Take it you never read the filing statement as zeb has no mineral resource or mineral reserve estimates.

"Pursuant to the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement, the Company issued

for all of the outstanding share capital of ZEB."

Never heard of this company before now!
Do know that it was incorporated on 27th March 2021 , Cyprus, why?
Wonder who controls this company, any guesses.

By the way I do wish that all genuine lth get their money back but not individuals that blatantly mislead others that results in them losing money.

Simple fact is there is nothing at Zeb, asset! nothing but make beleive, read the filing statement by Blue Rhino its plain to see.

Don't listen to IG and his mates, who only ever say that this is going to rocket, guarantee they haven't read the filing statement.
Rampers only ramp a bad stock.
These guys will soon disappear when they have offloaded, and new lth's will be created.

Then it will be back to normal, with the new zeb company paying the wages for another 10 meaningless years with the odd update and an agm every 2 years if your lucky.

Have seen tbat report before.
But even tho it will state it's independent it was commissioned and paid for by Blue Rhino so they will get what they paid for, and based on old data, nothing new?
It just seems to me that uru are unable to get funding here and so have decided to go elsewhere to continue doing what they've done for years.
I also wouldn't rule out a name change for uru, for the usual reasons and also changes in directors at Blue Rhino, especially the ceo role.
I just keep wondering why Blue Rhino was set up for and it just seems obvious.
This might get pumped by the usual rampers here and no doubt they will be selling while painting a rosy picture but I could be completely wrong.

Isn't jz owed at least that amount if not more in director fees.

It's a long story going back to the the times of MRS, which you no doubt are aware of if you have done any research.
But just ask how long has this zeb story been going on, and wages being paid.
Why start a new company in Canada to send zeb to.
Uru left with shares in said company.
What is going to pay the wages in uru.
Who is the biggest creditor on uru books.
If uru goes bust, who gets first dibs, the creditor, what do pi's get!
And so it all starts again.

Then uru have shares to sell to keep them afloat and pay masters wages or if they don't and become insolvent then whoever is owed money will get the spoils before pi's, and we all know who is owed money here!

They don't yet have the testing results.
They are only preparing to start testing on or around 23rd July.
Not sure how long it will take to get finalised results, but everything will be dependent on these results.
If they are anyway good then funding will be the next step, but at what price?
If results are bad don't think anyone need worry about funding price.
This is what's really going on in the real world.
