Hi HullFC4ever,
I'm sorry I can't apologise to shareholders regarding the number of shares in issue because the number of shares in issue is exactly what I said it was 1.2225 Billion shares, or 1,222,500,000 if you prefer it that way. And I've posted that figure multiple times on the BB.
The company still has the ability to issue another 377,500,000 for cash etc before it reaches its current 1.6 Billion authorised limit, or 1,600,000,000 if you prefer. And I've stated that figure multiple times for people.
As I've said many times I feel very sorry for the long term shareholders here who have suffered greatly due to the BOD actions especially the disastrous "structured deed" that they entered into.
I will however apologise for getting the CEO's % shareholding wrong as it is per the 6th of Jan 3.41% & not just under 3% as I stated when trying to correct the post of one of the pumper who was claiming it was 4.1%+ & hadn't taken into account the issue of 222,500,000 shares to NTC.
The company or perhaps I should say NTC & the various groups of pumpers who have played with this share on a nearly week have done a truly remarkably job of distributing all of the shares issued under the structured deed & placings since May 2024 to others.
Personally I didn't think it was achievable but there you go they got it done & through all of these they've been able to bring in just enough cash to make the CSP's on time each quarter. They've even managed to get an extension in time to make the last $400,000 settlement.
After that who knows what they might achieve!
Sadly though the ones who will benefit the least from any upturn in the company's fortunes is the long suffering shareholders who have been diluted to hell & back by the actions of the company director's.
