....... has been active in providing CyanConnode with orders, during January 2023 and January 2024 and have recently had the number of Awarded smart meters increased, for the MSEDCL project in Maharashtra, by 1.2m+.

The consortium includes MonteCarlo, Adani Transmission, NCC and Genus.

Another possibility, maybe, for some of the added interest today..

It possibly carries on the conversations from November 2024, on LSE and ADVFN about developments in Azerbaijan.

Interestingly CyanConnode confirmed in the Annual Report for 2024, that CyanConnode has been involved in a gas project in Azerbaijan since August 2023, " ...... suppling smart retro-fit hubs and Gateways based on long-range ( LORA ) technologies for existing gas meters, facilitating automated meter data collection."

And an interesting stimulas to the share price, so far, over the last couple of days, which seems to have prompted a bit of interest.

Interesting times ahead, I feel. As always.

Good evening all,

During October 2023, CyanConnode received an order from IntelliSmart, for a project in Bihar, for SBPDCL, for 300,000 Omnimesh modules.

The recent overall increase in Awarded smart meters for the SBPDCL project to 4,510,000, up from 1,000,000 smart meters, we hope will bode well for CyanConnode in the future.

Good afternoon all,

Anvil Cable has been promoted to AMISP/SI during December 2024, for the 287,446 smart meter project in Arunachal Pradesh, for Arunachal PD and Techno AMI has been promoted to AMISP/SI, for the 415,647 smart meters that have so far been Awarded for the smart meter project in Tripura, for TSECL.

472,828 smart meters have so far been installed during January 2025, with the total number of installed smart meters now standing at 19,184,564, as of January 2025.

The Bihar smart meter project for SBPDCL, involving IntelliSmart and Genus Power, has been Awarded a further 3,510,000 smart meters, bringing the accumulated total for this project to 4,510,000.

So progress has again been made within a Utility in Bihar.

And not forgetting, that CyanConnode have developed:-

- A range of " ....... products that provide Cellular capability to its Omnimesh platform."

- Have developed there own " ......Unified Head-End System for enhanced flexibility."

- Have a subsidiary in DigiSmart, that has been Empanelled to provide both Cellular and RF " Type of Communication Technology."

So in that regard, CyanConnode are comparable to known Partners, such as IntelliSmart, MonteCarlo and Genus Power, just to name just a few.

Good evening tonyj and a Happy and a Prosperous New Year to one and all.

I remember we have had this discussion at least once before, about SEP and FRAND charges. I haven't heard any recent news that changes that situation. But you would think it would be built-in/included/highlighted in any initial contract, prior to installation.

As we understand it, one difference between RF and Cellular is that it is license free.

It has been explained to share-holders previously, that although it is more expensive initially to install an RF solution infrastructure, as an alternative to using an existing Cellular network, the pay-back to utilities on their original investment for a CyanConnode RF solution/infrastructure, can be within 2/3 years of completion of the installation.

And as CyanConnode, over the last calendar year, have accumulated circa 7.5 million Omnimesh solution orders from India alone, with other orders coming in for various CyanConnode solutions from Thailand and the MENA regions, the numerical order intake has not been affected by any patent fees/charges. In my opinion.

A little, but often, is good. Also in my opinion.

The Jharkhand/JBVNL smart meter project has started deployment during December 2024 and has been Awarded to the Gemstar Infra/Bentec India consortium. The total number of Awarded meters now stands at 1,341,306.

The Jammu & Kashmir/KPDCL smart meter project has also started deployment during December 2024 and has been Awarded to Techno Electric, with the number of Awarded meters standing at 685,699.

Genus Power seem to have taken over the Jammu & Kashmir/JPDCL smart meter project, originally Awarded to Techno Electric, which is now looking after the KPDCL smart meter project.

It seems that there is a certain amount of flexibility required in the RDSS projects, as the projects unfold.

Good morning all,

The Maharashtra/MSEDCL smart meter project, involving the MonteCarlo/Adani Transmission/NCC/Genus consortium, seem to have been Awarded an additional circa 1.2m+ smart meters for that particular project, above the original number of Sanctioned smart meters.

So we will have to wait and see what information filters out over the coming months, on this project.

It will also be interesting to see if an order comes from MonteCarlo to CyanConnode, during January 2025, as they did in January 2023 and January 2024.

The totals for smart meters that have been Sanctioned and Awarded remains the same. The number of smart meters installed so far, during December 2024, stands at 481,274, with the overall smart meters installed so far, standing at 17,605,367. So steady progress is being made, on installations for projects that have been Awarded.

I seem to remember Vas, that MonteCarlo Limited, who are an India based infrastructure company that CyanConnode are Partnered with, have Awarded CyanConnode two orders, the first during January 2023, for Jabalpu8r, in Madhya Pradesh and the second during January 2024, for Nagpur, in Maharashtra.

Although MonteCarlo is an infrastructure company, no specific meter manufacturer was mentioned in the CyanConnode RNS's.

MonteCarlo may have provided their own meter manufacturer, or they may make use of one of CyanConnode's growing number of meter manufacturing Partners, if required.

In these instances, I feel, it will be up to MonteCarlo, as the lead in the projects, to reveal who else is part of the consortium(s). Or at least give their permission to the individual companies, to go public. In my opinion.

It will also be interesting to see if MonteCarlo issue an order to CyanConnode during January 2025. Or if MonteCarlo will be caught-up in the general RDSS progression, that we are anticipating.

Time will tell, no doubt. Patience is key.
