Knows, fair points on long term directors. There are 4 directors and 4 non-exec directors.

Durrant and Adams took up shares in the last OO.
Holloway had been CEO for just over 2 years when Covid 19 hit.

Plenty of time before 2023 for the data to come in, but it if doesn't rise above it, surely they will roll that one forward too. LOL

As you say, many cutting edge companies with a talented workforce provide the boons. I was told by an acquaintance a long time ago, that they were golden handcuff where they were. The options could not be exercised until 6 months after they were issued, so if you felt like quitting (just because), you had to weigh up when you would quit.

Knowlesi, I agree that the BOD know "stuff" we don't. Couple of things I've been pondering.

1. I believe the recent BOD changes are in the window of blocked dealings because of the issue of the accounts, the open offer, and possibly other "stuff".
2. It will be interesting to see what options are offered to staff / Directors, and whether Scancell put in a SAYE scheme.

I don't think any Director joins a firm to make it fail, so I'm going to suspend judgement. I am keeping an eye on this page: https://www.scancell.co.uk/share-info Where I can see CH can take up 4M shares and LD can take up almost 14m shares in the coming years.

I'm going to simply enjoy the days between now and when the presentation arrives, and then come up with a list of questions for clarification and understanding.

I can already see that some of my usual "wanting to know everything" curiosity means that I would have to sign an NDA and probably stop trading altogether if my questions were to be answered. So for the next couple of years, I will trust that Scancell is working hard to get things done.

1. Questions
Shareholders will be given the opportunity to email questions to the Board which must be received by 10:00 GMT on Friday, 13th November. Whilst the Company may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market through regulatory announcements.

2. Attending

· Shareholders will be able to dial into the formal AGM on Tuesday, 17th November when the previously submitted questions will be addressed by the Board. The phone number for the dial in will be available on the Company's website on the morning of the AGM.

Like you, I put in an order to for additional shares. I believe I've also managed to get them to move my ISA allocation to my trading account. Last time, I had to sell Scancell shares in my ISA to take up the offer and got stuck when the extra allocation was only about 21%. I was and am quite happy that I managed to get that 21%, but I'm hoping to get a higher % this time.

I didn't see any mention of efficacy / longevity. Surely by now they would be publishing some of that data.

1Day Sooner are lined up with my thinking. Obviously not all those expressing an interest will qualify, or take up their place, but it is great that someone has made it easier for the vaccine programmes to get to willing volunteers. It will be great to see more UK volunteers.

AB - Most platforms are crest shareholders, so there are no certificates.

Thus my interest in how much other platforms charge (if at all). Back in the day, I used to know a few people who made it a point to buy only a few shares in many stocks just so they could attend the AGMs.

The charge is £100 to arrange to attend an AGM.

It is a pity I transferred my Scancell EIS shares onto that platform. At the time, it seemed like a quick and easy move.

Burble, The date for the AGM has not yet been announced. I'm not expecting it before 13 November (after new shares are awarded).

Everyone: How much does your platform charge for arranging attendance at an AGM? It's now one of my criteria for moving platforms, having found out how much mine charges. I wasn't planning on attending this year, I just wanted to find out.

I believe there are a few others who also understand the science, but don't come to this board on a regular basis - I would imagine most people don't visit even daily.

I am still searching for a place where those new to this area can get up to speed quickly.

C7, I've notified my platform to award my ISA allocation to my trading account. I was advised to send them instructions in the OO circular to ensure they new the process for apply for the Excess Open Offer Entitlements.

My platform awarded ~21% in the last OO - I would have loved to have gotten 40% then.

I've asked for a smaller number of additional shares in this OO simply because I have no hope that they will award any all as they didn't even mention the process in the email I received (which was after two lengthy phone calls to their help desk).

I'm still researching which is the best platform for me.
