Why would you think otherwise.
It is so obvious that they are struggling to get enough shareholders to take up the offer which is the only reason to extend it or it simply wouldn't have been extended.

The rns last week was also in a way a demand to shareholders to take up the offer

Successful completion is dependent on shareholders and its so obvious, can't believe you can't see it for exactly what it is.

Let's be truthful here.
The open offer has been extended because not enough qualifying shareholders have taken up the offer.
It's as simple as that and we all know it.
Saying otherwise is in denial of the facts and some will look to try and paint it in a positive light and I can't really blame them as they have a lot to lose.
But been in this situation myself and can honestly say I don't envy them but also I would never ever try and convince others that bad news is not exactly that, for my own sake.

Imo there was nothing obscene about Bull1985's post this morning and it only got reported/removed because it dared to oppose the 'king'.

Don't be fooled as to what's going on, they need pi's to cough up simple as that, and some on here are helping their cause, are they coughing up?

The release of today's rms and proactive presentation could persuade shareholders to take up the offer, was that their intention.
And it looks like it will have swayed a few to do so.
As I said before shareholders are between a rock and a hard place and the bod are relying on them
to part with more cash or .....

But will add that it is a well timed rns.

Initial reaction to rns was that it was positive for shareholders, but when reading starchild post it does look like it is dependent on shareholders providing the cash and in a way puts pi's on the spot.
It's all in the wording of the rns and how shareholders want to interpret them.
But at least it's honest.

It's so they can claw back some of their cash and want any other punter to take them off their hands.

One thing rampers don't quite get is that tonight's presentation and the release of a new Auctis report has only one intention and that's to get existing shareholders to bail them out because nobody else will.

But also noted that even though they said it was heavily over-subscibed they only placed just over 47m a bit short of the 63m that was available.
Think they should have could have left that out just a bit embarrassing and also maybe not raising enough for finance latest plans which isn't what I wanted to see.
