Hedge, I have TWO big issues with your posts, let me elabora

On the subject of funding for clinical trials, personally IMO its a mute point.

Go back and listen again to the interviews Vlad did in the past, he has made it abuntly clear that he will licence it as soon as he gets a good offer. He made it clear that the best value for shareholders will only come when its been tested in human trials. Its also been made clear that because of the type of treatment that HEMO-CAR-T will not be tested on healthy individuals as you would for say a pain medication where its a safety trial with no testing for efficiency.

IMO whoever this partner is who is going to run the trials will have already expressed an interest in licencing, but either way I cannot see a small company like Hemogenyx running HEMO-CAR-T trials to the end of Phase 3 trials, its just contrary to all statements made by Vlad in the past.

Hedge, your point about not letting trolls run un-answered, I dont disagree, HOWEVER perhaps take a more nuanced approach. Prepare a short summary, link to FDA website that has the timelines etc, whatever. Then rather than reply and engage, just repost every now and then so when visitors land they get a useful post that means something. Ill make a deal. If you write a decent post that does not address or reply to stu or 121 etc directly then I too will copy and repost that post on occasion.

Any visitors will have either left, gouged their eyes out with rusty spoons or jumped off a bridge reading the posts.

Stu - Your speaking to a tiny audience and the effort put in is having sweet FA effect based on the volume, so yea, work away but honesty time vs reward... you would be better off flipping burgers at McDonalds

Hedge - Same again, your never going to "win" against him as there will always be something new. But you clearly have invested alot of time replying to him, dont waste your valuable time, the days will continue to tick by even if you ignore the clock.

If he has to attack other profiles to achieve his goal then so be it, if he has to sealion people then he will do that, if its lies or pure distraction then he will do that. Stu has a job to do and getting angry is beneficial to him. Seriously engaging in a negative tone is what he wants and helps him, instead....

Counter with logic, actually post about Hemogenyx, links to FDA and RNS's which prove our positive standpoint without giving oxygen to the nonsense. Report posts that are manipulative or inflammatory if they breach the rules and if LSE dont take action then email until they do.

We are all here for the same reason, to make money, some of us want to do so by supporting Hemogenyx, others....

Just stop and think, really, do you think those 2 in particular would dedicate hours a day posting so much, literally some weeks its like a full time job for them. Stu is not stupid he could easily be doing something more productive. do you really think they would spend so much time if they did not believe it would affect some people? And yes whilst trading.

Before putting others down take 10 minutes and think about it, you want this SP to go up like I do, how exactly is your posts going to have any positive influence on anyone? I visited this board and all I saw this morning was a wall of MrIndia, have not read but pretty sure its all negative. Seriously if you need to sell some then sell some and keep the toxicity off this board. The ONLY constructive reason to post like this is if you want to negatively affect the SP and you want to trade, I know you and I know this is not the case which means your posts are just self destructive. But for Stu and 121 its intentional to move the SP down.

There is no other source of info for Hemogenyx, this site is it.

Posts here DO affect some people, not LTHers like myself and others but some traders or investors who cba to read.

If you are not intentionally trying to hurt the SP then knock it on the head and chill out, FDA will approve the IND in a few weeks and this will be a distant memory.

And while negative posts from you, stu and 121 might not have a huge impact it certainly puts off people like myself from posting anything positive so its a double whammy, good job! Off to work now, wont be posting for a while wasted my 10 minutes replying to this crp instead of posing something positive.

Why on earth would they do any production runs before enrolling patients? I dont even know if this is a deramp or what? Its just bonkers? They will get FDA approval (Or atleast no objections) at worst by start of June. As a clinical pharma they will sign the agreement with the partner who can then start the trials, whilst I am confident they have the hospital and doctors lined up I doubt they would have patients enrolled yet, given it only takes 10 days start to finish there is no need anyway.

Lets be clear, we have 2 posters who love to have a go:

Stu - Just a trader who sees the window between now and 30 days as an opportunity not to be missed.

121 - Just an ex investor who holds a few but used to hold a lot, probably views himself as an LTH who is "ENTITLED" to fully load up before they really take off just because he found the company years ago. But he decided to trade and invest and get himself trapped elsewhere and feels he is owed the chance to get back in before it takes off, basically deramps hoping to give himself that opportunity.

Thats MY opinion anyway, its just how I picture them, either way, even if they are up to anything more sinister who gives a toss, they have a tiny window before IND or even sooner when volume will pick up, publicity will increase and they will not be able to stop it :-)

Dhub the reason you dont see any posts from HFH is because his wife has banned him from the site! No seriously she has blacklisted LSE like in the parental filter as he was spending too much time! And I assure you he is a grown a$$ man lol but yep, his wife put him in timeout :-D

Anyway, its ticety tock to IND which I am confident will sail though after the effort put in and when this goes clinical we will see significantly higher numbers, its just a waiting game atm! Ignore the noise and enjoy life, let the FDA do their thing

Trying to see a downside there, if its a placing at a significantly higher, Clinical Pharma appropriate SP then fine, if its a non dilutive grant or loan, excellent, if its through some sort of partnership or licencing then even better.

What is certain that there is no way to raise the sort of funds that would be required though placings at this current mCap for what will be needed in future. I for one have no qualms about saying that they will need money down the line, PROVIDED you are not trying to make it sound like they could even remotely think of raising that money at anywhere near the current SP which is a joke.

Hedge, 100% agree, not guaranteed but based on previous metrics its very likely.

Anyhoo, going to leave the traders too it, they can get away with it at these levels with pretty small pots because of the low visibility. When the SP goes up you need much more capital to affect the SP, visibility and volume are key. Going clinical, starting trials WILL drive publicity and with it visibility, valuations and volumes, just gotta keep our heads down for a few weeks and ignore the noise.

Valuations are irrelevant if they are from us, by us and for us. Most of us are speculative investors buying a cheap share while its cheap because we believe it has significant re-rate potential. If it was valued as we believe it SHOULD be valued right now then in all likelyhood many would sell. We need investors to buy and hold who want to hold at that higher value, the larger funds, II's and the like. I have no doubt that day will come, it could come tomorrow or it could take a few weeks or maybe months.

The simple fact is right now we dont have the visibility or volume or publicity, but I remain confident this will come as we approach trials. Really though, worrying about the SP or a few sells when we literally have zero visibilty is pointless. Its like a load of car-boot sellers trading amongst themselves on a Sunday morning before the market opens to the general public.

Will it be a brokers note, or a news article or maybe some large investor, who knows, but at some point this will get the attention it deserves and it will be too late to buy in at these levels. Its why its called speculative investing and why it can make people millionaires overnight. You either believe in your investment, hold, accept you cannot force it, or you sell.

As the old saying goes... Shares are for selling and everyone is a seller.

Difference is at what price, certainly for some 5-10% profit is enough, for others who have been burnt and held for years they will sell at break even. Others like myself have some sort of cult like belief and will be greedy sods who will hold for results/licencing deals etc.

But there will always come distressed sellers who have no choice but to sell, be it for medical expenses, to pay debt, seized by courts or as divorce settlements or perhaps just to live.

Accept that people will have to sell or will want to sell and their reasons are their own, it is not a reflection on Hemogenyx. IMO the company today is vastly undervalued and primed to see exponential growth in the very near future with May and June being the ACTUAL infection point into clinical after many false starts. Its now with the FDA which is independent of Hemo and run to their own binding timelines. This alone is enough but the promise of CBR or even CDX as a bonus is very exciting. There are always sellers. I am not going to be one of them and I have sympathy for those with no other choice.

My understanding on the CBR situation, happy to be corrected if factually wrong:

One year later, so March this year or earlier they would have filed a full patent application which extends this IP protection to 20 years, had they failed to do this it would have been market sensitive and required an RNS as it would remove any protection for CBR/ indicated it did not work. Full application is anticipated and expected as part of normal business operations and therefore not market sensitive.

So what is this talk about "September"?

The applicant companies have a grace period in their Patent application when they dont have to tell everyone HOW their technology works, they can keep the secret sauce ingredients secret. They still OWN the right to exclusively use that secret sauce but it just becomes much easier for competition to see HOW you made your sauce, look for gaps or loop holes and basically turns up the heat.

It can be a good thing as if the patent application is very solid and strong and covers every permutation of protein then the competition may decide its so valuable the only option is to licence from Hemogenyx or move to acquire Hemogenyx as a whole. Or competition may find small tweaks enough to make their offering different enough to skirt the patent.

Bottom line is, come October, even if there is zero updates on Hemogenyx on CBR, they will not lose any protection, just the shroud of secrecy which has allowed them to progress without anyone biting at their heels.

As for what updates are actually expected? I have lost track, I THINK its being tested with multiple tracks? If memory serves there is a governmental institution testing one CBR on a family of viruses including Marburg, Ebola etc. There is in vivo testing on Covid-19 and strains which was some Lvl 3 facility, cant remember who if the even said? And there was testing against a solid cancer? Presume this one was in house?

Really not sure, I am confident that CBR will be and is huge, and I agree an update is likely very soon, IMO BEFORE the CAR-T IND is accepted, but god only knows what that update will be, hopefully in Vivo results on Covid-19 or the Ebola variant CBR.

Stu.... makes me uneasy when I sort of agree with you... I also think its wise for anyone who is over exposed to de-risk after IND approval. I personally think it would be a shame to cut and run selling everything as you basically have then zero exposure to CBR which COULD make Hemogenyx the Microsoft of the Virus world. Personally I see 5-10p+ as realistic when this puppy goes clinical and even I will slice a few at that point. IMO getting to that level and point where people can top slice is relatively safe, but it would be very irresponsible to say Clinical trials are nailed on.

We all have our own opinion of what this should be worth but until we start getting valuations from actual institutional pharma investors who make up their own mind we are all guessing, hopefully we don't have to guess for much longer!

stu, have a good weekend, however you have yet to answer my question about what mechanism there exists to delay the start of clinical trials except for a clinical hold which is a very extreme measure and unlikely to be taken lightly unless there are genuine issues or concerns?

i have looked at the fda documentation and they are explicit in saying that the company can start clinical trials 30 days after submission. hemogenyx are not waiting for a licence to start trials, they wait 30 days or they get approval earlier, thats it as per the regulations unless there is a clinical hold.

anyway, off for now, please do forward me details of where you found they can just delay a few weeks to ask a few questions.

We are PURELY talking about IND submission, NOT New Drug applications for approval to sell.

Review Time for initial submission of an Investigational New Drug application is 30 days from the date FDA receives the IND. An IND applicant may proceed with a clinical investigation once the applicant has been notified by FDA that the investigation may proceed or after 30 days if the IND is not placed on Clinical Hold.

After 30 days they will be clinical unless there is a clinical hold of which the odds are extremely low.
