Needs to try and find out more around the reasons why the sp is languishing at these levels, and actually talk to shareholders about it. People can say he’s following the process, the science hasn’t changed, the company have barely put a foot wrong etc but ultimately we’re all here to make money including the bod and I think as ceo we’ve now reached the stage where he needs to spend a bit of time getting a grip on the sp mechanics and do an interview or con call with investors around his findings. All we ever hear in the last minute of most interviews is we’ve got a lot of ground to make up in our peers. Something we clearly all know and have been waiting through all our successful stages to unsuccessfully close !

This is just ridiculous, anyone would think we had 80% mortality rates in revive 1 and 2 !!!!

Yep and on good news we'll go up to 51/52p and then back then 45/46p again! This share has really just been treading water for 18months. Even incredible strategic partner news the likes of which aim rarely sees wasn't enough to rerate it properly.. yes I know when we're in production and u prices go nuclear (which was supposed to happen this year but hasn't) we'll fly to £1 £1.50 etc etc ...but boy it's been a grind !

This sp is down 10-15% from a year ago, seeing how much further in we are !

Slightly underwhelmed with the markets response to our strategic funding news? Deals like that don't happen often on aim yet in reality the share price did a little burp the impact of which lasted for a couple of days and now it looks like we're close to testing the new supposed floor of 50p within a week !

And when shareholders approve this deal we will have roughly another 95m shares coming to market giving us total shares in circulation of 350m. So in actuality today's deal values the company at 72p a share

This deal basically values the project at a £1 a share which is good. It's more that PA was talking a lot about 25% for $120-150m. Obviously he ended up having to deal with the commercial reality of negotiations

I'll take the deal because it's gone on so long but it's clearly not the deal PA was hoping to strike. He was talking previously about giving up 25% in line with the npv of the project ...well this deal is not that but it will do

Completely new you must now be a tad more concerned about the long bet you were adding to everyday about 6-12 months ago ?!

I seem to remember PA mentioning late lasy year, about planning to get a strategic partner in place q1 this year. I may be slightly out but not by a lot. They're finding it difficult to get the right deal sorted.

From strategic investor is clearly not as easy as PA would have hoped, this is months overdue now, sp is in treacle until there's movement on that front

Would prefer one saying our strategic partner is finally on board, rather than we've saved 50p on this weeks tea and biscuits !

Just a quick line to say I've decided to sell and move on, this has been a great board with lots of really good people contributing useful info/ thoughts on a regular basis, and it was nice to be involved. Didn't end how I believed it would/could have done but I had a lot of shares at a 20p average so in reality I can't be anything other than grateful. Thanks and good luck

Samewise with all due respect they have 338k oz gold equivalent. Way below Marl's 1.2m oz's at HM (which is probably over 1.5moz now).

Lionel I just read and listened to articles and interviews, and it seems that the company and the board seem to have the respect of quite a few market commentators. Also getting HM at this level is clearly going to be a worldie of a deal for them moving forwards + the average broker forecast has them at close to $ 5.50 a share as a 12 month target.
