I suppose it depends on how the deal is structured but if they are going to get 10% of the company for way above current market price then there must be a significant amount of options or CLN’s attached to the deal which will be triggeeed down the line

Is pretty shocking at the moment. Held up very well for about 9 months the from 30p highs, but as the moment of truth approaches we’re constantly on the drift, long way back to 30p from here !

Ivy when you say the risk to not getting approved is extremely small are you talking 5% and under ? To be honest if iclaprim got turned down GL and the company would I would imagine be absolutely beside themselves in disbelief and shock. Not sure if a stewards enquiry would be possible though !

I know people have regularly said you can’t or it’s hard to compare bios but I simply don’t believe that the long term commercial opportunity for imm is any bigger than motif’s long term opportunity with abssi, habp and cf indications. Both potentially in the multi billions. if we had their current market cap today we would be valued in the 90p area. Anyone invested in imm I’m genuinely happy for but I would really love be to understand why at this stage in our game we seem to still be controlled by whoever or whatever whilst others behind us on the science curve seemingly aren’t ?!

Last patient out at imm and they get a 10% rise which some are disappointed with. Here we’re 10% up since we successfully completed p3 with no more science to do or prove on our first indication !

Same rhetoric here as there was at IMM 6 months ago, yet we’re 6 months ahead of them in the process with the science proved and finished, fully funded and yet treading water...although I do believe that (at long bloody last) it’s about to change for us
