SprintRS, I think your missing the point, while for us existing share holders the IND was all but certain at SOME POINT in the future that is where the line stopped. There was a pool of speculative investors who have invested in Hemogenyx pre-clinical because we believed they would go clinical. WE are not the investors who matter.

The point was up until now Hemogenyx has been pre-clinical.

They have held an mCap far below what is acceptable to most funds and II's

As an investment potential Hemogenyx was not even on the radar for the wider market and infact they were never mentioned outside of this LSE board and the occasional tweet.

We ofcourse will have SOME traders and existing ex-share holders who will buy and trade and may move the SP around a bit, especially with a 30 day count down but they are not the ones we care about, they have never been whi we care about.

What I care about are the investors who have never seen or heard about Hemogenyx before, who dont touch pre-clinical.

I once again present my challenge, go and find me Clinical pharma companies with a CAR-T treatment for an Oncology target sitting at at 20mil.

This company is massively undervalued and due to low volume and lack of focus was dominated by the traders who successfully held it down.

Hemogenyx is with this IND application transitioning to clinical.

Anyway, thats my opinion, you are entitled to your own, for me its irrelevant, I care about the opinions of the people who are not on LSE. I care about the pharma investors who in the coming days will start to see the name Hemogenyx as various sites start to pick up and report on the IND application. I care about the buyers who know what CAR-T licencing deals are worth, who know the market and dont give a toss about what has happened here over the last few years.

Considering the SP is STILL below placing and actually dropped a little Thursday and Friday, seems pretty clear to me that it caught most traders off guard! I guess clinical trials and licencing deals are also 100% baked in?

Today is is a turning point. The IND is the mark of transitioning to clinical not the first injection, no more waiting, its with the FDA and the countdown of 30 days has begun.

Vlad is now free to complete the Master Agreement with the unknown partner who will run the CAR-T trials.

This is when we start to attract the attention of Pharma investors who have shunned hemo up to now as non-clinical.

This SP is NOT going to last, the mCap is not sustainable as a clinical Oncology pharma with CAR-T in clinical trials, I have put the challenge out there before, go find cheaper comparable companies with CAR-T treatments for cancer in trials, I will wait!

People seem to be forgetting we have already hit 4p this year on anticipation of IND. Not the actual IND... purely traders expecting it. No PR, no news articles about new treatment for cancer, no coverage in any pharma publication.
Love someone to go compile a list of other Phama oncology companies out there in clinical trials with a CAR-T treatment and their mCaps. Then try and find any with mCaps less than 30mil. Don't worry, I'll wait.
On the subject of the IND, follow up questions are one thing but feel free to Google actual rejection percentages, I'll give you a hint it's very low!

Roll on IND so we can move past the pre clinical traders and hopefully start to see investors in this field turning up!

IMO it's disgraceful that vlad did not go for this grant. No excuse for it as the conditions clearly made Hemogenyx eligible. I suspect vlad didn't want the extra oversight that came with it. And yes was able to fleece shareholders safe in the knowledge that at the end just before making the transition to clinical he could issue himself a huge wack of warrants to make good on HIS dilution.
I said before after "HemoKnowledge" posted that it was pretty clear they had not applied.
Believe me when I say I am NOT in the Dr Sandler fan club, however that does not dampen my confidence that we are about to rerate.
He gave himself a HUGE whack of warrants half of which are dependent on no objections from the FDA.
IMO the IND is finished and either filed already or just getting checked for spelling, crossed t's and dotted I's.
Hemo will rerate, I will get my new EV and we will see this company going clinical imminently BUT I still think its unacceptable they did not apply for the grant.

The share price is what matters to us, but in the grand scheme its the mCap and where it sits in comparison to every other similar pharma. 150m to me would be very cheap for a clinical oncology pharma with a wholly owned CAR-T treatment, 150-300m is my range for Hemo based on HEMO-CAR-T in clinical trials.

Ooo 7 seats, looks really nice ty... was going to get myself a 5 seater but we do need a 7 seater, have a sear alambra ATM which just guzzles diesel so could swap that... never considered a "big" electric car tbh but I guess they have gotten a lot better.

Vlad has multiple allocations of options at various exercise prices and expiry and vesting conditions.
Some 9p, some 2.5p, some in between. Some have vested already and are immediately available some depends on the FDA not lodging a halt to the IND.

Seems to be some misunderstanding about how they actually work....
Vlad has the OPTION to BUY shares at 9p, 2.5p....
He has not been given shares, they have simply ring fenced shares that would be added to the register only if he buys.... at 9p... at 2.5p etc.
He is under no obligation to ever buy those shares.
It's rare for anyone to buy shares from options to hold. What almost always happens is when the spare is significantly above the exercise price, such as 4p or 5p the warrant holder would have a broker execute and sell x shares and the holder pockets the difference.
There are other benefits such as change of ownership/takeover etc where these options are considered.
Bottom line is there is no risk or downside to existing shareholders when the options exercise price is significantly higher as is the case here. It is like a no cost award or bonus to vlad for achieving a milestone which incentives vlad to support and boost the share price.

Be hilarious if there is an RNS 7am tomorrow saying its been filed :-D

Pumpkin I said finished at the time of the warrants not submitted. As for inclusion in another rns, what rns? The final results was the final results, the issue of warrants was.... issue of warrants. Ind submission gets its own rns. Timing of which....?
Idk,is the ind wholly online or paper based? Would they rns 5 mins after hitting send or wait for an acknowledgement which could be a week later?
Does it matter? It's surely impossible for traders to safely trade without knowing when but knowing its imminent, and if people do want to try trading the increasing volume then fine, it adds volume allowing the mms more freedom to move the sp appropriately.

Agree to disagree, IMO its finished, maybe I am right maybe not, I personally cannot picture them signing off the warrants if it was still in progress. Not that it matters, not waiting to buy and not waiting to sell so just speculation whilst we wait. Time will tell!

Exactly, a formality but still a very important formality step which signifies the transition to clinical status and with it hopefully the mCap appropriate for a clinical oncology pharma about to enter trials. Writing is on the wall, just have to wait for the rns

Noticeable shift in LSE, nice change, seems like the last 2 RNS's did enough to silence the nay-sayers. For me the second, options grant, RNS was most significant, looking back to the last grant "CAR-T Agreement with University of Pennsylvania" it was a smaller allocation only AFTER the agreement was signed. This award is for bringing CAR-T "to the point of preparing it for submission of an IND application to the US FDA for approval.". You could argue that preparing it for submission would have started months and months ago when they finished the PQ's. Why now?
It should be pretty obvious to everyone that Vlad wanted options BEFORE the re-rate as the conversion price is significantly lower to undo some of the damage he suffered at the hands of Mint (nice for him that he has that option...). It should also be obvious that such a significant award is not going to get signed off unless some sort of milestone has been hit.
IMO its difficult to come to any conclusion other than the IND was complete and ready for submission at the point the board met to sign off and approve the grant.
Does that mean the IND has been submitted? They do say its polite to submit on a Monday or Tuesday....
EVEN if the IND has been submitted would Vlad RNS it immediately?

Time will tell, just cannot picture such a grant vesting immediately without a milestone already hit. As I have said before, this Share Price is not sustainable, its unrealistic and it wont last. It should be so obvious whats coming in the very near future I am surprised there is not ALOT more interest and buying, but there is a saying about throwing a horse in water.

You really need to get a new hobby, it seems like most shares you pick either tank or end up suspended and you then waste your life posting here for some reason, IDK why, but it's sad.

General consensus amongst the investors I have spoken to is ind is finished. Made money out of Hemo? I am sure there are a few who have, to the detriment of the company and other investors, made money and banked a profit from hemo. I assure you I am significantly in the red but it neither worries me or alters my view on the potential. You seem to jump back and forth between shares and sometimes you win but more often seem to lose, each time locking in losses. Honestly, never in a month of Sundays did I expect it to take this long to reach clinical,but finally, for the umpteenth time it feels final this time. Apart from one blip a few years ago I have held since 2018 and it's never been for 5,10 or even 20%. You carry on with your digs and snide comments, it's nothing but an anonymous screen name on an open bulletin board. Just remember I, and others are sitting on millions if not tens of millions of shares and we are convinced this sp will do 10p+ in the very near future, when that happens we won't be around to gloat so just enjoy this period of stupid sp,it's not sustainable and it won't last.
