Realistically, given all the dilution recently, I would think 5p is as good as its likely to get.

Trading results won't be good, they never are, without a settlement or case win then this is finished.

However , there is always the surprise factor and I am happy to sit out and take whatever comes, been 10 years so far, wish I had sold at 18p a long time ago.

This will be Maxwell trying to pressurise CPX into a faster settlement at better terms, by trying to kick it into the long grass, it's a tactic that could give results and force the opposition into a lower settlement earlier than a longer wait.

If all these people that Maxwell are now using are damages experts, then that's a good sign.

It's fairly obvious now that this will be settled prior to trial, American juries can hand out quite stunning damages amounts, Maxwell won't want to risk that.

Hi, I have held this from time to time, escaped with profit. This time I am 50% down, it looks a fairly crap outlook tbh.

It clear to see why the investee companies havnt done well, they been taking so called expert advice from this company, who it seems arnt able to develop their own business never mind anyone else's.

This time I need 7p to breakeven, should have bailed when it was much higher, 7p then I am gone from here, money out the market entirely and in the bank.

It's not just this share they are all as bad, it's race to the bottom these days, nothing to be gained, just loses.

I might be wrong in my assumption, but it looks to me that the trial, if it takes place, has now been reduced to a decision by a jury on the amount of damages that are to be paid. The dead expert was hot on calculating economic damage, so presumably this is now about reaching a settlement figure. If they don't do that until the trial, then it will be for the Jury to decide, and it may be very unfavourable to Maxwell

Well, I didnt think that would actually happen, just shows that shareholders do have a voice after all. What it achieves is another matter, board will probably look for revenge against shareholders, but so be it. Majority have spoken, let's hope that it's a positive turning point.

I would also think the time for a negotiated settlement has gone, it's going to trial and it seems from this action that they arnt comfortable with their position.

Likewise ,my goal is to depart this corrupt market as soon as I can, money will not be coming back to aim, or main for that matter.

Unlikely to get any better, I doubt that Tern offers any real value to any of these companies, other than a few quid from time to time, that they could probably get elsewhere anyway.

Regarding influential position, given the way they manage their own company, I would imagine the influence of Tern is why none of the investee companies have done anything startling so far, they would best be dumping Tern and finding some decent mentoring.

As I said, if I can break even here at just over 7p I will be out and the money will also be out of this crap market and into the bank instead, much safer.

I wouldn't bother waiting, do yourself a favour, keep your money, put it in the bank and take the interest, you will just lose it here, regardless of which share you choose.

Some of these companies that Tern are investing is like us investing in Tern. Pay their money, get diluted, pay more money, get further diluted. That Co in the RNS looks like flogging a dead horse.

Waste of £100k, best just let that later condition come into play by not investing the commitment, we lose the shareholding, at least we will keep the investment cash and be better off in the long term.

Now we are getting down to it. Maxwells defence is based on the unit voltage of their products, and that the voltage of theirs is outwith the voltage of the CPX products, as registered in the patents. Reading between the lines, Maxwell are playing on words, I.e how the voltage of an individual cell is defined in patent law. Its not impossible that they may be proved correct here, but I have a feeling that they are trying to muddy the waters on the definitions, but then that's why we have courts, the court will decide , who wins is anyones guess really, but I reckon the odds are probably favourable to us.
