It’s a private purchase I.e the indo government aren’t the owners (although they take as discussed previously on this board circa 70% revenue from all o&g assets) so I don’t think there will be any cast iron requirements on expenditure or time frames in any agreement

We’re a listed company our profits from our various assets can be utilised wherever we see fit

Sarge if we can find away to fund indo purchase through debt rather than equity we really should be doing a deal, to get an asset like that which we can pay off completely within 12 months must surely be considered a shrewd acquisition. Indo will already have a team in place that can just carry on business as usual. And MP and his team can carry on unaffected in Azer.

AC is trying to grow us into a mid cap o&g company over the next few years, the indo deal will straight away give us a 300% uplift in oil production, with the possibility or a lot more to come from there and thousands of barrels more from Azer if we can finally get our act together equipment, luck etc . They will almost certainly find a way to do the indo deal, and it can’t be equity because we’re not worth enough so must be debt led deal with a hefty premium attached

GL said/suggested at the end of March that they were nearly able to submit full application In that initial q1 timeframe. 1st June tomorrow.. seems like they had more to complete and at the required standard than he let on at the time

Just not sure of anything at the moment sankeys, the lack of success to this point at the z’s and the moribund share price means things they were definitely going to do, are being re-evaluated and adapted at the last minute.

Hi sankeys I think if the fundraise is more bond/debt based then the sp could react well. I think the terms will be pretty aggressive ref levels of interest etc but with revenue from indo and hopefully zardab wells finally coming to the party we can more than manage it
