Morning all, I hope everyone has been well. When I can I come here and go to Twitter to find out the latest on Scancell.
Flat out at work right now - I just wanted to thank the person behind the account named Marcus for posting the best news about Scancell. I've now got notifications turned on for the account so I hope I don't miss another one.
The account doesn't get much traction, which is a shame. I've got to get back to it even though the gentle sound of the rain is urging me to close my eyes for a quick nap.
Like me I think all of us will be overjoyed when a great RNS lands on this board. I'm looking forward to some spare cash so I can buy some more, so if someone feels like pegging the price down a few pence, feel free to let rip.
Here I was thinking I had set the bar too low, because we should be looking at the future value and good will that anyone would have to pay to keep Lindy and her team on board. The Scancell team should be rewarded in my view.
So all in all, I'd be even happier with something above £3.50, which would still enable the new owner to make at least 7 new fortunes if the cancer types are split out because they may want to accelerate market release if they can get individual approvals.
I'm hanging on until 7am before I go walk the dog.... I have spotted some new people on Twitter mentioning Scancell. Great to see, and I will not the thousands more doing the same when the news breaks.
Nope, no RNS yet, so we are another day closer. Off to let the dog roam around the loch. ATB all.
Ivy, I was sure I posted a reply to you yesterday, but it has disappeared evidently.
Having the rough timeline is useful, thank you. And if what I gathered from a later poster is true, the safety trial announcement may be even earlier.
ATB all from a very low lying cloudy day somewhere north of Glasgow. My SB is based on the total tech Scancell have in their "cupboard" - I think it is highly unlikely that they will fail to bring a single one to market.
RE: Kept in 20-22 range , we know why13 Sep 2021 09:15
Hmm, I thought I posted a comment but I can't see it.
Point 1 is that if anyone closely associated with any of the large holders was trading, or they themselves, we would have the RNS posted.
Point 2 having checked another site where I can see the Bollinger Bands, Volume, Squeeze, and Fibs, against a FT100 company, the key selling dates were the same.... So I'm going to say, there isn't much collusion going on. happy to check more. DM on Twitter if you want to set up your view as I do mine.
My reading of the RNS was that with Lindy relinquishing the Empl. ones, that they could / might awarded to others for their sterling work OR as part of a SAVE plan (who would not want to lob money into that at circa 20p? and get the shares in 5 years?)
Has anyone seen any research about the monitoring of T Cells? I have thought since reading Scancell's page last year, that the antibody drop is expected, and that it was okay, because it is the T Cells which kick in to produce more antibodies when needed.
I also said I had no doubt that Pharma would love a frequent booster regime (Pfizer is 3 x year I believe).
For the most vulnerable, I think it is worth exploring the least traumatic way forward - even if that is a very low dose regime more frequently because of the level of adverse side affects.
These are just the idle thoughts I've been pondering for awhile now. I hope that there are better brains than mine who are looking at ALL the options rather than being stuck with current thinking.
