Crunch, I do try not to respond, but I hate when the board turns toxic, I 100% acknowledge that certain people post with an agenda but I am always willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. I have literally zero interest in entering into a debate about this, because it has never been a debate, Vlad had pencilled in a target for IND many many months ago, not hitting that date is not a sign of anything. I give estimates at work all the time and I never hit them, you always underestimate development, QA, change of requirement, bounces, server outages, holidays.... so please stop calling it a "COMPANY TARGET" it was never official, but it was a goal that Vlad missed, I know they are similar but there is a difference between a contractual or regulatory target vs an ad hoc date Vlad picked as a nice to hit. RE the placing funds, I cant comment because how do we know what the funds have achieved? Pure spit-balling but what if that partner he mentioned in the tweet is willing to manufacture, distribute and administer CAR-T at hospitals around the US where they already have ongoing trials for other candidates? And for that they need to pay? We know the AML target they are addressing has only 500 patients a year so the chances of having 20 at Penn are slim, Vlad wants to speed up getting CAR-T into clinical trials? Well what use is an IND if you have zero patients available and willing to take your drug? MAYBE thats why the cash or some of it? I DONT KNOW so please don't people start accusing me of inside info on this. Basically:
We DONT know what the money was for.
We DONT know that the IND has not already been submitted.

I have laid out my thoughts, if I am right then the "delay" if you want to call it that is more than justified, but we wont find that out until we get the RNS.

It does not take a rocket scientist to know multiple updates are imminent so its not an unreasonable statement to make, none of us know exactly when news will land but land it must and odds are good its before EoW.
IND - We know vlad had a preliminary target in mind which is long past, never fixed in stone and took longer than expected to prepare, annoying and frustrating but does not change the simple maths. Every day that it does not land means the probability of it landing the next day increases, also worth repeating what others have said, if there had been a problem that also would have been market sensitive and would have had to been released.
CBR - We know they started in vivo testing start of the year, its now MARCH.... Every day odds of results being published increases.
CDX - Negotiations have been going on a very long time, Vlad has mentioned this in several recent interviews/videos.
So realistically we are at a point where I am more surprised by the lack of update each day.

Personally I feel an update this week, if I was to guess I would say details about this:
"delivered to #patients suffering from #AML by a reliable partner with established logistics including real-time GPS tracking anywhere in the US. Quality System!" - Tweet from Hemogenyx. I just cannot imagine the reliable partner being anything other than a global pharma with existing distribution for treatments like CAR-T. Which raises the question WHY would Hemo need a partner to deliver with GPS when they were planning to run HEMO-CAR-T at Penn which is not that far from New York??? For 20 patients? Does not make sense. Are they JUST a courier from Hemo Lab to Penn or are they helping run the trials country wide given how rare the target AML is? Are they perhaps helping to produce the CAR-T? Do they want first dibs after its proven?
If this "reliable partner" is new and are part of the trial process that could explain the delay in IND submission, but IMO details of that partner SHOULD be worthy of an RNS.
Going to caveat this by saying that over the past few years there have been many things that IMO have been market sensitive that Vlad has refused to RNS or update shareholders on so perhaps he will keep details of this partner secret like so much else. Hemogenyx is run like a private company, we have to accept that we are kept in the dark as much as Vlad can get away with, its not ideal but its where we are. This does NOT change the potential, it does not make HEMO-CAR-T any less likely to be successful, it does not make CBR which is being tested in government labs any less likely to be the next big name in viral treatment, it does not make the 3rd party any less likely to buy CDX, it does not mean that CBR will fail in vivo against Covid-19. All it means is that we shareholders will be the very last to know when all these positive things do happen. Hopefully as the company grows communication will improve, still to this day no mention of CBR on the offical company

Same goes for me, not sure what you are looking me to say? IF I posted what I really thought you would accuse me of flagrant over the top ramping. I have time and again posted links to companies that have similar or less pipelines at pre clinical and phase 1, I have posted links to licencing deals for CAR-T that were done in early clinical stages. At this point there is nothing to be gained by repeating myself, I am not trying to convince anyone to buy or sell, I am just waiting for IND and the visibility that I hope it will bring and look forward to seeing what the wider market think of Hemogenyx as a clinical pharma.

IMO Vlads tweets last night are worthy of taking note off, not because he can forecast whats going to happen here but because hopefully it will encourage some actual discussion on the market we are entering, peer valuations, significance of transition to Clinical status etc. When I reply to Pumpkin its often me trying to get her to answer a simple question "What is Hemogenyx worth" and in 3 years never got a response.
When you challenge these people as to their targets its always something like "Ill be happy with 20%" or "1 bag will do..."
What IS a fair market value for Hemogenyx and what would it be when they are in clinical trials? I accept we need more visibility and a whole different group of pharma investors to make that happen and that only comes with PR and IND.
Which is why I have practically lost my voice repeating myself saying this SP is a joke, the mCap is not sustainable, at some point we will re-rate.
Vlads tweets just help to re-enforce that Hemo is currently massively below its peers and a significant re-rate is not only possible but per the charts probable.

Pumpkin, the only thing we cannot control is share price or timing, CBR looks every bit as promising as I thought from the start, CAR-T every bit as valuable as predicted. It does not really matter if you believe me or not, I don't buy or sell based on your opinion of what I think. I invest here because "I" believe in this investment, its certainly taking alot longer than I would have hoped but thats just an irritation much like yourself, one day when LTH'ers like myself is proven right and justified for our belief will you be back to apologise and say how you regret injecting so much doubt and pessimism over the years? No chance, you will disappear and rather than face your mistakes you will move on to another share as always. Your trading history is a train wreck because you consistently invest in shares without ever taking the effort to work out what a company is worth before you invest and start ramping. I have asked you many times in the past what you value Hemogenyx at and never have you replied with an actual value. But you are right, I have been expecting this share to re-rate for the past 3 years because I HAVE done enough research into the market to know what the candidates are worth at this level and I have been constantly astounded by how its been held down for so long. But in that time the potential has only grown.
I look forward to what you have to say when the next RNS does land, as others have said I am positive no matter what it is you will take the opportunity to find some sort of negativity in it. I am long past giving you abuse for it, honestly it just seems to be you and its really just sad and I feel sorry for you. Hopefully one day you will get lucky and invest in a share that actually does give you enough that you can stop trading before you blow it all. Unless there is an RNS today catch you all tomorrow or later in the week!

Plenty of "facts" on what is coming based on what has come before, Pharma may not be fast but it is dependable, there are steps that must be taken that give known expected updates and some we can safely assume will come, just like in mining there are various stages that traders love to hang their hat on. We all know what Hemo has, the frustration is how long things are taking and the Share Price which is not what most of us want to see, but it would be a mistake to equate SP to quality of the share. On the flip side you have companies like CINE up 20%+ despite the writing on the wall with what is going to happen to shareholders there, but its more exciting and traders want to trade. If people like Pumpkin cannot see and appreciate the potential here then that is their problem, she will miss out and move on when Hemo does land. Its a new week, there is ZERO to be achieved by starting off this week with negativity, lets chill and hopefully Vlad delivers this week!

1, Pumpkin your obsession with sunny is odd, as was made clear at the time, Dr A reported him because EITHER he was spreading live and actual inside information to manipulate the market which is illegal OR he was lying and manipulating the market which again is illegal. As a trader you should understand that there are limits to what your allowed to say and he did not just cross that line he took a great big steaming dump on it and then kept running, we are not talking about minor breach of LSE rules, we are talking about actual criminal liability.
2, There is absolutely nothing to be gained by making personal digs at each other.

Stu, lets agree that the probability of any new pharma discovery reaching clinical and commercial status is very low, extremely low, pre-ind the failure rate is more likely than not it will fail. Personally I believe in CBR but irrelevant, on the charts MOST stuff fails. However the market knows this which is why when your valuing CBR you have to discount it by probably 90-95% of what its likely to be worth at the end.
Basically, take Vlad at his word, look at CBR and accept maybe it is a new paradigm in treating viral infections amongst others. Allow people to be excited and view it as a game changer, makes no odds. Bottom line for me is always "WHAT is this worth if it works?" Then take that figure, discount it by 95% and thats what its worth today. CAR-T is IND stage which is more of a transition from pre-clinical to Phase 1/2a clinical than a stage of itself and MOST candidates fail before now so the discount is much less.
Anyway, promise last post for today, just hope this lets you understand where I am coming from when I say something is undervalued, its not because I am dismissing the risks of failure at each stage. I just also know that the market is also willing to accept risk and apply discounts based on potential and right now we are miles from where we should be.

I welcome the day when this board is filled with investors who discuss Hemogenyx on their merits and not obsess only on SP. I HAD stopped posting entirely and started only because the trolls returned, yourself included, and they were winning the argument and actually convincing people there was something wrong with CAR-T and the IND which is false. You can call us positive posters a "gang" if you wish but reality is we are just investors who strongly believe in this investment and will push back when others arrive with one post and a clear agenda to push the SP down. Vlad may not like the flak he gets from not hitting a date that HE said in a Zoom call to non-insider investors, unlucky. I did not hear him myself as I was not on it but a few posters on here have stated he did and I believe them, and because he did the wider investor pool got behind an early Feb IND which propelled the SP and allowed him to raise £4m at significantly less dilution. Vlad has said in the past when he delivers the science the SP will follow, problem is you need cash to get there and even if your delivering along the way unless you keep your shareholders engaged and informed your SP will fall making it harder and more dilutive to fund.
Your trying now to portray yourself as balanced and reasonable, but many of us know that when you started posting it was spreading FUD between no IND for 1year+, provisional patents expiring, running out of cash etc. Anyway this is NOT an attack on you, I am sick of personal crap on here, you know what you were doing with many of your posts and the kind of reactions you wanted to generate. I have no real issues with your posts these days which is why I rarely reply. Given we cannot block each other from seeing each others posts on LSE as we could say on twitter, you will have your wish of seeing less or none of my posts if I dont feel people like yourself are trying to manipulate people.

Finally, to answer your posts directly:

Pumpkin, you may have been waiting for the bus for 3 years, but you keep hearing rumours about ANOTHER bus just round the corner and running off to catch that, only to find its out of service or has already driven off, then run back to the Hemo bus stop finding people have joined in front :P BUT at least your transparent which is a very welcome trait.

Good to read the board and see who is in and who is out, In Pumpkins defence she should not be branded the same as Stu or others. Using the bus analogy they are both in the Queue waiting for the bus, Stu would be telling everyone that the bus route has been cancelled and best to go home(well now saying its coming get back in line behind him), where as pumpkin has been standing in the queue moaning how she will get soaked when the bus hits the puddle in front and will end up not getting a seat so will have to get off early.
Accusing LTH'ers of "blatant ramping" is like complaining about a child waking each morning in December asking has Santa been yet. The enthusiasm is based off RNS's, tweets, Zoom calls, market comparisons for similar products which have recently been licenced. The excitement for early Feb came from the CEO in a zoom call, its hardly unjustified unwarranted "ramping". Even the trolls and traders know how undervalued this is, otherwise they point blank would not be here posting. If this was a dog share with no potential there would be no reason to come here, we all know the potential, just some think they have time to trade in the mean time.
The very fact that there are people STILL negative or sour on Hemogenyx when the official company twitter account has put out that they have lined up a company to transport their CAR-T with GPS tracking.... Come on, its not "blatant ramping" to say Hemogenyx are going clinical imminently.
Getting excited about CBR when we were told a while ago they are testing against Marlburg, long before the recent outbreak, for it now to be a serious concern with companies racing for a vaccine yet again, and here we have Hemogenyx working with the government testing CBR? And some argue that its unreasonable to get excided? When the mCap here is < 25mil? Catch a Grip!

Hemogenyx is Massively undervalued, there are companies out there in early clinical trials with only CAR-T 10 times this mCap with only a fraction of the potential. This SP is an absolute JOKE. It is not sustainable and it will not last long.

Interesting choice of words "reliable partner with established logistics"... We talking a courier service OR we talking a big pharma like Eli/J&J/WuXi etc.. If so are they JUST delivering or are they going to be producing the CAR-T for Hemo? And why talk about delivery anywhere in the USA if phase one is or was literally going to be 20 patients at Penn?

Please stop putting too much on the 4m grant.
Yes Hemogenyx will probably get it and it will be a big boost.
But it is nothing more than an incentive to attract bios to New York such as Hemogenyx. It does not prevent Hemogenyx from getting financial or other more practical assistance from the government.
If Hemo are working with the Government and have proven CBR works against Marburg and they decided to back Hemo to fast track then they will invest whatever money and assistance is required and the March grant decision is completely irrelevant.

Both partly right imo. Charlie posted info this morning that sounds credible, a company can't RNS IND submission until FDA issue a letter of receipt so can take 10days or so. But as Pingu says an IND submission is significant enough for hemo that an RNS is justified.
We are all bored waiting,but no point arguing over it, will come when vlad is ready. Hopefully soon.

OnlyUp I agree, a great scientist he is, but sometimes in business you have to accept what is on the table today in order to facilitate a feast tomorrow. Taking an early win and licencing of CAR-T early in the clinical process would be the obvious move for me given there is plenty of precedent, the market is hot right now and the target market is not that big. Better to sell in Phase 1/2a for a lower value rather than struggling on for years into phase 3 with no cash to progress anything else

CAR-T when proven (Which could be after a handful of patients in a few months) is worth 500m (And yes there are lots of examples of licencing deals in early clinical stages for that figure).
I would be more than happy for him to sell off one of the subsidiaries that holds CAR-T and maybe even CDX for 500m but absolutely not CBR. Potential there is too huge.
