Already discussed what news can drop regardless of directors deals , that includes new contracts and finance agreement, anything they did not know about at time of purchase.

Well as you believe contracted work doesn't impact share price , I'm pleased you think I'm daft, don't quite know what title that earns you though.

Not far off Mcap being only 25% of the 77million investment being made into the yards and over 900,000,,000.00 million of works in the pipeline , with 34% strike rate of success on bids. Crazy low is an understatement.
Priced as though finance will fail and placing incoming.

As he and others would have been the individuals at that time jumping through whatever hoops to fulfill the government's demands. Let's hope they haven't 'lost ' their phones and have retained whattsapp messages etc. It does appear that unfortunately our govt have been far from transparent in a lot of the contracts that have come under the spotlight thus far.
Took a look at the 1979 act and plethora of amendments and gave up , impossible to even narrow down what area tye govt could be focusing on.

Whilst being aware this is not a large contract , things like this could have most definitely been used to at least keep shareholders informed that they were still bidding for contracts. I haven't bothered researching if the US govt have gone down a similar route for other overseas troops, too much to do this week .

Soltace , I read your posts re the two civil service roles , which indeed may benefit Harl , I also read Stokey12 's post where he copied and pasted some relevant points about salary and right calibre of applicants.
It has often puzzled me why certain people apply for certain roles.
I know numerous folks who have firsts from Oxford, in law , went on the accelerated LPC and straight into FBD , S&M , A&O , blah . However after completing TC left to go in-house at BOE or Gov leg dept , by doing so they halved their salaries overnight.
Some chose to stay in academia , many superb surgeons stay in the NHS and forgo mega bucks by not running a private practice. I don't actually think that salary alone will preclude the right calibre of applicants.
The appeal of job security , incredible pension benefits ( was approx 30% ) may motivate some. I hope they get some super candidates whilst being mindful of the points Stokey12 carried to the board.

It is a 67 page doc. On page 5 it lists all the primerdesign tests that can be ordered on behalf of the American govt , to be shipped to a lab in Germany.
Tests for the US troops based there. The contract runs up until 2027.

Are the 'rest ' ready to leave ? One would assume as they finish each barge that they are then delivered ASAP.

Frustrating though it is Pebbles , no case ever went to court because supplier and purchaser both happy with the arrangement and pointing out you treated them differently won't assist . The government were very careful about what they claimed the Innova test was to be used for.
Our case will be based entirely on the contract we signed and if we fulfilled our obligations according to that contract .
