DG afternoon , you may well be correct and it could be a possible route , indeed perhaps the 'best' option. My reservation would be that we would be restricted in some way , the 'free ' money will not come without multiple clauses .

I guess differing risk criteria factors influence , undoubtedly great news surfaced re the failed application by the applicants , the next catalyst will be either confirmation of the funding , new contract wins or the announcement of a successful JR and folks will be buying at 24 instead of 12.

My thoughts exactly as I've posted before. Whatever they decide , I'm sure he will select the most lucrative route for the company and therefore us.
Plans could have changed since the FSS contract and the refinancing. It could have been the case that immediate cash was the overriding factor. However now with over 900mill contracted work in the pipeline ( and rising) the preferable route may be a JV to develop and share a percentage of the profit.
Exciting times ahead for those holding Harl. I am very mindful of the massive shortfall in the market of fabrication capacity and I believe we will see this string to their bow become increasingly utilised and in parallel a matching increase in the sp.

Hopefully we have a cracking week and she starts a rapid ascent , this superb news coupled with over 20 enquiries at the American trade show should be reflected in a equally impressive move in the SP. Good luck all holders , let the climb commence :):)

This extract is from a GDR RNS last night. Not to wind anyone up with the 20K revenue.
I want to highlight the last sentence. Is that nearly a million? That's how it is written , therefore I expect we will be getting a very substantial tax credit.

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

· £0.02m revenue to 31 December 2022, (31 December 2021: £nil)

· Operating loss of £2.7m (31 December 2021: £2.8m)

· Equity Prepayment Facility agreement of up to £5m executed 31 March 2023 (see separate announcement)

· Debt free and cash of £2.1m as at 31 December 2022 (30 June 2022: £4.6m)

· R&D spend of £2.0m (31 December 2021: £1.9m)

· Cash of £2.0m on 14 March 2023 following recent receipt of R&D tax credit of £0.96m

I am confused. I thought a tax credit was to offset against tax. They made 20k ??
The way the RNS is written it implies receipt of actual cash?

( money in bank, approved funding) that several funds are joining us to dine at the captains table.

Approved funding , positive JR , contracts dropping , progression of yard updates , visible evidence carry forward projects from 2022 miss are now recouping that revenue ( cory barges and M55)
Then the drive to reach the stated LTIP figures. Superb potential , I'm in a luxury cabin and settled in for a long trip. Cruise passengers heading North.
