Drilling of Saffron 2 can't have started or an rns would have been issued

If saffron 2 was studded last night an rns would have to be issued without delay.

Something that I find really sneaky, don't know if that is the best way to describe it but.
The result of the OO won't be announced until 5mins after close of trading and the result of the Placing won't be announced until tomorrow at 7am.
So anybody in at 4:30 tonight is in and come what may good or bad.
How many will be tuned in tonight at 4:35pm, tomorrow at 7am at not looking at 8am.

panda1, in the Annual report on page 36 it clearly shows the remunerations for 2020 in $ and then for 2021 in €, clearly to make it look less.
2020 for BL was $206, 856 and the for 2021 €250,000 which at first doesn't look so bad but when converted it came to around $305,000.
Why do that only to make it look less.
Really thought BL was different from other ceo's who only look after themselves but beginning to have doubts unfortunately.

I was also not impressed with the salary increase and the deliberate £/€ tactic.
Also it looks like they sold shares before the warrant issue to pay for them but the rns states that they 'intend' to sell some shares to cover the cost. If they had sold shares before yesterday they, as directors, should have informed the market.

Larkin named the company after his fav football team, MU, don't think Mr Fergusson would be impressed with his behaviour and maybe send the famous boot in his direction.

Levi, if they have sold should they not have informed the market.
The rns states that they "intend" to sell but I think we agree that they have already sold.

The cost of warrants for BL was about 140k and if sold 3m at 5p that woukd be 150k that would cover cost of warrants.
Don't know what to make of this, surely he hasn't already sold some of his existing holding to fund the warrants without disclosing.
Hope I'm wrong.

Just done some calcs and reckon BL shareholding is missing around 3,012,917 shares so has he already sold and if so are uog breaching aim rules by not notifying the market.
Might be wrong.

Just thinking did one of you guys just sell some of you oo shares for a 6k profit, sneaky, but we'll done if you did.

Showing as a sell just below mid price so no doubt some will argue its a buy.
But at £76k If it is a sell then shareholders will be wondering why someone is selling so many at this time when the bod are asking them to dip into their pockets to basically bail the company out.
Time will tell, soon.

No bang to head and not on dark side or any side for that matter.
If I think something is positive I'll say so and if negative also so and say it as it or how I think it is imo.
Today I feel is positive in the way that potter is putting in a fair amount but I also think that he may depart soon.
Appointment of Riley is a good appointment and he does have a good cv and is in the right place for bpc.
But don't think they are out of the woods yet.
Spud of S2 is still dependent on the open offer as they have repeatedly stated and don't know if this is to keep emphasising to shareholders how dependent they are on them.
So some good news but they need shareholders to cough up more and thats a big ask as they have lost so much and don't have any confidence in the bod.
Also imo Potter should have gone and someone like Riley should have been appointed as Ceo as soon as possible not Eyran as he was also to blame for the funding fiasco.
Failure should not be rewarded, and the blame is the responsibility of those in charge and nobody else.

I agree with your post not only in what you've said, how you've said it, and what you haven't said.
Riley seems to be a very capable addition to the board and management taking part in the offer is good.

Definately states spud is dependent on egm resolutions and open offer so delaying egm would seem the right option so everything is sorted and out in open in one go.

Just listened to an interview Christian Taylor-Wilkinson gave on st0ckb0x available on ....ube.
Worth a listen and stated he hopes main listing will be early June but could be later but around the same time as signing contract for Mozambique acquisition.
What a difference from previous management.

Got to agree well done to JK and those that held on.
Sold a tad early but made good returns so can't complain.
Don't know if takeover will happen but good luck.
