Just for clarity think this is a great company and one of my biggest invserments and think it is going to do very well.
Also think BL is doing a great job.
But also think that a 33% pay rise for next year following on from about 50% pay rise the previous year will bring some criticism.
Do not want this to turn into a lifestyle company for directors.

I just think that Hayden/Connely would be better for PI's .
Just think Clarke/Kelly will give Geenstone too much influence and might not be alligned to PI's interest as much.
Can see Greenstone becoming a large shareholder

Not sure if anyone will agree with me but I'm not sure I like the way the BOD is changing.

Wasn't happy that Hayden got demoted for Clarke he could have taken a new role of Coo and left Hayden as Ceo.

Also did not like Kelly from Greenstone coming on board.

Now Kelly is Chairman and Mark Connelly, who worked with Hayden in the past, is leaving.

Might be nothing but I don't like it, just my opinion.

63m shares to be issued but as far as I can tell price has not been set yet.

So do shareholders sell and hope to buy in lower or hold and hope price is not at massive discount .
Australians are halted which means they are locked in.

Hopefully the price will hold but it's hard to know with the uncertainty in the process.
Think any placing shares in Aust are subject to lock in period but don't think UK shares will be.
But it is good they are going to get funds to get things moving.

Just been reading report and it did stick out the pay the bod are on, just got this far as yet.

What really annoyed me ( so far ) was they listed this years pay for BL basic as $270k and then for 2021 basic goes to €250k, just find it annoying that they make if look like it's not as big a rise by going from $ to € when really its about $302k don't think thats funny bit underhand and not what I expected from BL.
Annoyed just puts me off when companies do this.

Just for clarity I'm not here to gloat,been in similar situations but that doesn't really matter.

Don't post much or at all on my investments but do read their bb's mainly to see if there's something new good or bad.
And if someone was to paint that company in a bad light then I would certainly take heed of any warnings, been daft enough to ignore that at my cost.

As for a ten bagger, not in my portfolio, I don't expect anyway but have had 3/4 baggers but have also lost 100% so good and really bad.
But I would gladly like you to post on any of my holdings as all info is good in my opinion.
I don't do any ramping as such and certainly not to the extent of sc or willec, which can be way off mark and mis leading and in some cases arrogant. Which probably is the reason that so many people respond negatively as they obviously want others to invest in bpc mainly to justify their investment but I my opinion that is wrong.
Some others like yourself andTiburn gave good opinions but I never thought that your intention was to get others to invest to save yourself.

Anyway I did have a conversation with Page about one company I like and that thread was deleted and according to lse it was because I mentioned the company by name which I find strange, the company was uog and if you do decide to post on that bb after you dyor research of course I look forward to see if you have any negative opinions because that will actually help me.

After today's rms, I find it hard to believe that some posters on here have not got the humility to admit they were wrong.

It takes a special person to admit that, and it's clear certain individuals and one in particular lacks any decency to do so.

The relentless arrogance and belittling of anyone who did not share agree with their narrative was plain to see, and a few got banned from here for doing so.

I sincerely feel sorry for those who have lost out today and especially anyone who bought in or topped up while listening to the special interest amateur investor group that ramped here daily.
Hopefully a lesson learned and for what it's worth I have been in the same situation so no gloating from me.

Might be a good strategy Tuckman in regards to trading patterns.

Can't see any reason not to get approval for capiral reduction as it doesn't have any negative impact on anyone and shareholders can only benefit from the subsequent dividend.
Just a waiting game, out of their hands.

Yes I did look at the Bahammas media before I asked the question and that was one of the reasons
I asked you.
According to th PM and the AG as of Friday 26th March they stated in the media that they had not seen any renewal application, but that's not go say bpc hadn't done so or if they had done so before 31st March.

As regards to trolling if I remember correctly a while back you stated that you had got a member of your staff to go thru all my past posting history and posted a link to my profile on this bb so please don't talk to me about Trolling.

Asking other people on a bb is one form of researching that I use.
I have already said that if I think bpc is investable and I might do so again.
At the moment I don't think it is but one thing I am looking for is confirmation of the licences
renewal application has been submitted.
You stated that they had applied for the on the last possible day, 31/03/21, if you dont have definitive proof just say so but if you do can you share.
I like to know facts.
I don't and never have had any reason for bpc to fail, there are to many people invested and are sitting on substantial losses, so for that reason I certainly do not want to see bpc fail.
Hope bpc is a success for the record.
