next week is all about the fundraise

I believe we’re going to be looking to raise something close to the current market cap.

Is drifting as market knows the big fundraise is almost certainly coming next week. I hope it’s bond based and not too dilutive, sp could react positively to that form of raise

What’s great about Indonesia is even at a 70/30 government split, we could pay back our $6.6m capital outlay for the field out of operating profits within about 12 months

Would be most welcome before the fund raise which is due shortly to fund Indonesia purchase. 50%($3.3m) due mid May, and the rest due end of May. Really hope we go down the bond route with high interest rate payments rather than equity raise and big dilution.

I hope I don’t live to regret it over the next couple of months but I’ve bought another 250k this morning !!

Found this article, which highlights that in Indonesia the government has production sharing contracts with oil and gas operators where they take a high % of revenue. Ajb that’s what frustrates AC most, that even with the delays and disappointments thus far, we still have a business turning over $6m at 58% margins and the sp reflects almost no value to that fact.

Malcy was wrong on the impact the lifting of the moratorium would have as well, he believed it would be multiples higher quickly..Agree with commandokai not much reward for such a high profile risk event. Oh well always tomorrow

Ummm such big news for us but so far you wouldn’t see why with the way sp has reacted . Really thought we may of got a 50% day

Clearly realised that shareholders and the market desperately needed a good news story from thiis update, hence record revenues being used as the strap line of the rns....still all to play for !

And if the share price rises on success they’ll be exercised, and that is a lot of shares potentially flooding the market

10.5m stock options were granted to directors and other employees at an exercise price of 6.7p. That is roughly 7% of the company. That is a lot of shares, which seemingly will be offered to staff as an annual occurrence.

The operational update on 19th Feb, stated z-21 hopefully complete by end of Apr, my concern is on the back of so many delays when they gave this date they must have allowed a lot of wriggle room and in reality probably expected z-21 to be completed end of mar early Apr. (Under promise over deliver)So I’m going to be getting a little twitchy about the possibility of yet more problems the longer we go in to Apr with no news

Good interview from GL on proactive investors this afternoon, it seems the preferred option on US commercialisation is to partner up with another company that has a drug coming to market at a similar time. Will be interesting to see if we can strike any licensing deals for Europe and Japan over the next 6 months
