" ..... DigiSmart has now incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle ( " SPV " ), Green Meter Goa Private Limited, which, together with DigiSmart, has now executed the formal contract agreement for the project."

I agree gizmo, that it is a very promising outlook indeed. If it all unfolds as we hope it will.

CyanConnode have been working with Smart Sustainability Solutions Limited, part of an Abu Dhabi Global Investment Company, for some time apparently, with CyanConnode hopefully looking for a long-term business relationship with the Investment Group, according to John Cronin.

So picking up on tonyj's point and John Cronin's comment about working with SSSL for some time, all-be-it behind the scenes, until now, I am encouraged that CyanConnode/DigiSmart, are getting the funding in place for potential future smart meter projects, that are already in their cross-hairs, over the next few month's, or so.

I have yet to look into S3 Global Investment.

Confirmation from John Cronin, as tonyj has already illuded to, that CyanConnode and DigiSmart will be tendering for smart meter contracts, both as an AMISP and as a sub-contractor, as CyanConnode have been doing for a number of years - 5:20 into the video presentation.

Any such infrastructure project funding would be structured on a project level and remain separate from CyanConnode."

So, it would seem that CyanConnode have global interest in the financing of the DigiSmart projects " ...... both won by and to be Awarded to its Indian subsidiary DigiSmart Networks Private Limited." It seems as though there could be potentially be more contract news on the way. Eventually.

Interestingly, the number Awarded smart meters has increased so far this month, by circa 3.9 million, the main contributors to this increase are a project in Gujarat, for PGVCL, a project in Himachal Pradesh, for HPSEBL and a project in Kerala, for KSEBCL.

The Kerala project has interestingly had Iskraemeco added to the AMISP/SI column. So, some progress being made on the Awarded, monthly installations and overall installations sections, so far this month.
