The recent PR videos, new auctus report imo are just to shore up sp prior to some sort of fund raise.
And your quite right to be cautious.
Once the bills are paid, s2 signed off, and clarity on funding are dealt with things will be clearer.
One thing I was also expecting was actual confirmation as to whether the extension of licence applications had been submitted.
Today was last day to do so.
ATB with whatever you decide , I'm sure others on here will have a different opinion but at the end of the day it's up to you.

The big question here is:

Do bpc have enough money to pay all the bills, get S2 signed off, have working capital or will they have to raise more money.
I'm not convinced that they have the cash to do everything and will need a fundraise of some sort be it thru the CLN's or a placing.
But as ever this is just one view of many.
But that's what this bb is for, isn't it, as is every bb on lse.

Just wanted to know, potter said that they had cash at bank of $13m dollars and he also said that they still had $14m dollars available in the existing CLN facility.
The reason I'm asking is because I don't think this was clear in any of the rns's.
So just wanted to know if you agree that bpc have $27m dollars available just now.

Pathetic how it has to be all one sided here while people have lost money and others continually excell at ramping regardless of the consequences.

I wouldn't like to see Hayden leave, one of the main reasons I first invested.

I think everyone knows that bpc requires more funding.
It doesn't look like they have enough to pay the bills and to get s2 signed and drilling started.
Once the books are balanced and s2 gets the definitive nod, then if s2 is good and production starts maybe they can become self funded, but its going to be a bumpy road till then.

Sorry but won't answer any more personal questions, if you recall you never answered questions I posed to you a few weeks ago, which is your right.

But I will say that we interpret things differently and I find some of your posts misleading.

As for proactive and malcy they have only repeated what was said in the rns nothing more.

To many people here sitting on a loss and rightfully questioning why that is.
They are able to see that things are not as rosy as some make out.
Fully understand why you and others post as they do but sometimes you have to understand that other posters on here are not your enemy, but simply seeking answers.

This mornings early post by Shouldvesold is a good example of how someone in his/her position should be looking for answers to what has gone wrong, he/she also post in a very honest non threatening manner which some others could learn from.

Think traffic jam in suez canal due to container ship grounded might push oil up for a bit.

Maybe relocation to UK might mean next acquisition being nearer to home.
UK gov allowing new North exploration might be helpful but think JSE would rather buy into producing assets that risk exploring but you never know.

Not sure who you are referring to but can categorically state that it's not me.

If you think that someone is "acting for special interest groups" maybe shoukd ask why there were massive sells on friday/Monday and who's interest that benefitted.

Understand you sitting on a loss here but you can't blame bb posters for the current sp the only people responsible are the bpc bod and thats where you be asking questions.
The sp won't rise back up to your level by posts on here but what bpc do.

Does anyone know if the Greenstone Resources LP that James Kelly help found is the same company that took a stake in a company called North River Resources.
Just that it didn't work out well for shareholders as they eventually delisted, then after a few years went into administration.

Hopefully not, as I have put these in bottom drawer and was hoping I wouldn't have to bother about them for a while.

But wonder if anyone knows for sure as I would appreciate a reply, thanks.

Could definately do with the Maaari acquisition being completed seems to be dragging on.
Hopefully more acquisitions in the pipeline and are not dependent on Maari being completed and they don't have to hold back funds for the initial costs.
Need more production in portfolio.

Did bpc issue 2 rns's today because the one I read is really bad.
Red flags everywhere.
Read exactly what he is saying it's plain to see there's nothing concrete even the S2 drill is expected/anticipated to start in May.

Haven't even got the rig contract signed and it was supposed to start in February, yet potter has a cheek to say that they have been working tirelessly, really!

People need to really read the rns and the previous ones and also watch those that try to spin it as great news!!
They'll be first out the exit door given half a chance, wiping their forehead and letting out a big sigh of relief saying that was a lucky escape.
Luckily I won't see their posts just green boxes, great.
