It doesn't usually give me a quote for more than 1M at a time, 2M is pretty unusual & 5M very rare indeed.

Which made we wonder what was going on, especially after that 2M & 8M trades at 0.18p the other day, which I presumed were sells & that the MM's had loads of stock on the book hence the 0.17 - 0.18p quote that afternoon. Yet the next morning the quote was 0.17 - 0.20p

Seems like the MM's might be playing games!

Totally bizarre, someone sells 800K & then the next seller only gets 0.172p when they'd happily give me 0.1755p for 5M previously.

Beginning to look like the Train is about to leave the Station ............. & sadly I'm not seated where I want to be :( oh the frustration of it all - (still waiting on the issue being resolved so I can get that other 5 - 7.5M shares with no timeline in sight)

You might not have noticed this yet, but there is clearly a big buyer in the background! as they'll take 5M shares off me at 0.1755p

The RG Terminal reached 61% Utilisation in 2024 (that's up from like 47% in 2023 if memory serves me correctly)

The Salvador terminal reached 91% Utilisation in 2024 (that's up from like 74% in 2023 if memory serves me correctly).

Clearly they will need to start filling in the back-area of the terminal to increase the capacity from 553K of TEU's per year to 924K.

January's data is out! for Wilson & Sons

I wouldn't say either terminal had a spectacular month, quite a few cancellations especially at Salvador ( which has some nice early numbers in Feb!)

Yet having said that volume for the month was up from 95,600 TEU's to 125,400. An increase of 31.3% on Jan 2024.

Those utilisation rates are climbing fast (RG was up 45% on Jan 2024) so possibly headed for 80%+ in 2025.

Meaning profitability is markedly on the increase, unfortunately we're not going to be the ones reaping the rewards of it MSC will instead.

Yes I think trades 6 & 7 today were reported as sells instead of buy's, nothing really to worry about, as lng as the stock you purchased went into your account & not out of it by mistake!

The SuperBowl is this Sunday! so who knows ! but very interesting that they decided to react to a Latino's Sisterhood dinner post.

It would be good to see the directors buying shares in the open market, however I don't believe they are allowed to, unless the market is fully updated with events. Given Mirriad's determination not to name names that kind of makes it very hard to do! There are several things they haven't even talked about in that last trading update, Shopify! UniversalAds, the 2 ad agencies, Canela Media etc

As for the chat rooms, its happening everywhere with X groups, Whatsapp groups etc, where they get together & decide which share there going to pump & then they come on the BB's to make it look like news of some kind is coming to entice others in, while they are selling the shares they bought earlier. Leaving the others holding shares they didn't really want & at a loss (while trying to make a quick profit)

I mean ENET gets pumped & dumped about once a week virtually! (although it has slowed down there now).

I think we're going to get quite a bit of news in the next 4 months.

First-up that we know about is the growthfronts event on 26-27th February, Newfronts in end of April (not got exact dates yet) & Upfronts is the in early May.

I'm also very keen to see what other stuff Volvo are involved with, it sounds like they might be using VPP in possibly new ways!

Monday's don't tend to be a Mirriad RNS's day from memory, they seem to prefer Tuesday's or Thursday I think!

Benlabs interview was very interesting, they clearly use AI in multiple ways & really home in on the Science side of the data.

Sadly I only get to see the 1st 5 pictures the other 6 it won't show me :( from the pictures & comments "privacy diligence" seems to have been a big theme at IAB

Aimgamble was wrong in suggesting the nominal value of the shares are 0.1p.

If that was the case then ENET would not have been able to issue the last lot of shares to NTC at 0.08p as that would have broken the rules. So the issue price has to be lower than that. LSE say's "Nis0.001 (di)" the last placing on 4th Dec 2024 says "NIS 0.001 each"

Frankly I don't think it currently matters whether its 0.01p or 0.001p the fact is they can issue shares right now if they so wish but the number they can issue is limited to 322.5M shares because of the 1.6 Billion shares in issue limit that's currently in place.

No its not a typo!

Yes 10 is small when you look at the bigger number, but it can take a week or two (or more) normally just to gain 10 new followers (barring in mind it goes down when people stop following you as well), so when you see that number jump by a lot in a single day, you tend to think that there has to have been a good reason for that to happen!

Finding out what that reason was, is much more difficult! was it related to an article someone wrote for example, or was the company talked about at a seminar or such like.

I'm guessing that in this instance the increase might have been to do with the students who attended this at Frances biggest Network that 2phevs found https://www.instagram.com/epitech.officiel/reel/DFcb_XWoZ8f/ as that would make a lot of sense to me.

There you go, another 31M shares entering circulation on 4th Feb taking the current "official" number of shares in issue to 897M.

However there are many more still to be issued they simply don't want to scare investors away.

So go & scratch below the surface & you'll soon see that there are at least another 1.1 Billion shares still to come, which will bring in very little cash at the same time.

People really need to research SCGL to understand the true structural set-up before deciding to invest or not ( or increase or decrease there holding for that matter as well).
