Huge congratulations to some of you. some of you will have made vast amounts of money on this one, that's for sure.
However personally I just don't get it & find it very frightening indeed ..............
A company worth virtually nothing, loans £300,000 to another company EVOO & its going to get a stake in it & the share price virtually takes off !
Yet is anyone truly scratching below the surface on SCGL ?
11th Sept 24 - 31M shares placed to raise all of £46,500 (that's @ 4% of the company) meaning @ 756M share are now in issue. 4 month's later they are now worth over £3.1M even after further dilution.
22nd Nov 24 - " Liberty North Capital Corp. a regulated boutique investment bank, headquartered in Toronto, Canada
To raise up to £170,000 via a brokered equity placement
· The placing will be conditional on resolutions being passed at a General Meeting
· The non-binding term sheet provides an issue price of £0.0015

Conversion Warrants:
30th Dec 2024 "the allotment and issue of 111,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each for cash for a total consideration of £166,500 before expenses." (those share are now worth over £12M or 60 times the placing price) they increased the number of shares in issue to @866M an increase of close to 13%.
Company has entered into an unsecured Convertible Loan Note ("CLN") with Mr. Cheuk Lun Ng (the "Lender"), a High Net Worth individual, for up to £3 million.
The Company has requested the drawdown of the first tranche of the CLN, amounting to £400,000.
Conversion Price of the CLN
· The lower of the 14-day Volume-weighted average price (VWAP) preceding the lenders notice to convert or, the price set of the last brokered placing conducted by the Company.
