Thank you for finding the information out on Polaris Smart Metering Pvt Ltd, switching to Gram Power India Pvt. Ltd. It was appreciated. At least that clears that part up.

As I pointed out a couple of days ago, Genus Power Solutions, is not the side of the Genus business, that CyanConnode have historically had contracts from/worked with, in the past.. That is Genus Power Infrastructure Ltd.

But thank you for the additional information on the KSEB tender.

Just an observation, but I am sorry, I cannot add any clarity to your report on the KSEB tender process, but will point out what I can gleen from the way the report is written.

" Genus Power Solutions, G.M.R. The bids were submitted by three companies namely Smart Electricity Distribution Pvt Ltd and Polaris Smart Metering Pvt Ltd." Which is 4 companies in total - Genus Power Solutions, G.M.R., Smart Electricity Distribution and Polaris Smart Metering.

Genus Power Solutions provide a Cellular Communication Technology and G.M.R. Generation Assets Ltd, provide both a Cellular and RF Communications Technologies. Both appear on the REC Empanelment List published on 6th June, 2023.

Smart Electricity Distribution Pvt Ltd and Polaris Smart Metering Pvt Ltd, do not seem to appear on the recent REC Empanelment List, which I/we understand, is the pool of companies that are eligible to tender for smart meter projects.

So I will have to leave that with you and wait to see who actually wins.

You are very welcome Vas. And thank you also, for posting the additional information yesterday, on Genus. At least we can now put a face, to a couple of names, that are quoting on the Genus Power Conference Call.

But getting back to specifically, the number of meters/smart meters that Genus can manufacture.

12/18 months ago, I remember reading a report that mentioned that Genus were manufacturing, at the time, 3/4 million meters per year. But now having a current capacity of 10 million meters, that can be ramped-up to " ..... 12-25 million, within a short span of 3-4 months ...... " is very impressive.

While also providing some space for the manufacture of CyanConnode's Omnimesh modules.

I also note that Genus have " ..... supplied more than 85% of Smart Meters installed in Indian utilities."

So, yet another shrewed and strategic business move by Cyan(Connode)'s senior management, to Partner with Genus Power, many years ago.

Some interesting information in the October 2022 report Vas, which is good to look back on from time-to-time. There are some interesting projects, that are in various " ..... pipelines ..... " that are at various stages of progress. Assam, as you quite rightly say, is one of them.

Tamil Nadu, is one that caught my eye originally, that I have mentioned before from this information, that seems to have increased in overall potential, from the original from over 10 years ago from 18m then, to an overall potential of 30m, in the October 2022, report.

Along with the other states that have a multi-million smart meter potential, it will be interesting to see what size orders are eventually awarded for these projects. A more realistic and achievable size, I would imagine.

So good news on many fronts, that can be gleened from the report.

Sorry, jittery finger syndrome.

Both Bihar and Assam, are mentioned in the Genus report. But there are multiple smart meter contracts, within the NSGM report, already posted, for both Bihar and Assam, attributed to various utilities.

But the order received by CyanConnode for Bihar, mentions Genus. The two orders received from IntelliSmart, for Assam, do not mention a meter manufacturer at all.

It adds to the mystery, of who is supplying the smart meters for Assam.

This particular EDF project, which I think is the one you are referring to, that mentions the " ..... 500,000 smart meter milestone in India ...... " published during March 2022, is in connection with an EESL/Accenture project, awarded during October 2018, for 5 million smart meters.

This may have been one of the first " multi million " smart meter tenders that were originally awarded by EESL, during the early stages of the smart meter roll-out.

Within the Smart Energy International report, EDF has admitted that the project " ..... is not without its challenges ..... " as sometimes happens.

So according to the SEI report, published during March 2022, the project has been ongoing for nearly 4 years, at the time the report was published.

Ongoing in Bihar, for 5 years, come October 2023.

...... Power Infrastructure, also go on to mention, within the Conference Call document, dated May 24th, 2023, about competition.

On the meter side of the business, Genus mention that their competiton is confirmed as being HPL, Schneider and Secure Meters. On the AMISP side of the business, Genus see Adani, MonteCarlo, IntelliSmart and GMR, as competitors.

So, CyanConnode seems, over the years, to have skillfully positioned themselves within the two Groups.

A very shrewed move, I might suggest.

It is confirmed, according to the latest Genus Power Conference Call, on May 24th, 2023, that Genus Power Solutions Private Limited, was highlighted as a subsidiary within the Group. Which may be of interest.

Genus Power Infrastructure, is the side if the Group that CyanConnode have received orders from over the years and provide both Cellular and RF technologies on the REC Empanelment List.

The £12.4m full year forecast Vas, by Zeus, I would think is the target that CyanConnode is aiming for, which we are told, the management expects to meet. Which is encouraging in itself. Optimistically, we hope that CyanConnode will surpass the Zeus target.

Will we get a Trading Update on the run-up to the Finals Results this year, as we did in July of last year?

Time will tell, I am sure.

I seem to remember that all the orders that Cyan(Connode) have received over the years, have been from Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd.

And checking the internet, Genus Power Solutions Private Limited, was only incorporated in February 2022. So not sure if there is a direct link or not.

CyanConnode provided a Trading Update during July 2022, January 2022, October 2021, April 2021, ........... , with also updates from Hardman and Zeus more recently, to fill in some gaps, with information, topped up with the occassional order, along the way.

But there is not a specific time laid down, for an Update, as such. As far as I know.

But there is plenty of information available, on the CyanConnode website and also some Analyst Research, to bring you and whoever requires it, up-to-date.

Genus Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd are providing, as you say, Ruprecht, a Cellular solution. Number 22, on the REC Empanelment list.

But, Genus Power Infrastructure Ltd, also provide both a Cellular and RF solution, which is number 18, on the REC Empanelment list.
