Oh come on thats a pathetic attempt even coming from you... Your new line of attack is that the FDA may apply a clinical hold because HEMO-CAR-T takes 10 days where as other companies are looking at 2 day runs? Here is the documentation:

Worth also highlighting that YES there are other CAR-T treatments out there, some approved and in use, what Hemogenyx own is the patent which allows them to target AML, HOW its produced is somewhat immaterial, prove it works and they can use a different manufacturing process to bring it down from 10 days to 2 days, they still OWN HEMO-CAR-T and if someone with better technology for production wants to buy it and do it faster, let them!

Agree it would be bonkers to sell pre-clinical, the discount applied pre-clinical is something like 95% traditionally. Its clear from recent job postings and what he is testing CBR on and where etc that vlad already has his eyes set on what comes after CAR-T is clinical. Hemo is not for sale...... However.... Micky I would be very surprised if there was any shorters active, just been a rough few years for a multitude of reasons. Yesterdays update should give you alot of reasons to be positive, it has shut down any talk about failed runs and attracted several new faces confident of IND but more importantly there was ZERO big buying just before the RNS landed and it landed not at 2pm or 7am, it was an early mid day RNS. For once I use the name Dr Stonewall as a compliment, for a long time traders have managed to get in just before an RNS and it was clear they knew, yesterday caught people off guard. I hope that the IND application will do the same, no forward warning, no hints or leaks, we know it was not submitted at Thu, 23rd Mar 2023 13:32 but from now on its no mans land, hours/days/weeks? I would hope that Dr Stonewall does not tell ANYONE when he is filing, how can people trade if they dont have ball park estimates? So people either now trust that IND will be filed, it has been significantly de-risked for those who had any doubt, or they dont. What was annoying was the people who believed IND would land but also believed they had a long time to wait and trade.
Vlad still needs to up his game telling the market about Hemogenyx and progress made to date in all his products but for now I am happy. Next RNS IMO is IND, I am happy because Vlad has shut down the attack vector of tests failing. Will it be hours, days or weeks? Nobody knows, so those who want to trade you are gambling, you can guess that you have days or maybe a week, but did you predict a 1pm RNS yesterday? Did the big selling in the morning indicate that people knew it was coming?
If Dr Stonewall can keep up this silence and until he is ready to crash down that wall down and trap the traders on the side lines with a knockout IND RNS then all past mistakes will be forgiven. Once that happens I predict news flow will significantly improve, its been demonstrated in the past, when SP is doing well Vlad is in a better mood, investors are more complimentary of him and in reciprocity he provides more updates and does more interviews.

Will it go into no-mans-land on IND? Will it be on start of trails? Will it be on successful trial results?

Thats what differentiates people on here, I wont lie and say I dont care, because obviously I DO care, but its still somewhat irrelevant as I cannot sell most of my holdings even if I wanted too, your gambling on no movement on IND, or you want people to think you believe no movement, which is fine, we each post to suit our own motivations. You are gambling that you wont miss the train, I am gambling that the train wont have a derailment.

WHY do you believe that dhub? Not a trick question, being serious, where are you getting that Hemogenyx are going clinical IMO in days or weeks?
I get it from RNS's, calls, interviews and such and I suspect your the same, but as I keep having the discussion with MrIndia WHO apart from existing Hemogenyx investors listen to that? I see zero chat about Hemo in most telegram groups, on twitter its twiddle dee and dum the deramp traders and its only on THIS LSE board Hemo is discussed. Traders had the date of start Feb and all piled in and we hit 4p but this time around none of us have an exact date which means traders are not interested, anything more than 2-3 days is considered a LTH.
Google Hemo and there is nothing, go to their website there is nothing. There is literally ZERO focus on us and Hemo moving Clinical and with it the PR and media attention will significantly more than any of us have ever seen. When people start to look and take Hemo seriously its likely they will also start to look at the likes of CBR and CDX.
Today Hemogenyx are non-clinical with zero visibility having spent weeks being attacked by trolls saying the tests would fail. In recent months we had a pretty big placing and with that a large holder dumping 100m shares below placing the next day in a huge hissy fit.
We have a CEO who believes in the science and believes when he delivers the SP and market will reciprocate, I HOPE he is right. He is not out there pumping or ramping he is very quietly trying to deliver IND and when he does the PR will come. I am SHOCKED at the SP, I think the mCap is disgusting, but its not hard to understand or accept it for what it is. The question is what do people believe will happen on IND, some like 121 and Stu think going clinical, filing IND means nothing and we wont see any movement. I think IND means a significant re-rate up towards double figures, if I am right then I will be rich, if the are right I will be exactly where I am right now.

I just hope that Vlad does not tip off ANYONE before IND lands, hours, days, weeks, who knows! Thats how it should be, if people want to sit and wait let them, as long as its an even playing field.

The REACH gives us ZERO details about timescale, it did not say when the test results came back nor does it say what effort is involved in completion of IND. IMO The REACH was in reaction to the copious amounts of FUD being spewed out on Twitter and LSE and it was just to put an end to the constant demand for answers on the test results.

The RNS today caught people out, nobody said it was coming and there was no buying in the hours beforehand. Infact contrary to that the traders were hard at work deramping and there was plenty of selling. Simply put the RNS caught traders out or at a minimum did not give them the opportunity to trade for maximum profit. Immediate bounce back to where we opened despite a significant drop and heavy selling, all this on an RNS that IMO was NOT needed.

So there we are, back to waiting for IND, DR SANDLER, Please keep it like this, DO NOT warn anyone about updates, no more guidelines about delays or time to ANYONE, catch traders out. IND IMO could land at any point.
Could be tomorrow, it could take weeks, IMO it wont take months but what the hell lets say its possible. The last requirement has been OFFICIALLY confirmed to have been crossed off. If people want to sit on the sidelines, or trade or gamble you work right away, good luck!

Digit, its is a REACH announcement so we cannot say based on the RNS when the runs were complete, it could have been days ago, could have been weeks ago. Either way, its all irrelevant now, I was getting sick to death of constantly hearing all this doom and gloom about tests failing when it was blatantly obvious to most that was not the case. Finally, line drawn underneath.

seem incapable of patience, so there was a mistake on the first application? Whoopie. If it was significant they would have RNS'ed, it happened that long ago you can probably assume whatever the issue is has been corrected and they have either already re-submitted or its close. I wonder do people keep forgetting that Hemogenyx is a regulated, audited, listed company with a board of directors and oversight? We all have our own opinions of Dr Stonewall but the rest of the team have experience running businesses successfully.
I hope that Vlad has cut off ALL his updates not just the public ones, those private mails with alot more details to investors who brown nose, sorry, not investors, traders... Fact is genuine investors are peeved because it has not landed yet and we are sitting 5 years on at a **** poor SP when the science demands much higher. LOADs of people have confirmed they are sold out, but yet they continue to post, I wonder why? IMO its nothing more than fear of being caught out, watching very carefully for a leak, to the best of my knowledge nobody is getting a date this time around. Vlad F'ed up giving the start of Feb to a select few and I am sure many of those used that to sell for a few months.

Dr Stonewall needs a fundamental shift in investor relations if he want to build his company and I HOPE that process has started.
He needs to STOP giving indications to anyone about when news is going to land, or more importantly he needs to STOP letting people know there wont be updates for X weeks or even months.
He needs to START selling Hemogenyx to the market, that god damn pathetic, 5 year out of date website is a joke and embarrassment to the company. The SINGLE source of up to date information on Hemogenyx is LSE and that has more BS than content.
He needs to start actually updating investors on what the company is doing, I have heard lots of updates from many sources that are actually very good and IMO ARE significant enough to either RNS or put on some sort of website update, but nope, nada. Zero effort to spread good work.
He wants to run Hemogenyx like a private company with "Trust me bro" and sad thing is those who make an effort to reach out DO trust him and the company, but the wider market do not, its his job to change that.

Rant over, not sure why people keep making up their own narratives about whats happening, Vlad has stated many times they are working hard to submit IND ASAP to get into trials. "Problems" are market sensitive, sans update to the contrary things are progressing. Traders are getting annoyed about lack of dates on which to buy back and trade? Un F'ing Lucky.
Hemo is tighter than a ducks but hole atm so RNS could land today or it could be weeks, I dont know and nobody I talk to knows, but we are all confident. Maybe time for traders to move on :-)

I get the feeling some posters are more frustrated at not having sufficient information to allow them to "trade" ie wanting to buy in just before ind lands as the thought of actually investing and holding is somewhat dirty to them?
Unlucky, could come today, could be another week or more. Buy and hold or gamble, whatever!

Nothing is guaranteed, its my believe that IND and Clinical will cause a significant re-rate. Your view is that it wont.
We cannot both be right and we both have enough conviction to place our chips accordingly.
This is what makes it so exciting, the anticipation and the uncertainty, its just nice to know on which team everyone is playing.

Nice try, have a wee personal attack there, try and re-write history, like I said and stands again today, the market makers on days like today hammer stocks across the board, its temporary, not linked directly to hemogenyx and unlikely to have any lasting impact.

"most are expecting" - Very few people are expecting an RNS about independent testing. Testing is done, its been confirmed by others on here who you can chose to believe or not. If you dont want to take their words for it fair enough its irrelevant. Either way, the last 3 updates on IND PQ runs were all REACH which means that Dr Stonewall has assessed that results of the independent party are NOT deemed significant enough to RNS.
As for the absolute radio silence, I personally believe its because we are about to have a transformational inflection point with move to clinical via the IND and he is being extremely careful not to land himself in hot water by posting anything that could be construed as leaking inside information, easier to just say nothing.
The markets yet again have crashed because of banking crisis, Hemo will experience some of that pain because the MMs will rinse everyone where they can and I am sure some investors will have exposure to banking. But this SP is not sustainable, we will bounce hard and fast.
