B2h , if that is the aim ,then it is the exact opposite of what I'd be doing.
If NCYT lose the DHSC dispute they need the strongest balance sheet possible to negotiate repayment terms. Why would they not pursue some form of M&A to have an increased income to service such payments in the worst case scenario.
I know for a fact that there are several small biotechs that already had CE approval ,that they could have targeted , that do similar tests to those they've partnered with Clonit to market , as effectively a distributor and taken 18 months to do so. It is just not logical to me. I await the next R &D update , but if all they offer is the Clonit tests I will not be impressed.
Live in hope and die in vain , tie up with Katalyst out in our mobile labs with a full menu of new tests R&D have been working on and a heavy take up of the new water test across all NHS labs , seems to be a vast improvement, but would like Poidsters opinion as he served his time in a lab.
Re read this last week and boy were the government pushing. We want it , we want it now and we want delivery to commence yesterday. They undoubtedly put Novacyt under extreme pressure , GM reacted and sourced vast quantities of reagents etc ( the write down ) and then we were as we all know right royally ........

I think Blair that with over 900 million of secured work in the pipeline, that it will make their negotiating position stronger then it has ever been. I think many start ups, those struggling in lengthy trials ( biotechs)
many junior minors , the list is endless, may well find it nigh on impossible.

I do think there are rumblings in the jungle, but until we see an RNS stating new assays , have sight of the much anticipated e- commerce platform, get a feel for the value of the Clonit partnership, I won't be getting excited. Same applies to CEO , on a promise , actively recruiting , already secured the role ,who knows , certainly not any of us. A tie up with Katalyst would be great and could be mutually beneficial , again until I see it in black and white It is merely a possibility. D.A saw fit to disclose first win on an NGO order , 300k or thereabouts , again we have heard nothing further , perhaps JM thinks not worth updating , personally I'd appreciate one.

I'm mindful of everyone Jono as they are unknown to me. I spent a long time researching this share and read every post written by about 12 posters , a mixture , inclusive of those positive and negative.
For example a certain lady supposedly who likes to tan her bits , was crystal clear to Stokey12 and Nobby that H&W would never manage to take one step onto the procurement ladder and would never build anything bigger then a bathtub. She further informed them "if anyone thinks they are going to win huge contracts then you need an education on how 'REAL' business works" So yeah I may be new but am very aware of the motives behind who posts what , why and when .

That is fair enough but you start it evertime, therefore if you refrain it won't happen. FWIW I don't buy into any of your conspiracy theories.
