Well eggchaser1 I must assume that your vile post was addressed to me.
I hope you are proud of yourself that you can post in such an abusive and bullying manner.
Also think it appropriate to mention that so far you have received 2 recommendations so well done to them and they must be proud to be enablers of people like yourself.
It's also obvious to me that if I had posted in such a vile manner my post woukd have been removed and probably I would most likely been banned, but I won't report your post as I think It should be there for all to see.

Interesting documents on sedar especially the MD&A.
They are basically saying they are skint and need to raise money to continue and then say they have done a non-brokered private placement of 9.2m subscription receipts for $2.3m.

So are they skint or not, here's something.

"Subscription receipts will be converted into common shares upon consummation of the transaction. If the transaction does not close, sub receipt holders will get their money back."
