Micky, the answer to his question is right there on youtube in the last presentation but seriously why would any of us waste our time engaging. There is every chance the IND could be filed as soon as tomorrow, and if there is an RNS at 7am absolutely every post on here tonight will be completely irrelevant. His attempts to inject doubt or fear of delays are a complete waste of time if the RNS lands that its actually been filed. Those who engage with him or are talking about visiting the dentist whilst skiing in a hot tub or something? Irrelevant. When the RNS lands it lands, there is no debate or question about the third run. Not going to lie, its a little entertaining, but for once I am the one saying, dont waste your time, let Vlad do the talking, quiet now.... He is standing up to take the mic.

Oh far from it Micky, I am simply saying this SP is a joke, people will get excited at 5,10,20 or even 50% but in reality they should have their eyes on something much bigger.
Going clinical puts them at a different tier where many of the comparable and smaller pharma with CAR-T treatments but much smaller pipelines are already at the 200-300m mcaps.
We should and will be 1000% higher than this SP, but I wont even start to get excited until 5p+

Yes Pumpkin its sad, and as much as many may joke I actually would like us all to get together after this sh17 storm is over and we are clinical and the SP is back 5,10p+ . And Yes I would like to meet face to face and have a pint. I used to think MrIndia was an absolute troll trader, then I spoke to him face to face and he is a sound guy. So if you want to keep up the negativity I cant stop you but honestly as a human being I wish you would try and be a little more optimistic *(Especially as if I recall your organising the bloody thing!)
RNS is purely an administrative tidy up, the shares on the companies share register was 2 off from that held by the list. WHY they found them right now? Only a good thing in my opinion, they are making sure the company books are squeaky clean.

Pumpkin, I try not to give you a hard time as honestly I can tell you have had some pretty s4177y luck recently, but you do wind quite a few people up. Had more texts about you today than any other subject :P Yes people genuinely text me to give off about your moaning. And here is the thing, in the past you have had some genuine posts but by and large your posts are always negative. You say you will post a positive post when Vlad releases something positive, but yet despite 2 years of crying how Vlad fooled us all by raising for Covid and then not going straight to trials with some antibody you did not post one positive thing about CBR when it was revealed in what can only be described as a paradigm shifting update. There was a very clear update, justification for the placing which happened years before, detailing the secrecy until Patent protection was in place. And despite years of moaning about the placing, did you come forth and say Actually Vlad, well done, a few mil raised at 7p to deliver CBR is actually a pretty good deal?
Nope.
Its just ALL negative, IF and When Vlad delivers this RNS and IND, I am sure you will pump and be oh so Pro-Hemogenyx for all of 30-60 minutes before announcing to us all how you have sold at 5p and are now moving on to ABDX or NANO which are about to move.... But dont worry you will be back at 3p for another successful trade. :P
But the icing on the cake is that you genuinely seem to be invested most of the time when you are posting negative croap, which is just mind boggling why anyone sees the need to sh17 on their own share WHILST invested.
Anyway, like I said, irrelevant. When IND lands this board will one again be swamped with new and old investors again and you and I will be drowned out as it should be. Your small trades will have little impact and many more experienced Pharma investors will take over the positive posting I am sure. So this is just chewing the chaff until it lands.
And it will land. Soon. And yes, you may post a positive post to ramp your investment, but it wont last and you will return to your bitter negative ways.

Those that know me outside of LSE will know that I am extremely on edge at the moment, its not worry or nervousness (MrIndia :P) its that feeling of holding a winning lottery ticket, knowing with every bone in your body that you have the numbers. Knowing that this small piece of paper represents a new future, but also knowing its 8pm on a Saturday night and the helpline number is closed.
As Pingu says, ultimately, at this precise point in time its not about if CAR-T works or does not work or who buys it in the end.
Its not about the Phase 3 results of CBR, its a very long way to go before then.
Hemogenyx today are valued at what? £23mil? This valuation just does not carry over to a Clinical pharma in trials with a CAR-T treatment for oncology, wholly owned with no profits to share and zero debt.
I am absolutely convinced that within hours or days Hemogenyx will file IND and I am 100% confident that Vlad will have dotted every I and crossed every T and double checked with the FDA to make sure they are happy the dots are round enough and the T's crossed correctly.
I get frustrated at this window where we have to wait for the red dot, knowing it could come at any moment. To be honest at this point in time the likes of Stu etc, I dont give a flying fig what they post, it just fills the time for me, it does not delay or slow the IND in any way. If this board was dead with 0 posts I would still be on edge, waiting for that red dot.
It is close, it is very close, I can smell it, I can hear from the other side of the pond Vlad flicking though the pages and the sound of him licking the brown manila envelope.
I am right back being a kid, Christmas Eve, willing myself to sleep as I know Santa will come in the morning but unable to close my eyes with the excitement.

Sadly, as much as you may want to believe that governments are doing what is necessary, because of the levels of corruption and waste, even knowing what we know now, governments will never do as much as they could to prepare. Look at climate change, its been obvious what was coming but yet how much profit did Shell declare recently? Unless scientists scream at the top of their voices that another pandemic is likely and scare enough of the general population sufficiently to persuade them to pester their politicians to act nothing will change. The tax payer does not want to pay more tax to protect against what could come tomorrow at the cost of luxuries today and politicians care more about being elected than future proofing the country. So I understand and support the spirit of what your saying, but I feel the doomsday messaging is necessary :-(

After Covid-19 the world is taking even the remotest possibility of the next pandemic seriously. Even if there is never another pandemic the urgency is now there to be as ready as possible.

Its like Microsoft saying there is a new critical vulnerability in the wild, as of yet no known malicious uses of it but it allows criminals to take control of your system. Take precautions and we will issue a patch on Thursday.
Granted Hemogenyx are not yet ready to issue a patch but they are working on it. If there was no threat from various pathogens there would be no use for CBR (Well except cancer).

Cant actually disagree with you pumpkin, or higher! I am prepared to give Vlad the benefit of the doubt however that it was a shrewd move and he had good reasons for doing so. Time will tell!

One final thing though, IMO most of us assume Run 3 has been signed off already by third party, many are aware that this week was the IND target. IF the third party had tested and rejected the sample then personally I believe THAT would be market sensitive information and would have had to been released in the past few weeks.
Anyway, IMO you did well getting (almost) 600k at this price this close to IND. God only knows where we would be sitting right now were it not for our disgruntled (hopefully) ex shareholder :P

Thats Run 2, it like run 3 and run 1 are all REACH notifications.
Which means that in Vlads opinion he did not HAVE to notify the market but chose to do so. In my opinion there will not be any RNS for 3rd party approval of the third run.
Run 1 and 2 were both tested by the third party and passed all tests
Run 3 was exactly the same cells as the other 2 and its a safe assumption will also be a pass.
At this point its a waste of time and money to release another REACH so close to IND. If you have sold holding out trusting Stu then I wish you good luck but you really should question the motives of those you listen too.
IF Stu genuinely believed or had some inside knowledge that there would be a delay he would not be trying to convince everyone to sell, he would be encouraging everyone to buy whilst he piled on a short position from as high a SP as possible to let the bad news RNS do the damage.

The current iteration of "Stu458" is by far and away the "cleanest" in terms of trying to avoid a ban by skirting and hinting or implying rather than outright lies so credit where credit is due.
Not a fan of traders, but its clean and honest and have done it elsewhere on other stocks in the past, its when it spreads into misinformation I have a problem. The pathetic thing is the SP has dropped back after each rise due to some serious offloading which is very likely connected to someone who never goes near these boards and would happen even if nobody talked on here. Our resident troll could probably have made just as much trading the swing based on the seller without a single post.
I remain confident of news this week, it will come when Vlad is ready and nothing any of us on here say is going to either speed it up or slow it down.

You dont expect failure or deflection RNS's you just want others to think that so the SP can drop and you can buy.

You would not waste so much time here if you were not actively trading which means you need to convince people to sell.

Today was never "The date", this "WEEK" was the target and like others my understanding is its on track and I fully expect it to land this week, HOPEFULLY whilst you are sold out :-)

As for FDA approval... They only give approval if they are giving early approval otherwise they just dont apply a clinical hold and the company can start trials after 1 month.

The chances of Vlad putting in an IND that got a clinical hold after so much hand holding by the FDA during the PIND process is extremely remote.

Micky, MOST pre clinical candidates fail by now, 95% odd. Getting to this stages having passed all the pre clinical stages means that the chance of an IND progressing is 88%, however that does not take into consideration the PIND removes any unknowns or uncertainty so I have no doubt of progress to Phase 1 trials.

IMO because of the PIND there is no justification for a clinical hold, the FDA have told Hemo exactly what is required and they have the expertise to follow the documentation.

I am NOT suggesting there is any correlation, but surely its has to be going through his mind! Even the opportunity of obtaining facilities for HuPHEC, or some Intellectual property etc.. Would be hugely beneficial for future trials of CDX etc if they can provide end to end treatment.
