I'm uncomfortable with as a marl shareholder is the intention later this year once HM has been proved up further post pfs, resource increase etc is sandstorm's intention to look for a buyer for HM and as part of that sale look for a larger newly created gold stream. Surely proving up HM and selling it should of been to the total benefit of marl shareholders. Good day but leaves a slightly underwhelming bitter taste in the mouth

Yes and the day we own sandstorm shares everyone will run for the door you won't be able to sell and your 1.09 value will be down to 0.80 in a day. I must say I'm not voting for this

They recommend offer shareholders will have to vote I believe

Another positive is we will all be sandstorm shareholders and therefore still be invested in HM as they grow it . I think good chance that others will come in with better offers to acquire HM

It will jump big time which is great. What I'm not happy about is the board are recommending this seriously low ball offer.

For what we will own at HM after next resource update . Only good thing is it may bring other buyers out of the woodwork in the next few days

complete steal for even HM, but this is what can happen with a suppressed share price . Fulmar will not be happy !
