I have just placed my order but am told there is already a long list ahead so it may take a few days. So worth phoning your brokers now rather than later.
The tax implications are huge, no capital gains and potentially locking in a paper loss which can be used to offset other CGT profits for next 3 years.

As Per funding RNS:
"The net proceeds from the Placing will be used to facilitate progression of the Company's HEMO-CAR-T product candidate into clinical trials and to enable the Company to continue development of product candidates for the treatment of viral infections based on its Chimeric Bait Receptor ("CBR") platform."

The grant is UP TO $4m and can be used for expenses including staffing and associated costs.
It is NON dilutive funding, not "free funding" which "Dr Sandler" explicitly stated he was seeking in multiple interviews etc unless you have selective memory. Even $1m of funding would have been better than nothing.
If Hemo did NOT look at and apply for this grant which on paper sounds perfect for CBR then I would be extremely disappointed. If they applied and after the first round of reviews were not successful or decided that the encumbrance of the process was too much to deal with right now and pulled out that is one thing, but coming on here and trying to make shareholders who have speculated about the grant look bad is just a d(1)ck move akin to attacking people who hoped for IND week one of Feb based on the statement by "Dr Sandler" over zoom. Just because it was not written down does not make it false.
Love how you scurry out of your hole and appear here to attack shareholders as a way to deflect and dampen expectations when plans change rather than a bit of honesty, but yet are never to be seen to counter trolls or attacks. Demanding people "Support and encourage" "Dr Sandler" when he in his role as CEO has failed to earn our respect. Perhaps if Dr Sandler or his team had taken the time to update the market and dispel the many attack vectors and spent 5 mins updating a website then the market would appreciate Hemogenyx and shareholders would not feel the need to sell the benefits of Hemogenyx to other investors. But go ahead attack shareholders and support the trolls and blame the shareholders who have stuck by "Dr Sandler" for YEARS for the s4177y shareprice instead of looking closer to home. We are SHAREHOLDERS, not mugs, we want to defend our investment, maybe google fiduciary duties of a CEO over the holidays.

121 does not want hemo to fail. Rather he knows they will succeed and he will be pumping away with positive bs instead of negative bs if he is ever able to free up his cash so he can invest here. He is at the train station, can't afford a ticket, can see the train getting ready to depart,thinks flashing his privates and throwing fecal matter around will delay departure. Bit sad really.

Digit, RE the run for IND, your previous question, several large investors who have a large presence on Telegram and Twitter took an interest in Hemo because there was a date available, they and followers were loading anyway then when you add in CBR.. we ended up hitting 4p. For me, and I think most of us, WE are very excited about CBR, but traders want dates, short term concrete (or atleast high probability) targets that they can trade, and THAT was CAR-T IND.
All of that aside, all this is history, its all discussion about Hemogenyx as a pre-clinical/discovery phase Pharma. What has come before is not what will come to pass.
If you have 10 companies actively selling cars and 100 companies designing cars they want to sell its hard (but possible) to convince the market that YOUR company will make it to the market. Tesla did this and out performed many revenue generating companies years before selling a single car. Its HARD and Vlad has failed to sell Hemo to the greater market. So we wait.... When one of those 100 companies make it to market suddenly they are not competing against 100, they are competing against 10 other companies all with a proven product, all with substantially higher mCap. What happens? Does number 11 stay 10x under valued? or does it rerate?
Principal applies equally to Hemo, its valued at what? 20mil?? As a clinical Pharma with an Oncology target CAR-T candidate in Clinical Trials it would be the cheapest by a country mile company I have found. 150-300m is cheap by all accounts and there are many companies in this bracket that DONT have anything else, dont have a cure for anything CBR. So 4p? 4p is nothing. Its a joke, its 40mil which is still miles below peer clinical oncology CAR-T treatment companies.

Soon we will find out, last RNS is there for all to read, IND will land soon enough and either I am proven right or not.

I can only repeat what I remember from Vlads interviews, it is in an interview with "TastyCopy" or something on Twitter, TMS.... But basically CAR-T is toxic/harmful to healthy individuals, it cannot be given to healthy trial participants in Phase1 trials where they ONLY test for safety, as such the trials will be Phase 1/2a where they test for safety whilst also dose escalating for efficacy. They will select patients who have AML, already tried Chemo etc and relapsed, and they will be treated and hopefully cured. So basically we could know (or atleast Hemo will know) from patient 1 if HEMO-CAR-T works.

There is unlikely to be anyone reading this site who is not already an investor and existing investors already have taken their position. Until news lands posting here is pretty pointless..... In terms of expectations, I would caution people to do their own research and look at history on here, for starters we hit 4p on ANTICIPATION of IND which came pretty much solely from pre-existing investors who knew about the date from vlads Zoom. So if you take the fact that an IND is public and Trails etc will be available on websites that are not controlled by Hemo the added exposure should do considerably more than the 4p previously. In terms of "risk" around IND, there is very little, the risk comes in trials, most IND applications go though without a clinical hold, there is sometimes requests for more info but most reports I read just take IND as just a formal step between pre-clinical and clinical. IND is the catalyst, not approval, which IF it comes is because its been fast tracked, IE < 30 days, there is zero requirement to actually approve it atall even after 30 days, they simply just dont object.
That aside, last year I believe the grant was announced on the 11th april? An extra 4mil cash, no equity issued on its own has to blow us past placing price.
@PK, Vlad has said before it will be a rolling trial, one at a time, 10 days between with 20 patients - I THINK, this is from memory as I cba to go over the old videos. He has also said before he would be willing to sell as soon as they prove it works in trials which does not necessarily mean at the end, they could decide to licence after 1 or 2.
I have no clue how long phase 1/2a officially lasts as I assume even after treating the final patient there is a period to wait for tests etc? I am going to guess 1-2 years, but its all kind of irrelevant, if it does NOT work and it kills people it wont get very far before FDA puts a hold, if it DOES work Vlad will tell the Pharma's who will likely buy it early anyway before he tells us.

Sp is just stupid right now. None of the traders in pumping it up which is good but the SP is still frustrating, but it would be foolish for people to assume that they can wait for IND and just casually buy in at anything even remotely like this SP afterwards.

This is what gives VALUE to a company as a stock to hold, no more Vlad saying to people "Atleast 6 months, then a minimum of 3 runs etc". I get that Vlad was just trying to be honest with investors but reality was he was just giving "investors" excuses to sell for a few months before buying back.
Today we are sitting with ALL pre-reqs for IND complete, with RNS confirmation, it literally could be any day.
We have a New York Grant of up to $4m which IMO they will get, a decision on which is either due now or very soon, the results of which should be made PUBLICALLY by an external org (NOT Hemo) within weeks
In Vivo results for CBR which started first week of January due at any point (imo already overdue)
List goes on....
Not sure how anyone can "Trade" hemo right now, which is probably why nobody seems to be trading! Tiny volumes, very little trolling and despite being slightly red IMO confidence is very high amongst holders.

I don't follow it closely enough to comment, good luck with it anyway!

I dont believe your as negative as you let on, I believe your actually very confident Hemo will file IND and you believe the mCap will do multiples.
Difference is, I AM FULLY LOADED, I have been for a very long time and will remain so though IND and beyond. Your soiling yourself because your out and know each day you risk being locked out for good!

Side note, not that its any of your business, but EVEN IF I WANTED to dump I could not, sure I could sell a few million, but here is one that will make you laugh, my broker has been banned from trading and has been for the past few months. All those shares I got a few years back in the placing? Cant sell them, I have to get them transferred to another broker but have been busy and it will take like 6 weeks. Its nice being already fully loaded, I am not sure I would rest easy not knowing when IND will land, what if an update on CBR lands... Na, not paid, been here for far too long, if he was being paid he would be worth millions by now and be living on a beach in Bali or somewhere! Says he was in Silver Falcon so only in Hemo by luck at the start and given his deramping efforts over the last few years probably has some complex where he believes he is entitled to invest in hemo before it does deliver but has funds trapped elsewhere so just doing his bit so if by some miracle his funds do free up he can load in here at the last minute and declare himself a trading genius :P
Who knows, thats just the image I have in my head, just like his rants its all irrelevant. Vlad will deliver IND when vlad delivers his IND, it does not come sooner or later based on posts on LSE.
When IND lands the RNS goes to all outlets and pharma/investing portals alike will pick up that Hemogenyx has moved clinical. That will attract alot of attention who dont give 2 fiddlers feck what some troll on LSE thinks!

Honestly sounds like your a little panicked that your going to miss the train, unlucky, nothing you do or say on here will slow down progress and when IND DOES land fresh faces will turn up and drown you out and new investors will buy who wont even bother looking on LSE. Dont worry Pumpkin I still have my eyes set on £1.80 per share, granted we have significantly more dilution but at the same time when I first had that target we did not have CBR so although might take a while we should still see £'s not pence. As for what I see happening to the SP on IND and start of trials, honestly? Its not worth posting, you get too much abuse, your not allowed to be over ambitious its considered ramping and gets the likes of you up on your high horses. Its irrelevant anyway, when we go clinical we will attract new investors and this board will be swamped with new faces as we saw back in January and they will decide what this SP is worth, they have the new money not us. Out of curiosity 121 what is it you are hoping for? You said before you dont hold and are waiting for IND, lets say I am right and the others who predict the SP moves to multiples on IND, assume we are right and SP goes 5p or higher, are you still planning to buy when its 5p, 8p 10p? Or will you pray for a clinical hold and try and persuade us all that it will be stopped by the FDA? What if they then start trials and SP really rockets? Will you be praying for a drop so you can buy in then? Why would you buy then anyway??? Even Stu has said he believes IND will come soon and has bought in. I am going to have a guess that the sole reason for your rubbish deramp efforts are because your out but not by choice. I am going to guess you are stuck in another share, you believe in Hemogenyx but you cannot access your money because either the other share where you went balls deep is suspended or your waiting for a bounce there first before moving to here. Just my opinion for a bit of entertainment on a Friday afternoon :-)
