From the RNS report:-

" Following a successful tender process, conducted by the Government of Goa@ Electricity Department, the State Cabinet has now approved the project, appointing DigiSmart as a lead consortium member responsible for installing the meters, communications ( RF and Cellular ), cloud services and meter date management system and has issued the LoI for this project. The full work order is anticipated to be issued over the coming weeks, with work then expected to start this quarter following network planning and the agreement of contracts with sub-contractors."

Well done to all involved with the progress that DigiSmart Networks has made in potentially developing this contract. It is an excellent achievement and is definitely a " Milestone " contract.

Looking at the global map, posted by CyanConnode for the Middle East Energy Summit 2025 and the eight regions/geographies that CyanConnode are at the moment, active in, CyanConnode has been spreading its global reach quite considerably, over the years.

Not all regions have achieved regular revenue contributions, as we are aware, as yet. But the intention is there, from CyanConnode, for all to see.

And over the years, CyanConnode have progressed from a single office, on the outskirts of Cambridge, to a more central office in Cambridge, along with another office in Gurugram, in India, another in Stockholm, Sweden and the latest one to open, is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

A report out during early March, 2025, highlights various areas of interest concerning the smart meter programme in India, namely:-

- " Company-wise installation updates " - IntelliSmart and Adani Transmission are mentioned.

- " Mergers & Acquisitions " - Kaynes Technology and Iskraemeco are mentioned.

- " Major investments " - SAT Private Limited, Adani Group and Iskraemeco are mentioned.

- " Funding and new contracts " - Kimbal Technologies and Niveshaay are mentioned. Also CyanConnode get a mention for the 6.5 million Omnimesh module order received during August 2024. Which looks like it was a significant achievement for CyanConnode/CyanConnode India, over the last seven months or so, to warrant a mention in the report.

It certainly was significant for CyanConnode/CyanConnode India, their largest order-to-date, I seem to remember. So far.

Good evening tonyj and all,

During mid February 2025, NSGM reported that there were 490,046 smart meters that had been installed for the MonteCarlo and Partners project, in Maharashtra. During mid March 2025, the NSGM reported that there were 918,533 smart meters that had been installed for the MonteCarlo and Partners project, in Maharashtra. The difference being 428,487.

I hope this clarifies the figures, tonyj.

CyanConnode India received two further orders from MonteCarlo Limited, on 4th March, 2025, one for Madhya Pradesh and one for Maharashtra.

Interestingly, the project that MonteCarlo's consortium are involved with in Maharashtra, have installed circa 420k+ smart meters during March 2025, so far. MonteCarlo's other consortium for the project in Madhya Pradesh, have also installed 49k+ during March 2025, so far.

So these particular smart meter projects for MonteCarlo's two consortiums, seem to be progressing very well.

So I agree, gizmo. Very socially aware of CyanConnode India to be involved in this type of project. Which is not the first, I seem to remember. CyanConnode have also been involved in a programme for the education of females.
