Good evening all,

The overall value of the MonteCarlo order, received by CyanConnode last week for Madyha Pradesh and Maharashtra, should be worth an estimated circa £10.5m/£11m in total, over the length of the contract. Dependent on any discounts ( if appropriate ) and specification.

Incidentally, this is the third year in a row, that MonteCarlo have been first-out-the-traps, in January 2023, January 2024 and March 2025, in awarding CyanConnode their first orders of these particular New Years.

I see that the two Smart Meter projects in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, that MonteCarlo are involved with, which interestingly CyanConnode seem to have received top-up orders for earlier this week, have installed an additional circa 250k Smart Meters between them, since the last NSGM report was published, during February 2025.

Excellent progress.

Good afternoon all.

The number of smart meters installed so far this month, for the Indian Smart Meter Programme, stands at 283,068, with the overall Cumulative Achievement ( Smart Meter Installations ), now standing at 22,929,954. Roughly 10% of the total number of Sanctioned mart Meters, have been installed.

There is no change to the number of Sanctioned or Awarded smart meters, but regular progress is being made on Smart Meter installations, where Companies will see their revenue generated.

Also included in the CyanConnode/MonteCarlo order RNS this morning, was a reference to a Diverse Income Trust PLC.

From within the RNS:-

A very encouraging video, which high-lights some of the challenging terrains/locations that had to be overcome in Assam, in this particular case. No doubt other states have similar conditions and challenges which logistically, also have to be overcome.

There is information available, on what you are specifically looking for, which I am sure could be posted for you. But the information I have at the moment, is that there are 9 Indian States ( Into which CyanConnode already provide their Omnimesh RF solution ) and 12 AMISP's/Meter Manufacturers ( Of which some are CyanConnode Partners ).

As we know, because of confidentiality reasons, CyanConnode cannot/do not, always provide the detail of the Client/State/Value/Number of meters, quite rightly in my opinion, so we will not fully get a more detailed picture, until that information is available.

So CyanConnode shares both Indian States and Indian Partners, with other Companies, within the Indian Smart Meter RDSS roll-out.

It is good to see that other companies are still gaining a foot-hold within the India Smart Meter programme. I believe this particular RF Mesh company has been Partnered with HPL since mid 2023 and has, this February 2025, launched their own " ........ certified in-meter Gateway for RF Mesh ....... ".

Information is, and has been available on these particular developments, on various websites, which anyone can access, for 18 months, or so now.

But good news for the overall development and success, of the Indian Smart Meter Programme.
