Surprised and disappointed by a placing at 2.5p, disappointed not to be invited this time BUT I managed to pick up a few this morning at 2.5p so I feel better about that.
This atleast explains the price action of late, there was ALOT of selling in recent days holding down the SP and it did not make sense unless there was a placing. I had just hoped they would wait until AFTER IND and done it much higher.
BUT....
Its done, the downwards pressure from those who clearly did know about the placing is gone and we should be free to bounce from here. They have used most of the allocation so free from placings now until after the next AGM at the earliest.
Cash in bank means they dont have to slow down CBR or CDX or take a low ball offer.
What I WANT and hope for is if they didnt call around PI;s for this placing that they have one or 2 big institutional buyers willing to TR1 this time.
Bit gutted, but very optimistic and expect this to bounce hard once anger from the placing subsides and people realise feelings are irrelevant and this is a huge opportunity to load. A placing does not slow down IND application which by my calculation is only a few weeks away.

There is a strong correlation between the amount of time I spend NOT looking at LSE and the positive movement of the SP, been busy with code reviews all day and we are 7% up..... maybe I should do more work more often.... :-D

I cant help but think that this forum would get alot more people posting if they allowed gifs and pictures...

They actually dropped the bid below 3p while leaving the ask alone, "gone fishin'!" comes to mind......

Think the days of massive orders are over, when it's constantly NT to buy 150k, vs a few weeks ago when you could buy 1m+ under ask.

Just a short history lesson for folks.
PQ Run 2 RNS came on the 4th January, on that day volume was ok and SP rose a little but it was quiet, twitter was quiet and LSE was quiet. MMs sat on the Ask controlling the rise.
The following day as orders had been filled and traders had bough in twitter came alive and trading volumes on the 5th was more than double.
Today twitter is quiet, the traders who were in a few weeks ago are not saying anything. MMs are sitting on the Ask with it being NT to buy with Peel top of bid and ask, because they once again are order filling.
It would not surprise me to see a re-run of PQ2 with a somewhat subdued day today while the traders buy in only to see every granny and their dog out talking about Hemo tomorrow.
As has been said, this is it. There may very well be no more warning about CAR-T before IND and clinical.
CBR and CDX could land a surprise RNS at any point aswell, but CAR-T IND is the one we KNOW about, we know whats next and its coming very very soon.... Tick Tock....

Are we single figure until IND submission yet? Not quite IMO but if you only consider trading days....
Will the traders try and get in another rinse and repeat before IND submission and Clinical? God I hope so! I hope they once again sell out a day or two before IND Submission! That would be so sweet, like honey dripping on my lips :-)
Vlad the mad scientist is happy and I am ecstatic, the wait is finally over, I really hope we get to know about the first patient, whoever it is is going to have such a huge fan base I hope CAR-T cures them and they go public.

People are always going to try and trade Hemo, especially now with the increasing volumes. But it warms my ****les on days like this when it doesn't pay off.
Hemo know EXACTLY what the FDA requires for IND. The 3 PQ runs was the final step. I personally don't expect any RNS for CAR-T between now and IND. And as has been stated in providing no objection to IND THAT Is when officially Hemogenyx become CLINICAL.
Go find me a cheaper Oncology pharma with a CAR-T treatment in clinical trials, happy to wait.
Hemogenyx will rerate and that date is within touching distance.

Per the RNS "identical" donor cells have been used for each of the 3 runs(one patient), this means that having done run 1 the chance of a successful run 2 and 3 is significantly higher. I dont believe the cells are from a waiting patient, its possible but likewise that would have required trials to have started with a patient already signed up. While they are waiting for HEMO-CAR-T to be signed off by FDA that patient would not be able to partake in any other trials with no clue when they could start treatment which would be cruel. But who knows, just my thoughts. Not a huge issue as they can have a CAR-T treatment ready in just over a week using their own labs anyway. Or if they can take it down to 24hrs then even better.

Now, a 7am Monday morning update on Run 3 of CAR-T or in vivo results of CBR against the latest strain of Covid-19 would be a very nice treat :-)

I assume traders spooked by the trolls, well done to them, they earned their pay. To each their own, anyone spooked by a 2bit 1 post anonymous profile on LSE or Telegram needs their head examined. I on the other hand am very confident that there will be positive news in the immediate future. Probably next week I expect an RNS on run 3, and I would love it to be Monday at 7am, that would be absolutely perfect after the sellers have sold, nothing tastier than the sweet tears of traders buying in higher :-D I had not planned to buy any more but that last 50k buy was mine, be rude not too!

It would be market sensitive information if they DID NOT file a full patent application as this would cause protection to lapse making CBR worthless to the company if someone else jumped in with a patent.

Right now, today Hemogenyx have protection of CBR IP.
In April after they have filed a full patent application they will still have protection of CBR IP.
They still wont publish full details of how it works (18month publication rule) so that does not need to be disclosed.
So there is NOTHING that fundamentally changes that requires an RNS. If you can point to any other pharma that has RNS'ed provisional patent application then ANOTHER RNS for patent application I would love to see.

If Vlad wastes the time or money on a follow up RNS then I would be surprised. I guess its possible, but in terms of nothing burgers it ranks right up there.
A RNS at the start to say patent applied for, RNS at the end to say patent granted and IMO thats more than enough. Perhaps he will do a reach? If it was up to me I would not waste the money however.

I am writing to bring to the attention of this esteemed body an incident of illegal insider trading which occurred on the London South East (LSE) website. A user of the forum, operating under the pseudonym "Sunny007," repeatedly suggested over the course of this week that they possessed insider knowledge regarding a placing by Hemogenyx, a company listed on the FTSE and traded under the ticker symbol "HEMO." Specifically, the user suggested that the placing would be announced on January 20th, 2023, and that this information was not yet public.

It has since come to light that this information was false and has resulted in a significant decline in the value of Hemogenyx shares. This conduct is not only illegal, but it is also highly immoral and detrimental to the integrity of the financial markets.

This behavior is in violation of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) article 14, which prohibits the use of insider information for the purpose of recommending or suggesting to another person the buying or selling of a financial instrument where that person knows or ought to know that the information is insider information. Additionally, it is a violation of section 118(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) which prohibit the communication of false or misleading information that is likely to cause regular movements in the price of a financial instrument.

I respectfully request that the Financial Conduct Authority undertake an immediate investigation of this matter and take appropriate action to hold "Sunny007" accountable for their actions. Insider trading undermines fair and efficient markets and it is imperative that such behavior is not tolerated.

I trust that this matter will receive the urgent attention that it deserves and I look forward to receiving a response regarding the steps that the Financial Conduct Authority is taking in relation to this matter.

Anyone who believed that a new random poster who popped up with "Inside information" about a 99% placing and sold is an idiot. BUT people did, and people engaged in his thread giving him oxygen. It was FALSE, a lie, manipulation but yet instead of reporting/emailing and ignoring people gave it oxygen. And it worked, people did sell and I know people asked me about it and decided to wait until next week "just incase he was right".

Then you have people messaging things like "I see sunny posting again AND someone sold a big chunk".....
I am not sure how to respond to comments like that.... IF you cannot put those 2 together then maybe investing in stocks is not for you.

20mil, 30mil, 40mil, these mCap valuations are pure BS for Hemogenyx, our resident traders have had a bit of fun, broke a few laws, scared a few holders into dumping for the sake of a few quid. Well done them. Seriously though, can people open their eyes and look at the bigger picture, like grow up and stop engaging with the trolls and rely on your own intelligence and do your own research.
It really is not hard to search for CAR-T licencing deals, you can find many at phase one or even earlier, go find one thats worth less that Hemogenyx mCap, ill wait.
CBR, either you believe the recent RNS or you dont. If you dont, sell and move on you should not invest here. If you believe it and you think a fair valuation for CBR is anything less than several 100 mil then Pharma is not for you.
If you actually think vlad wants to destroy his stock holding further by a huge dilution at THIS level pre IND to raise pocket change then again, your an idiot sell and move on.

I dont want to get engaged back in this board, because I am happy to wait what I believe will be days until the next update, but at the same time feels like we are slipping from what was a quality board with lots of quality contribution to a board that is dominated by trolls spreading BS which has already been proven to be lies. Rant over. On the Hemo side of things, Took advantage of the drop to add a few k shares, the fact is this valuation is a joke. I expect Run 3 RNS next week and I have a feeling Vlads hyper tweets are because CBR works in vivo which is JUST a hunch. If so that would be another RNS next week or soon after with Covid-19 tested. Then in probably in the next 3-4 weeks we have IND submission which means Hemo is going clinical. If someone would DDoS LSE so we dont have to see the filth everyday I would have a very good few weeks :-)

This was a few weeks ago, tests started, timeline to Vlads excited tweeting spree fits....
the Company is conducting in vivo tests to demonstrate that CBR could be used against infectious replicating SARS-CoV-2 virus, including its recent dangerous variants. These tests are being conducted using a biosafety level 3 ("BSL3") facility that belongs to a government-owned institution.

Guys, your getting confused, Stu is correct that the 12 month provisional patent application gives Hemogenyx 12 months to file a non-provisional patent application, the filing date of that patent application is backdated to the provisional filing date giving them a free additional year on the patent.
It is in their interest to delay to the last moment and allows them to say very little about CBR until they have too.
The 18 months is the patent publication date which gives away all the secrets behind the curtain which Vlad will want to be delayed as long as possible so competitors dont have a chance to copy and look for gaps in coverage.

But Stu, to answer your question, Vlad is married to a Intellectual Property expert, I am confident they wont forget to file the full patent application, but by all means email them to remind them the date is close approaching.
