On the Mirriad front, my transfer still hasn't gone through so effectively I'm still not able to buy that other 5M+ :( as there has been an issue with the process & they have no timescale for a resolution currently ! which is a major problem & I'm not at all happy about it but there is nothing I can do to resolve it as its out of my control.

Is it a case of buy the rumour sell the news ?

Or are they about to surprise with news of serious progress? maybe finally the sale of that loss making division that they talked about many many months ago.

I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Wow. so basically MTH persuaded Charles C to contribute to the event & be a panellist on "the future of advertising" at Amazon's office.

With AI being the main discussion topic.

Charles C is from RESET DIGITAL (not seen that name on Mirriad's list of partners thus far).

I also note a Land Rover Jaguar panellist as well ! - I highlight Jaguar to Mirriad at the end of November (could just be a total co-incidence)

I have been thinking about Dr Milner's share sale !

Personally I just don't get the rational behind it. Maybe I just think totally different to everyone else.

He invests £500K which is less than 1/300th of his worth into Mirriad last May. He's down 84% on that investment & decides to exit for roughly £80K (which is 1/300 x 6.25 = 1/2000th of his net worth).

In other words its virtually like pocket-money (or change) to him, so why not just let it ride & see what happens, virtually everyone agrees this is either going to pay-off bigtime or go bust (its not going to stay as is).

That's why I don't get the logic behind it, your getting so little of it back (just 16%).

So of the 40M shares he had, Flightman has picked up 12M of them (roughly 30%) meaning 28M got shared out, can any of the others on this major shareholder list account for any of them ? or is it mainly to new homes

LL you have no credibility here whatsoever, you got found out about your supposed undeclared "short" & everything else including your massive loss on Mirriad etc.

You simply can't keep your word & don't know what decency & honesty is.

LL your not "au fait with going concern" I'm afraid you've pushed the narrative for many months that a company had to have 12 months cash on the books from the date of audit sign-off which is absolutely not true.

I've already stated at least twice this month that on the current info in the public domain that a small raise will likely be required around June time, to see them through to break even on a month to month basis.

That may or may not change depending on how much revenue they generate in the 1st 4 months of 2025.

Oh LL you've finally shown up again.

hmm more twisting of the truth I see, yes cash is less than this time last year that's for sure. However the cost base is much lower than the 1st half of 2024 ( nice try trying to use the Q4 figure to make it look like a small cost cut).

The cash burn runway is virtually no different to that of 2024 (end of August then, 7th August currently & that excludes any cash coming onto the books from Q4 2024).

As for revenue generation so far in 2025 who knows ............ but it will be higher than 2024 which was tiny (I'm pretty sure of that).

I will repeat for the umpteenth time Going Concern sign-off does not require 1 years cash on the books, see my previous posts on the Going Concern thread for a detailed explanation of what is required.

I really do understand the frustration of it, but we are only seeing one side of the picture, not it from every side, the last thing anyone wants is to upset the apple cart regarding Universal ads etc.

Wow I didn't realise they must have had to extent the closing auction twice today (highly unusual for that to happen) ie 16:35 rolled over to 16:40 & finally settled at 16:45 for a small amount of 74,846 shares at 0.276p

Will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings
