Pumpkin right now Nano is 27.00 with the RNS confirming what was expected, taking home < 100m. Not alot of pivotal news due and most have seen the show and are moving on, I wish you nothing but good luck but likewise I cannot see you making much even in a bounce in a week.
Hemo is 2.275p right now and I am confident that this time next week we will have IND filed. So lets come back next week and revisit how wise your Nano topup Vs hemo was then.

Apologies for off topic... As for Vlads tweet... Given his target IND submission is a few days away, how exactly are we not expected to read anything into it?

Should say the trials will not start with phase 1,they will be phase 1/2a. They will be patients suffering from cancer.

Let's not make up percentages or fractions.
HOWEVER.
IND target is imminent.
Years of research, pre clinical tests, PIND with FDA, multiple production runs with 3rd party confirmation.
So confirmation of final PQ is all that's missing from IND.
Vlad has always been perfectly clear that he would licence CAR-T for the right price but that won't come until clinical proof which does NOT mean full phase 3 clinical run. It's possible, but unlikely. CAR-T is hot right now, people know it works. The trials for HEMO-CAR-T will not start with a safety Phase 2 trial. They will start with a terminally ill cancer patient who is taking a chance on a new experimental treatment. That patient will either live or die. Then there will be a second, who will live or die.
If vlad cures these patients it will be obvious, if people want to argue that we need to wait or that big pharma will have to wait for phase 3 to see if it works... Err no. This is not some trial to reduce mortality by 10% or improve lung capacity or reduce inflammation. It is to destroy cancer cells in a patient and a blood test will prove if it works. There is a chance it will fail.
But given the mCap is like 25mil NOTHING is priced in.
There is a chance even if it works and its clear after the first patient that no big pharma comes in to licence it, maybe nobody wants it, despite paying 500m for a CAR-T for ALL.. Its possible..
But F me, the downside from this **** sp is marginal compared with POSSIBLY IND next week, possibly FDA fast track approval, POSSIBLY trials starting in March and Vlad being in a position to say as soon as April that patent 1 has been treated, blood checked and no trace of AML.
Any of this guaranteed? Nope, but seriously the mCap is 25mil, the upside is bonkers.

Struggling to see why you care pumpkin? The date the shares are admitted is as relevant as the colour of your knickers :P As soon as there is the RNS the brokers are free to sell and settle when they are admitted.

Oh good god.... £100m mCap would be good, my pink hairy hole. Seriously? You have absolutely zero clue what price Pharma companies go for. Do you think Hemo is somehow special? It will some how be different to all the rest and remain Clinical bio with a CAR-T for cancer in trials valued at less than £100m whilst also sitting on CBR and CDX?
Good god! The company was 60-70 mil 2 years ago before the fiasco CLNs and back then CBR was unheard of and CAR-T was far in the distance. I can get you dozens of examples of CAR-T licencing deals from pre-clinical to after trials where they paid 100m->1bn+ for ONE CAR-T Treatment. But you think £100m for the ENTIRE COMPANY, all the IP, 100% ownership of CBR and CAR-T and most of CDX "would be good". There is an excellent reason why you keep making losing trades pumpkin you jump for dogs because the rampers have convinced you its a good deal without ever taking the time yourself to decide what the company is really worth, how much they can generate from licencing etc rather than dogs that have high overheads and small margins.

I dont think me not engaging will have any impact whatsoever, he has been going for years using many many profiles and will continue to trade and post away. He will stop when he buys in. But I am happy to oblige and not reply, lot of work to get done today anyway.
Absolutely bonkers we are still in the 2's when we are literally about to hit clinical status with a bank full of cash, multiple huge pipelines and risk of placing now past.

Dont fall into the trap of assuming reasons are mutually exclusive.
This is not the first time that brokers have offered money to the company, the fact that they chose to accept can kill more than one bird.
It can pre-qualify the 100% match required by the grant
AND It can provide funds in the bank to cover normal working expenses
AND it can provide capital to enable the company to take advantage of opportunities that may arise.

Do you ever watch those hoarders tv shows where it shows newspapers from the 1940s in big piles? That will be me with my hemo shares in 10 years time, living in poverty but sitting on enough hemo wealth to buy a mansion in the country but unable to sell because of my addiction.

Time will tell, unfortunately, when that happens you will be gone like a leaf in the wind never to have to answer or justify in hindsight your negative and ultimately wrong stance. One of the downsides of todays world, easy to throw away your account when it does not suit your purpose.
Unfortunately in the past few sessions the bears have won over bulls in spite of the closing timeframe to impending news, and its only because the bears like yourself have been so successful in putting people off that the margin between selling and current buying price is so wide making it retrospectively beneficial. It is very much self fulfilling, had everyone who sold NOT sold the SP would not have fallen and it would not have been a wise decision. Sadly its a fact that over the years Vlad has picked up a number of diehard haters who get more satisfaction from profiting on a fall on hemo than a rise. The day quickly approaches when those haters will lose their controlling position.

BB, Normally, most shares I would say your right, usually a placing is there to provide funding for the next period and is nothing more than a big warning sign that there is probably weeks ahead of no news. Afterall, why would a CEO take the hit of a placing when he can wait and either sign a licencing deal or raise after significant news that gives a big bounce?
Genuinely I dont believe this is the case here, I am confident that IND is on track which is a huge inflection point in the next week or so. So why take the placing?
As many have confirmed, it was OFFERED to Vlad, the brokers approached Hemo and offered cash, after years of SP being 1.5p he accepted and almost doubled cash on hand. Irrespective of any other reasons this is prudent enough.
The Grant - $4m of free money is hard to refuse, and like it or not it had to be matched at some point, now it is Hemogenyx are likely to be successful.
Market mechanics - The number of people who swore blind there would be a placing long before the company ever agreed to it was crazy. People were selling it down, saying it was coming, scaring people off and hurting the SP, so actually doing a placing removes that uncertainty and FUD.

But as HFH posted, it sounds like this money has a purpose, Vlad did NOT need it but taking the money allows him to take advantage of an opportunity that has arose. If he is correct then we will find out soon enough and it will become clear where the cash is going.
Honestly though, I dont understand those who think its worth taking the risk of missing an RNS in the hope of a fractional discount on buying. There are tonnes of volatile stocks all much better opportunities for trading. Hemo is sitting at a pathetically low mCap whilst practically clinical so the risk of missing a huge re-rate here is much bigger than anywhere else. Thinking its better to wait in the hope of a dip (Which would be NT to buy anyway) is really illogical to me and just presses home that most still actually dont realise the potential, such is life!

B&B is sooo much more efficient that buying and selling yourself, the spread is almost identical and you only pay for one side of the trade.

Your making a whopping big assumption that all the people who took part in this placing did so to flip, and now at a loss.
And not because they actually want to hold for IND and moving clinical. Some of the placees have made themselves known and have not sold and are not planning to sell this side of clinical.
Did some flip? I am sure they did, but likewise a good chunk of the shares that were sold came from a disgruntled shareholder who was not told about or invited to the placing having a hissy fit.

But your fundamental point that all shares in a placing need to be flipped is just wrong, I took part in the 1.5p placing and those share remain to this day with my broker, un-flipped.

Brendy that's not how it works, if your sitting with 6 or 7 figures in your dealing account the brokers will go the extra mile to get your order filled at a better price. Everyone should know by now that the best way to fill an order is to drop the price and let people panic and sell thinking the sky is falling. Personally I added a 50k block today, because it was red, some prefer to wait for sp to be rising and pay a premium, to each their own.

Stu is more than entitled to his balance, hence not giving him any stick, except when it crosses factual lines such as more dilution etc which legally would require a shareholder vote (30% authorised last year, most is used up). End of the day he is gambling, for the record I dont believe he is shorting as that would be really stupid, I believe he dumped on the spike north of 3p and wants it as low as possible to buy back in. Fine, I think he is gambling on no update in the next 24 hrs, but likewise he has been around this board for years and knows the potential, knows why Hemo is so low and undervalued and is unlikely to be stupid enough to wait until next week to buy back in. If people like him REALLY believed what they were posting they would not post, they would post on a board where they plan to buy to make a few quid.
As annoying as it can be at times, if the weak handed like pumpkin want to jump on his bandwagon and sell up then at least there is a positive side! Just as long as people do recognise that these people who turn up and post like this have an agenda, its to buy shares cheaper, because they want to buy. You do realise that the shares are not technically listed yet right? So even if one individual took 10% (I am NOT saying anyone did) they STILL would not even be allowed to file a TR1 yet? And apart from that the whole declaration process is a joke, there is no accountability or enforcement.

Bottom line, IF he was posting inside information then it was illegal and should have been removed
IF he was lying and pretending to post inside information it was illegal and should have been removed.

And for the record I checked, the decision to take the placing was made AFTER his post so it was an educated guess, which crossed the border into illegality warranting his removal when he stated it as FACT.
