Have I missed an RNS? I saw that Vulpes had converted, but I haven't seen their new % of shareholdings.

Next questions are whether they other major shareholders also need to declare a reduction in their %.

Douave, thanks for the intell, iweb wasn't one of the ones on my radar.

I don't recommend IG because of the corporate actions processes. On it, if you trade more than 3/qtr, there is no charge and costs are £3/trade. If you don't trade, annual fee is under £28 for ISA/trading (don't know about a SIPP). I'm toying with moving my ISA, and trade account l/t HODL shares to another platform and simply use it for day trading (on the odd days when it might be useful).

I'm on IG, I'm about to investigate the Crest site so see if I can find the forms to which they refer.

Their process and timeline precludes my son and me voting on the Redmile CLNs, even if I organised to drive down to London to hand deliver the form.

The winds outside feels much faster than 55mph - I'd say it was 80 plus. My my solar twinkling lights have already lit which is rather strange. I'm pretty sure the village Pumpkin trail may have been called off.

Hasiba, I believe SCLP have an office in the USA. I would think that because they are listed in Frankfurt that they may also have an office or agent there.

I don't know how they have run their CTs in the past few years, but they may have staff there as well.

IDK which platform you are on because I don't keep those kind of notes. Here is what I have gleaned about proxy voting

a. Barclays: usually 10 days, but did it through online chat as the cut off date is soon.
b. Bestinvest [smpunter - don't know yet]
c. Fidelity: allow email notifications
d. Hargreaves Lansdown: phone call
e. Halifax: share dealing: allow voting through chat or a phone call.
f. IG postal forms only, no information available on where to find forms, format. There never was enough time to get the info, mail in and expect them to act.
g. Interactive: Phone call, but need 4 days notice - may already be past the deadline to vote]
h. XO: £20 to submit proxy voting.

I have not included some of the other platforms I'm researching because I haven't seen anyone mention them.

I don't know whether they can / can't occur in the period before/after SE listings.

Stakis, I'm currently on IG, trading costs are £3/trade plus mandatory fees if you deal more than 3 times/quarter. Otherwise there is a fee.

I'm debating about having my trading account on one platform and my divi income / lSA /long term on another platform.

I believe there are zero cost trading platforms out there (even if Robinhood have delayed their UK entry). However, as you say, the costs for ancillary services, and delays to divi payments / return of excess funding may make up my mind for me.

I have a number of other criteria, including
- cost/trade
- annual fees
- costs for ancillary services (mine platform charge £100 to arrange AGM attendance)
- performance on corporate actions, deposits of dividends, etc.

AB, Having a more tolerant view on the boards of the next best thing is probably the best start. Thank you.

And yes, I have also considered that those sitting on low priced options might also take up their shares, thus ensuring that the next round goes through.
