No, I thought I could flush you out, from that supposedly sitting waiting to decide whether to invest 10s of thousands. You have answered your own question in your last post, it's far too risky, so no point hanging about, cos there's clearly nothing to gain here.

The action against CPX taken in the name of Tesla and not Maxwell was a massive mistake. This will not have gone unnoticed by some very large players in the market that will now be looking at what it is that little old Capxx have that the mighty Tesla want.

Others that need this technology will now have woken up to this.

Hopefully this is the start and hopefully some results update won't upset the apple cart, because we all know they won't be as expected, learnt that a long time ago.

Well Mr 12 posts, it is possible an institution is selling, there are so many buys coming in , someone must be supplying them. However, the amount of buying going on is far more than a few PIs taking a punt, someone is loading up and trying to do it gently. All in my opinion of course.

I agree, it's common sense for Tesla to take this.

I would doubt that capxx patents have expired, a patent is normally granted for a period of 30 years. Perhaps it is different in this instance, I really don't know?

Tesla slowly accumulating, start of hostile takeover perhaps?

I have a feeling that someone is slowly building a stake in here, not too much and not too fast, with the aim of getting as much as possible for as little as possible. Will be interesting to see if we get any 3% notifications, but it will be a while yet as the buys each time are not huge.

There seems to buying here, showing 6% up right now, although the spread is large at 12% so it's not too obvious.

The buying is gentle, one wonders if its multiple buyers , or one only slowly building a stake without creating too much of a shock.

I certainly wouldn't be leaping out at 4p. Will wait till end game, one way or another I now think there will be an end game that's quite clear on this, one way or the other, win or lose.

Agreed, they should just do the decent thing and make a nice huge offer for the company and we can all cash in. All this legal fight is a waste of everyone's time and money, except for the lawyers of course, who will be raking it in.

They won't force them put of business. If the Maxwell case is a win, then the Tesla case most likely screwed. In any event Musk has already said that his patents are free for all to use, so really the case is doomed right from the start.

You can also be rest assured that as the Tesla case mentions the current Maxwell case, there is going to be discussion between the judges.

Nah, there's a long way to go if the case progresses, most likely there going to be a bid made for the company. These patents are clearly important and there are other very major players in the game watching this.

Why use Tesla to sue us and not Maxwell, answer is easy, it's a scare tactic. There's more going on than we know.

Tesla need CPX, it's a matter of time and for how much.

Exactly Mike, the case is not competent, this is a tactic, something is going on, perhaps there are bidders for CPX as well as Tesla/Maxwell and this is trying to put the competition off.

I think the Tesla action will be withdrawn, it can't proceed for the reasons given already.

This is one of these things that you are better being in than out. Yes we might lose it all, but the rewards if it goes the right way will be significant.

We are now into a rapidly changing phase of this and things could change very fast. A suspension at some point isn't impossible, so deffo better in than out.

I am here to the bitter end, at this stage if I lose it all then so be it, I made that decision a long time ago.

I don't see how Teslas case can proceed. Musk has publicly said that his patents are free for all to use. You can't just say that then sue someone for doing just that.

Never mind who is right or wrong, the green light was given to people to crack on and use his patents, the genie is out of the box now.

When I first read about the Tesla action against CPX I initially thought this was bad. Having thought about it I think it's very interesting. There's a game on the go, the likes of Tesla don't go sueing over a couple of patents, I recall reading a long while ago that Musk doesn't believe in patents and would open all of his to anyone.

So, CPX are a thorn in Teslas side, so will they start buying shares to 30%, make a hostile bid? , the legal action might be designed to put off bidding competitors, a company with a Tesla case against them may put off a lot of potential buyers.

Equally it may attract some that want to have a go at Tesla or musk.

Interesting times, let's see what happens tomorrow. This will have to be in an RNS tomorrow, will it plunge, probably, will someone start buying , if so that will result in a slow rise gain.

Let's see if there are any 3% notifications soon, but I think a lot of these shares will be sticky and it may not be easy going, if indeed that's the plan.

I wonder, if Tesla are starting this case, will the Maxwell case be ended without prejudice. It won't do the Tesla case any good if CPX win, as it may weaken the claim made by Tesla.

You might be wrong Mr 5 posts, this Tesla action has moved this onto a world stage, people will be watching now, you may find some of Musks enemies taking an interest in us now, a good opportunity for them to give him a pasting.

This may generate buyers for CPX just for that reason.

The idea is to spin this out for much longer until cpx can't fund it anymore. Tesla have the funds to keep this going a very long time, it's really bad, you wonder why people actually bother to develop anything and patent it these days, as its kind of pointless when the likes of this happens.

It's possible that major advances in technology have actually been hampered because developers look at what generally happens, so they just don't bother at all.

This is new, that's Tesla sueing us, that is not good. It's not the same as the current case.

I wouldn't get too concerned about Mr 3 posts, noone acts on these comments, if you look at the buyers of the last huge share issue, none of them are going to read this rubbish board, which is primarily here for small fry to bicker with each other, but occasionally supplying some information to those of us that have little access to what's going on.

I find it interesting debate, as a few on here are switched on to the legal process, that's worth reading, the rest is noise.
