2phevs, 5% doesn't do anything, get to 10% then you can call an EGM etc & put forward resolutions etc. Get to 15% & you can in most cases stop a de-listing after a takeover etc.

If you look at the share price back in Apr - May - you would have expected them to get a placing away around 0.5p given the price was above 0.75p most of that time period. Even if you went kind of worst case 0.4p for £800,000 or £1M that is one heck of a lot less dilution than they suffered through the NTC conversions.

Remember they did carry out a £550K placement in Sept & I'm sure they would have got it away at a better price than they did, if the structured deed hadn't been a noose around there necks & that later placing to.

I'm hoping a few more people join the list (including that recent buyer if they see this) ............. they all count & just shows the company & others how large this BB's overall holding is.

1M shares is 0.1% of the company & not to be sniffed at in anyway.

NTC are well in profit.

Wouldn't surprise me in the least if they take a big chunk of this placing ENET has been a goldmine for them.

Total rubbish

They could have done a placing (well make that several) rather than entering the NTC structured deed that they did ( & didn't understand the terms of it) to get funds (they chose not to & it ruined & alienated there long suffering shareholders). Banks don't lend or credit financing of near zero revenue for company's this size.

This is all about pumping the share price as high as they can to get those 377.5M shares placed & it has to be at a price high enough to cover that $400,000 payment. Because they don't have the authority to issue any more shares than that, they will need to call another EGM (which costs money) & that will be weeks away.

OMG they just said what everyone knew!

That they have $400,000 to pay & they'll do it by the end of Q1 (which seems to be an extension on the original timeline of 1 year = 4th Feb 2025)

Please note the RNS doesn't actually say they CURRENTLY have the cash in hand to make the payment with !

This RNS is to pump the share price & do the 377.5M share placing to cover the cost of it.

I'm also not going to compete for shares at the same time as you, it simply doesn't make sense to, as all that does is push the price up & we end up averaging down less than we could have & get less shares into the bargain.

I'll also most likely not publish my purchases until after I've done them, as some might be lurking in the background know my buys are coming "right now" & try to jump ahead of me!

I'm also not just going to take any price! I'll be looking to get as many shares as possible with the cash.
