Ruck, apologies I should have been more clear about the spreadsheet. I don't trade often enough to make it worthwhile getting an app to keep track of my trades and CG/Tax liability.

I've spent the evening reviewing some spread betters, so my eyes are a bit tired from doing screen intensive reviews.

Healthy discussion today. I'm afraid I'll be tied up for a few more days, even if the road shuts again.

I managed to get my letter into the post box this morning, so fingers crossed that it reaches its destination quickly.

Seaweed was a good way up the other side of the road, so I'm guess the tide under the full moon made it impassable. Perhaps my next car should be amphibious (LOL).

Statkis, I'm tracking 16 platforms in total right now across a range of services.

My gut feel is to leave day trading on IG (and no divis there due to delayed payment). I intend to move longer term holdings to another platform with additional services. Still undecided about the ISA.

I believe I read that NO Pre-clinicals were in the list which is why Scancell may not be on that list.

Guess that list is in the public domain now. I haven't bothered to check which way the named shares have gone today, I forgot to add them to a list for tracking.

It's NaNoWriMo, so I'll have my head down writing.

Crumbs, did you read all the AGM resolutions? I believe the converted shares are eligible for that voting. It will be interesting to see if they are all passed.

Think they are trying to get me to buy in the market. Last time it disappeared earlier than most and the refund was the last posted to the board.

Ruck - I hate pampas grass. I had to dig it out for over 20 years (long after my neighbour's original plant was dug out of their garden).

Ruck, When things like this happen, I put in an extra row to maintain the history. I use FIFO on my trade account for tracking capital gains / losses.

JD: I would imagine their investors / copy cats will also want to pick up some shares too which may lead to a small rise.

2CV Guess RM needed to keep it under 30% for now. . . . to avoid the question of outright foreign ownership.

TF Is there a reference to the actual study? I'd rather not click that link (my throwaway device is on loan).

I read a few weeks ago that regular exposure to the virus helps extend immunity. I've been trying to figure out how that fact helps those who need to have contact with both positive and negative groups of people without becoming contagious, but aren't in the front line.

Because my response may be confusing, I just wanted to add this.

My platform requires a physical letter. Though I didn't need the passport/driving licence, I needed to supply full name, account numbers and number of shares in the security.

Also, for the AGM resolutions, remember to including your 1 for 27 allocations as those were not in jeopardy.

Going to assume by "know nothing" you mean have no inside information.

Any email from any of the Board members must conform to the rules on releasing insider information.

For me, the whole discussion about insider information has been a red herring.

There is still time for everyone to vote on the AGM resolutions. You may need to badger today to get the GM votes in.

Here's the list I've gathered:

a. A J Bell: Secure message via website, sounds like a form and submit to vote
b. Barclays: usually 10 days, but did it through online chat as the cut off date is soon.
c. Bestinvest [smpunter - no info yet]
d. Fidelity allow email notifications – have to register in advance with Broadbridge.
e. Hargreaves Lansdown - phone call or chat (secure message)
f. Halifax share dealing allow voting through chat or a phone call.
g. IG postal submissions only
h. Interactive Phone call, but need 4 days notice - may already be past the deadline to vote]
i. Iweb: phone call to appoint a proxy
j. XO: £20 to submit proxy voting.

Also remember that Scancell have an AGM resolution seeking approval to buy back up to 10% of the shares - I'm not sure if that is in the open market or not.

I see the confidence of the board with funds in the bank to buy back shares should it dip, and then take a view how to sell at a later date.

I still believe that Vulpes would do well to collaborate with Redmile because there are more people without than with their £5m minimum entrance point to buy in.

Assuming that all the larger shareholders voted, I think there is only one possibility which could help get it to 30% of votes.

As for Vulpe's position being untenable, I think that is up to them. I posted a video from 2019 in which they portray themselves as being the guys to make things happen this week. My personal view is that it would benefit their investors to work with Redmile to do exactly that. I'm not quite sure if they are in Sinapore or the Cayman Islands, but I hope they are leveraging their contacts.

Also, there is an AGM resolution allowing the firm to buy back up to 10% of shares . I'm still mulling over some of the resolutions as I don't need to decide until tomorrow and get it into the post. I'll ponder the rest of your post after getting some sleep.
