Itm share price went from 30p to £7 at one point, all on hype, its since pulled back to around 80p. Whether its worth all that remains to be Seaen, but hype drove it up to several £s.

All this additional salary cost will delay a move into profit. A few more years of loss to endure then...

Given that so far all of Terns companies are proving worthless, I doubt a bit of dilution will make any odds.

I really regret getting into this rubbish, I need 7p to escape unscathed and I missed it on that last brief increase as I was unable to access during that period.

I believe that this company will be subject to takeover in the not too distant future. Who buys remains to be seen and the level of sale value may end being a lot less than we expect, but I do believe end game is near, and that this new CEO was installed to make it happen.

All my opinion of course and I could be totally wrong.

A lack of news updates is not unusual for this company. Certainly the new ceo has been very quiet, far too quiet really. However, given the stage the court case is at, I suspect that there is a fair bit of confidential dialogue going on and it's best to keep their mouths shut as there probably confidentiality agreements in place. The lack of other , non case updates, will be due to there being no updates to report.

Doesn't bother me really, it's all quite civilised, noone been insulting each other, it's all valid discussion. We don't all have to agree, Mucker has his views, he is entitled to them, like Open before him, who was right btw.

Mucker, if you pay attention, read the posts that direct you to the court documents, you will see that there is evidence to support statements that CPX have already won this case, the December Jury trial is for the Jury to set the level of damages payable to CPX, unless a settlement is reached before that trial.

So, unless you have hard facts to support what you say, which I,and others, would be very happy to read, then there isn't a lot that you can add to this dicussion.

Rubbish, PIs arnt aborbing that volume. Something is afoot here, has been for a while. When you been in this for years, you can see when interest starts in this company.

Well Mucker, if Tesla is selling Maxwell, perhaps it's because Maxwell has nothing that Tesla wants. That's because CPX have it, no further need for Maxwell.

I don't think people posting negativity really has an impact on the share price . The majority of shares are held by people or organisations that would never look at a forum like this, let alone act on any of the opinionated garbage that gets spoken (I include myself in that as some of its speculation ) If anyone really does get spooked into selling then the volume is irrelevant.

This is just a talking shop for uninformed amateurs, it's not going to influence the market at all.

Yes Mucker, in the past you have made some good points, this time it's just nonsense. In terms of settlement with Maxwell, we already know that's being discussed and we are now into valuing damages suffered by CPX. Such damage is not just limited to sales revenue or Royalty, damages surely has to include the destruction of the companies market capitalisation figure, where would it be if this issue had not arisen. Shareholders have suffered loss of value, that too should hopefully be taken into account.

Mucker might think he can talk it down, he can't and it doesn't need talked down, the poor RNS postings do that already. Actually he talks sense, this company does need bought out, it's too vulnerable to the likes of Maxwell etc, who see it as an easy target to walk all over . A takeover by a more powerful player, to give the patents some real protection is called for. As for the offer amount, none of us can have any idea what that's going to be, nor who is going to make it, if anyone. That remains to be seen.

Without a takeover, I do think there is no future here that's any better than the current situation.

One thing I don't agree with Mucker on is that the action by Tesla will have any impact on CPX sales. Musk made it very clear a good time ago that his/Tesla patents were open to all for free use.

On that basis that action by Tesla is doomed, nothing to panick about there.

One thing I agree with Mucker on, whilst I have a reasonable number of shares in here, and I ain't selling until it gets somewhere near an acceptable price (if it crashes and burns so be it I can accept that) , it's enough, I certainly wouldn't part with any more cash on this, or any share for that matter. One thing I have learnt is that this is not an investable market for private investors, it's for the big institutions etc. Most of the aim shares in particular, it's a race to the bottom and the minimum share price of any company quoted on here is the lowest denomination that is possible, majority of them are going to end up there. If you want to make money, put your cash in the bank and take the interest, rates are much more acceptable now, you will only lose it here.

Mucker can say what ever he wants, it's not going to have any effect on the share price. Those that are selling are doing so for their own reasons, not on the say so of someone they don't know, will never know and as far as they are concerned doesnt know any more about what's going on than anyone else.

Maybe a bit more positive spin, the word "loss" didn't appear, although undoubtedly there is one, it makes it appear better.

I used to hope for £1, but the big dilution has put an end to that I think. Would need a very big mcap for £1. I no idea now where this will go, it's definitely at the make or break point now, end game is very close I feel, let's just hope it's what we all wish for, as there are no guarantees in this market.
