India, worry not, the fact that you dont see anyone predicting or stating with any sort of certainty about when IND approval will come just proves Hemo are maintaining a watertight environment regarding timeline. Frustrating? Yep. But that is as far as it goes, we know what the problem was, we know the FDA had only one concern and we know that Vlad was on the job immediately. There are many more believers than non, hell even the traders and trolls are not stupid and know whats coming, most of the doubt has been removed, its just a waiting game now.

As for traders making 5%? I am not convinced, I have seen LSE report the SP up 5% or down 5%, sometimes more, over the last few weeks, but from what I can see the SP has rarely moved much, just MM's playing with the spread.

I understand that neither Vlad nor anyone at Hemogenyx will release to the general public a timeline for FDA re-submission, nor will they clarify exactly what work was required for the re-submission so that traders/shareholders cannot try and calculate timelines on which to trade.

Feedback I am getting from everyone is that the blackout is holding which is fantastic news and probably in no small way linked to the lack of traders on here.

To answer your question on "Potential timelines"

Potentially Hemogenyx made the request for new lentivirus before ever receiving the FDA official documentation, its entirely possible they have already received, produced new CAR-T and tested in house, prepared the IND re-submission and we are now waiting for FDA response.

Its also Possible that Hemogenyx will take more time to test and re-submission could be weeks or even months away.

To the best of my knowledge nobody on this board (Except insiders) know which is reality, the majority of people I speak to however believe that the next IND RNS will not simply be re-submission but rather acknowledgement from the FDA and lift of clinical hold. Which makes trading pre-RNS difficult and risky.

If you want to look past HEMO-CAR-T.. Update on website, promised and still waiting could come any time

Update on CBR- Multiple strands of testing ongoing, multiple collaborations inc US Government, again updates at any point.

Update on CDX - Work sounded very positive and active but again, just waiting.

We are so far past news being due that news is due across the board, but we dont know when, we dont know what and we dont know what impact it will have.

Just remember we have seen swings lately of 12%+ intraday on no volume and no news, provided Hemogenyx have buttoned down the leaks and suddenly they announce one day the FDA has approved clinical trials?....

See this is why I like and miss LSE, as much as this is irrelevant to the share price its still fascinating. I had assumed (never assume!) that because the CAR-T had passed the PQ runs that the issue raised from the FDA was purely theoretical and based on some sort of red list held by the FDA which flagged a concern requiring a replacement of one component. Which may be the case as I doubt the FDA physically tested themselves. However if AI was able to narrow down to 3 options of POSSIBLE concern then that means that Hemogenyx themselves have the experience and capability to PROVE one of these was the issue.

This speaks volumes to the capabilities and knowledge at Hemogenyx and bodes well for the future. If they were in a position to prove there was an issue where the third party who ran the PQ runs missed then they hopefully were in a position to prove the remediation steps have worked meaning no external testing, but pure speculation.

Anyway, things like this get missed, and no its not price sensitive or overly important, but this company has alot of our money and its refreshing to see they are using the best of available technologies, are proactive and know what the hell they are doing. If they would just fix the website I would have no complaints right now!

Digittt - that is interesting, I did not notice the mention of AI to detect the issue! Back when the hold was applied I did some digging with ChatGPT and that was how I found that Kymriah had similar issues with the Lentivirus when they were seeking approval and how they resolved it.

Be interesting to see what happens in this field in the coming years, AI will so rapidly advance medicine and IMO level the playing field between big and small pharma in terms of research. It will probably all boil down to IP and how essential/replaceable it is. Guess this is where Mrs Vlad makes her money, lets see how easy it is for AI to circumvent the IP protection for CBR, because that is the future of Hemo.....

MMs did a good job drumming up volume in an otherwise dead morning, looks like its now blue but reality is the price has hardly moved all day. Great to zoom out and look at day to day or even week to week movements.

As for news and progress? Happy to say I dont believe anyone knows whats coming when :-)

For my 2 cents I believe its entirely possible that the IND resubmission could already have been sent back to the FDA, it is also entirely possible it will take another few weeks or months, HOWEVER I have always been and will remain an optimist with Hemogenyx so for me? I am going to guess its already been sent back and we are in a 30 day wait period for FDA to respond.

Anyway, nobody can argue we are not in the "window" when IND news is possible, and we all know CBR and CDX updates are due at some point. It will come, just have to be patient and let it happen.

On the subject of CBR, if anyone is bored I think this month??? the full patent becomes published and we get to see all the details (So does all the competition or customers...) Havent had a chance to check yet if its out, away for weekend so it will be monday but looking forward to see regardless

Did you dissapear for a month or so? When the results came out, myself and several others who had been led to believe they had applied were EXTREMELY vocal on here at our disapproval. The response from company was if I recall something like "they were not at an advanced enough stage"

But I actually agree with you shame on Vlad for not applying because that answer is pure BULL. Part of the grant was available for early research, I personally believe Vlad did not go all the way was because when he looked it was clear the level of oversight and transparency was more than he was willing to accept.

The spread has been wider than Pumpk...... Anyway with such a wide spread the SP could easily have been 5-10% up or down in recent times and the SP here would have shown flat. Only some hysteria because the bid and ask shifted when the actual price offered didn't move anywhere near as much.

Anyway.... I picked up 50k at 1.54, not because I know something is coming, but because I had the funds and I think this is a sound investment, I did not buy the 50k to trade for 5% I just want an additional 50k when the IND is finally passed.

I dont know what will drop first, IND, CBR in vivo results, news on the CDX partner, not a scooby doo. I will take ANY of the above and while I am waiting if I have more money to save I will consider adding more if the opportunity presents itself.

Nothing has changed, hardly even the SP, chill the F out and enjoy life, make some friends, earn some more money so Hemo becomes less of an urgency. And please, everyone cut down on LSE, from the bottom of my heart I cannot express how much happier I am not looking at LSE daily any more.

MrI, people are posting their opinions and nothing more, imo Team Hemo have gone radio silence, perhaps a little too much but certainly with regards to timelines it seems to be tighter than a ducks... I know some may disagree and think traders should know timelines so they dont have to be stuck here waiting not knowing how long. I can only speak for myself when I say I am glad nobody is talking and believe its reflected in the lack of trolls/rampers on here as without an edge its alot more risky.

The reality is we DONT know how long IND approval will be, if Vlad moved fast, delays were minimal, if testing can be done in house and the FDA have only to review the one single defect raised in the re-submission then we are in the window when IND approval is technically possible. On the Flip side if there have been delays, if samples have to be tested externally it could take months. It NEEDS to be a surprise and not forecast and right now I believe that is the case and I pray Vlad keeps to this and does not feed information useful to traders with this respect. Those 500k and 1m buyers have sold again, so clearly they were not LT investors so WHY do you want them back? We want Investors, people who hold and build a position, I dont know if they will land before update or after but I certainly dont want traders back in here.

Finally it goes without saying, HEMO-CAR-T has the potential to be life saving and extremely valuable, it is well defined, we are waiting for one issue to be resolved before the FDA can approve the IND, that could be days/weeks/months, the upside when it happens is HUGE.... BUT.... It is nothing in comparison to CBR. CBR has the potential to be the Microsoft of the virus world. We know testing has been ongoing on multiple fronts for a very long time, we know third parties AND the US Government are involved, none of this is secret. When I see people buying here only to trade on the CAR-T IND I keep getting flashbacks of Mel Gibson in Braveheart where he goes on about missing your god given right to something better. For the record I dont think CAR-T will take months, but it might, however, even if Vlad said, cast iron guarantee the IND would not be for 6 months, I still would not sell because HEMOGENYX is NOT a one trick pony, CBR and CDX are very much active and worth alot more than CAR-T.

If Hemogenyx truly have managed to stop leaking anything then nobody can trust when an update will come on CBR, or CAR-T or CDX. If people dont believe they are worth billions then when an update comes is irrelevant they should put their money elsewhere anyway. If people do believe in the science and think they are good enough to trade/snipe at the last minute then let them, they are gambling. I do my research and I can confidently say I have NO idea when an update is coming. It could be today, it could be weeks or it could be months and THAT is how it should be.

Give me a break, MOST of the "rampy" tweets have been about Trump, some about events in the middle east or new baby etc and the few that could be remotely related to progress at hemo have been so vague it was impossible to make out. I think there were one or two tweets (or X's) that were borderline ramping but they came out when the market was closed and the update before market opened. As for "THE TWEET" That Covid-19 one years ago that sent the SP to 15p? Gimme a break it was vague, said they were working on Covid-19 JUST LIKE EVERY OUTHER PHARMA COMPANY WAS TWEETING, turns out they WERE working on Covid-19, at that point they were working on CBR which just so happens to be a cure for Covid-19 and every other know virus, so even that tweet was a serious downplay on actual progress.

Does make you angry some times, you look at the potential, then you look at the mCap and think what the actual F..... Does vlad have to sit on an nest and lay golden eggs to actually see some movement... Bed. Night. Boom! (And I dont mean in repair facilities in Crimea!)

Digittt - I had many chats about the placing, including with one of the brokers who was involved with the placing. I was told by him and others that the market was very excited about CBR, there was anticipation about it and CAR-T and when the SP started going north of 3p and 4p etc there was just a general acceptance that there would be a placing and it became almost a self fulfilling prophecy. The market expected or almost demanded a placing and had put a bit of a break on the SP, some bigger traders made an approach, offered money and Vlad took advantage of an opportunity.

I dont like it but I do not believe there was anything underhand about it. When Sunny was initially spouting about a placing I know that people had spoken to brokers offering cash but at that point there had been no decision to do one.

I think you must have misunderstood something I said at some point though, I 100% do not think there was "blatant manipulation by the company to ramp and dilute us less".

Vlad has been accused of ramping in the past and he does not, when I was critical of him feeding traders in the past its always been a case of Vlad having good intentions. He down plays his achievements and when something is going to take a long time he has been open about it to a fault trying to temper expectations. I think it was last years AGM, he gave the timetable for CAR-T and he laid it out in detail, some very basic maths put us into 2023, the clarity was good and it was nice to understand. However along side this he was then asked about CBR, CDX and Hu-PHEC and he made it clear that no they had been put not on hold but very low priority until CAR-T so dont expect any updates for a few months.

The market responded. Now I cannot criticise Vlad for being dishonest, nor would I advocate "inventing" news but this is where he and I have failed to see eye to eye. That level of transparency, that public guarantee almost of no significant news does not help build interest. It leaves a void.

If Hemogenyx had been private transparency like that is not an issue and very much expected, but its not private and traders and shareholders are not sheep, nor are most willing to tie up large sums for long periods without some expectation of rewards when they can take advantage of opportunities elsewhere.

But, that was then, this is now. If he keeps tight lipped about timetables, then in my opinion traders will buy, because its clear our trolls are not idiots they know the potential and usually only go on the attack when they feel safe to do so and now is certainly a risky period to sell. Final note when I criticise Vlads chats I ONLY mean his future looking statements, I wish he would do more public stuff, I love the detail on the science and think he comes across very well, if only he would just not give any timeframes be it imminent news or delays. Digittt, I 100% believe that once hemo starts to attract a bigger audience and has something a bit more substantial behind it like the start of trials you will be correct and information like that will be irrelevant. Until then we must agree to disagree, I personally am convinced that a small minority have and continue to trade and will use any and all snippets to trade. In my opinion in the past the damage done by those traders was extremely damaging to the viability of Hemo and their ability to raise funds and the risk was massively underappreciated. Anyway, agree or disagree I hope that Vlad catches all of us off guard with the IND approval and with it we see an influx of new pharma investors and this bs is all behind us!

As for the science? I genuinely have zero concerns, there were alot of unknowns before but I cannot fault that last RNS, Vlad made it clear the issue, the FDA made it clear there is only one issue and the only unknown is time, something that is precious and valuable but I am happy to invest and wait, have a good evening :-)

Vlad has written the exact date of the IND re-submission on a piece of paper, it could be next week it could be a few months away.

You can look at the piece of paper but you have to turn over and show it to everyone else at the exact same time, traders and investors alike. What do you do?

I disagree with your statement we know nothing, we know exceptional detail:

There is one issue with the lentivirus which is an issue several other companies experienced resulting in CH, it was resolved by swapping out an enzyme.

The rapid response by Vlad before even receiving the official letter makes it likely this is the issue and also the resolution.

This was a FULL FDA review, so there is literally one issue, no nasty surprises after this.

The only questions we dont have answers to:

How long will it take or DID it take to get the replacement Lentivirus from WuXi (including any potential customs delays)

What testing will be/was required (PQ was about CGMP-compliant procedures so dont expect 3 * 1month testing cycles as before)

Can Hemogenyx carry out any required testing in house

How long will it take Vlad to update/amend the submission

Will Hemogenyx await the FDA response/lift of clinical hold before RNS or will they RNS re-submission.

ALL questions relevant to timeline and traders only, NOT if your a SH waiting for trials.

No HT, I speak for myself, MY holding, I want what's best for ME and my shareholding and what's best for ME is if the SP climbs and recovers and that will happen if traders are unable to effectively trade. The fact there has been radio silence from Vlad on the minute details AND from most of the trolls is quite a striking coincidence don't you think? Lets see if Vlad can catch us ALL by surprise with the next RNS and for once it might actually be us Shareholders who benifit!

MrI, I agree that another CEO over the years with better PR skills could have marketed Hemogenyx much better to achieve better exposure, attract more investment and provide less ammo for traders. But we are where we are and the past is in the history books, provided Vlad has learned from his mistakes then the future is bright.

Ahhh Snooker1000, the fact your asking is a very good sign in deed. I hope that you and every other trader out there have zero clue when the resubmission will be. Vlad does indeed know what the problem was, he did indeed start working on the resolution BEFORE the FDA letter was even received.

I and others have written directly to Vlad and others making it clear that WE DO NOT WANT TO KNOW when the resubmission will be. It could be an incredibly short turn around, documentation only and perhaps the response could already be away to the FDA.

OR Perhaps they have only just received the new batch and still have some tests to run and it could be a few months before we hear an update.

1 day, days, weeks or a few months I DO NOT KNOW and provided EVERYONE is treated the same I am good with that.

NO MORE giving permission or windows to traders who should ALWAYS be at risk when trading of being caught out.

Vlad is the CEO and he has a duty to represent SHAREHOLDERS by telling the public about what Hemogenyx has achieved and is worth TODAY, it is NOT his job to provide a timetable to traders so they can sell and come back just before going clinical.

This silence and blanket ban on timeline has my 100% support and every other genuine investor should feel the same. That is not to say that Vlad should not continue to update us on progress with CBR, CDX and the website. Telling us that stuff works and progress has been made is essential and should be more forthcoming, provided it does not provide timelines for future milestones.

The price tanked to -13% a few days ago, corresponding with the arrival of probably one individual with multiple profiles but possibly more. The assault lasted less than a day and they disappeared. The volumes I saw were pretty pathetic so while its probable they made profit, its unlikely to have been much.

The blue days recently are more likely than not that same individual/s buying back the same holding as they sold, they come here, post BS for a day, cause disruption and then disappear. They are happy and I would say enjoy the "Dump" side of things and I am sure they get some sick satisfaction when individuals like MrIndia take the bait and fall victim.

I am certain they have bought back in and if they have the opportunity in future to poop and scoop they will, I and others post considerably less to avoid helping them, like I say they enjoy the dump side, but its my opinion they rely on shareholders to do the recovery/pump side for them. Just be aware they happen and recognise that every time they strike, wait a few days and we recover, also recognise that they are not an idiot/s, they "scoop" because they know the potential, they just wish to continue trading instead of investing. If people see through the BS, wait for them to strike and wait for those opportunities if you are waiting to add then suddenly it becomes alot less profitable for them and they end up making a loss.
