FDA IND Clinical hold would be announced, they are public and most companies announce same day via RNS, touch wood we are past the first 14 days when they usually get applied and are hopefully safe. Likewise FDA approving IND is significant and requires RNS.

This is not about trust, its about time, its with the FDA, they have their allotted time, they may use the full 30 days, they may use less, either way, we will know in just over a week.

HT, a few people have talked about "Fast Track" and IMO there is some confusion, I am not sure why people associate "Fast Track" With the 30 day IND review period because they are completely separate. I CBA to go look it up now but my understanding is that the company can request Fast Track either with the IND or after and it affects the length of the clinical trials, IE rather than being required to do Phase 1, then 2, then 3 etc... If there is a demand or not a big enough test pool they can be approved to start selling as soon as Phase 1 with a much smaller sample size and the FDA then just retrospectively use actual patients to validate the treatment. Basically its about cutting the years and 100s of millions$ required for traditional clinical trials down significantly.

The actual IND application might be approved long before any decision for Fast Track its a different team and different process. With the IND, Hedge had a great link, but basically they have 30 days to object or not, and at any point during that 30 day period if they are happy and have no questions they arrange a call with the company and tell them they are happy to proceed to clinical trials followed up by a letter.

I would love Hemogenyx to get Fast Track for HEMO-CAR-T but unless I am missing something it will have ZERO impact as to the date of the first patient to be treated, it ONLY affects the lengths of trials required before going commercial.

As for what happens next, as we know the documentation is clear, they have 30 days to object, and when they do object its usually in the first 14 days. Right now no news is good news and with a 3 day weekend the window to clinical is quickly closing, tick tock!

With a pretty reliable known date it is surprising we are not seeing the usual traders etc starting to load up as they have in the past for other known dates. But at the same time does anyone outside of this forum actually know whats coming?

Anyone still on telegram? Has anyone mentioned Hemogenyx in recent months? Certainly on Twitter there is zero discussion about Hemo. On the one side its good that it looks like we have very few traders ready to sell on news, but on the flip I would rather we be significantly higher before we go clinical. I deleted telegram so anyone who is still active, might be worth highlighting just how close this is getting, likewise for Twitter or Facebook etc, be good if people start posting a little about hemo because it looks like Vlad and his team are on lock down!

L2 has ALL MMs holding a hard line at 2p on the bid, when people talk about a rock hard bottom thats about as firm as you can get and something I would be proud of.

I am not convinced the deal was as bad as is being made out, from what I take from it Megasteel were valuing TMOR at less than current mCap or ~ 0.5p per share which IS a significant discount, but the mCap/SP is just a reflection the SP when trading was ceased and not based on anything hard or substantial, if they started trading tomorrow there is no guarantee SP would not drop to 0.2p which would make 0.5p a bargain.

I am not saying the deal on the table is good or bad, but there are positives, one I see is removal of fundraising which in this market where any fund raise = punishing dilution thats a good thing. The next point is that VALUING TMOR at 0.5p for the purposes of the takeover does not mean that we get 0.5p per share that we hold, we STILL hold our shares. When the enlarged new company starts trading there is ZERO guarantee about what the opening price will be. IF the takeover bring significant value to TMOR (or whatever ticker they switch too...) then it could still gap up to 1, 2, 3p etc.

On paper, very quick scan easy to assume we were about to be shafted but honestly IMO its not as black and white as that, and regardless, looks like the shafting is not happening anyway so atleast they have listened to shareholders, rightly or wrongly.

121, you realise ofcourse that you have completely mixed these up and a LOI is not binding where as entering into a preliminary agreement is more concrete, here I googled it for you:

Bottom line is they have an agreement, it is conditional on Hemogenyx being actually allowed to start trials which means waiting another week or so for the FDA to run down the 30 days. Signing the MSA BEFORE hemogenyx are clinical would mean building in numerous clauses and conditions in case of delays or the remote chance the FDA did not approve.

As for the market hating Vlad because of his background? I dont believe the market cares about race and the only colour they care about is green. What I do believe is that the lack of excitement and PR around Hemogenyx is the problem and also solution. Anyone asking "why is there no buying?" Well fact is there HAS been alot of buying, add in the recent placing and that is a huge volume of new shares taken up by current shareholders. Just no PR to attract new shareholders.

You either believe this drought of PR will end or you dont. I personally dont believe its possible to carry on, going clinical, starting trials, announcing a partnership with a large well known pharma, further results on CBR etc and NOT start to attract attention. MCap of 82 million, approx 4 times bigger than Hemogenyx

Their pipeline is tiny and looks like an Inhibitor which is not a cure like HEMO-CAR-T would be and apart from that I can see a treatment they have a minor licenced interest in so sold for cheap.

All well and good for people to reference other companies but please also include their mCap and relevance.

If anyone wants to go out and look for a Clinical stage, 100% owned, Oncology Pharma with a CAR-T treatment even remotely close to Hemogenyx please do!

Question is WHY would Hemogenyx be special? Why would Hemogenyx be the one Clinical pharma with a CAR-T treatment for cancer remain multiples below every other competitor in this space?

Going clinical IS a big deal. Today there is Z E R O pr, publicity or interest in Hemogenyx, nobody is talking about it, not investors, not traders, not the press or pharma publishers. Really, what is the chance that when they go clinical NOBODY picks up or talks about hemo?

Oh and Sunny, the issue was you broke the law, you stated factually there was a placing(long before it was actually planned) which is insider trading IF you had known this to be true. If you DIDNT know then you were lying about inside information which is market manipulation, THAT is the issue.

Please name them Jonny, there are comparable mCap companies out there however not comparable in terms of offering.

Certainly if you look at companies that offer health products/cosmetics etc or companies looking at treatments to improve quality of life with incremental treatments for skin or auto immune diseases then yes I know many companies of comparable mCaps. There are even some treating cancer with very low mCaps however its not good enough to just say XYZ has a low mCap, they sound "Cancerish and pharmy" so its comparable...

Some of the companies are in licencing IP from other pharma, anything they make gets split

Others are working on treatments in saturated fields with very limited licencing potential and just not worth very much.

If you want to draw comparisons by all means do so, but you are looking for:

Oncology - Cancer

CAR-T treatment - Currently the "hot" topic attracting all the attention, plenty of examples of licencing deals around for CAR-T cancer treatments, not hard to find what its worth

Clinical - If the FDA dont object to the IND application within 30 days Hemogenyx ARE clinical. For the record Hedge (who got completely sickened of this site and has quit), did some research into the process and MOST objections and questions are raised in the first 14 days of application. Add to that that ~95% of applications are fine then I really would not want to be the person betting against Hemo at this juncture.

Nothing is guaranteed but death and taxes HOWEVER I am as certain as I can be that Hemogenyx will be clinical in the very near future and they will re-rate and re-rate hard. IMO the company was EASILY worth 100m+ Pre-ind esp if you consider the potential of CBR. Make this company clinical, get some god dam PR, fix that fecking sh17 website and we will not be sitting having these stupid discussions about mCap or rerating ever again. Lack of volume, visibility and pr is the issue right now, sooner this goes clinical the better!

Hedge, who was a real asset to this board but has quit because its soul destroying, shared some excellent links on the FDA IND process, one very positive aspect was on the "raising questions", obviously this is not binding or guaranteed, HOWEVER most questions or objections are raised within the first 14 days of an IND application, which is tomorrow.

Not saying we are home and dry but certainly odds are in our favour at this point.

HH, your contribution has been first class so please dont pack it in, that said I have been there and felt the same numerous times over the years. At some point it becomes obvious, there are not enough genuine active shareholders on here to drone out the trolls. Sadly however there is nowhere else people can go too for info on Hemogenyx. The Hemo website is a farce, still has CAR-T as being in vitro testing and no mention of CBR. If there was an actual website for the company with up todate info and anyone, even a student doing their PR and some sort of social media presence I would be saying we should all abandon LSE.

Sadly however there is nothing, zilch, so please dont disappear for good, but respect your decision if that is what you do.

I will repeat a previous message though, engaging with trolls and the trolls always win, I am as guilty as anyone, but your post just proves, they won. This site is the only place people can come to get a feeling of whats happening with the company and lets be honest there is NOTHING of value on this site for any new "potential" investors.

FIRST: IMO it wont be a telephone call, there is no audit trail or reportability of what is said, either a letter, email or electronic message online though that new portal they are using.
