much the success or failure chances of the company had changed since late 2024, I'd say the chances of outright failure had dropped 85% since then.

I don't want a takeover, I want the company to remain independent for as long as possible because that will give us the biggest return on our investment's in Mirriad.

I do believe in MTH & like you I'm here for the big payday & holding on to my precious shares for the long term (other than for a trading parcel).

I'll re-view the sizzle reel again I must have missed that bit.

With Benlabs, that's exactly what I was saying yesterday, they can go back & ask there PP multinational, if they want additional exposure in the film/series (through Mirriad) its just a case of the Brand/multinational having the budget to do so & wanting the added exposure etc.

The CEO podcast is a good view/listen, the guy explains things very well & simply :)

Everything seems to be moving towards in-content engagement for advertisers to get the consumers attention.

On the Benlabs stuff interesting that the post was about GM & Microsoft (no mention of Tide) & clearly all the PP took place along time ago maybe what early 2024.

So it just demonstrates the size of the Benlab pipeline that Mirriad will now be a part of, its just going to take a while for stuff that we are now being involved in, to become the finished product & be released in films or series in due course.

The market doesn't know the true story ( & neither do we) because the company refuses to engage properly with investors. Which is what we're trying to change.

One webinar in 18 month's, no interviews, a business model that very few have any understanding of & needs explained in detail to people so that they can understand what is trying to be achieved.

That's one of the reason's for putting the cleared content number on the monthly update, if lots of content is being cleared then it dramatically increases the amount of opportunities there are for VPP.

You holding is where I want to be, but the saga of my missing transfer continues & I have no idea when the stock I want to sell will get into my account so that I can sell it & buy that other 5 to 7.5M Mirriad that I want!

Given it could be several weeks away :( & I have no guarantee that those responsible for the error will provide the correct financial redress for it (even although I've stated numerous times to them that I would be making that size of purchase!) I'm working on a plan B which might be in place next week & allow me to do it another way!
