Just to say I thought that todays rns overall was quite good but a couple of things were niggling me and I just wanted to know if anyone could clarify the to me.

The production predicted for 2021 was in my mind a lot lower than I expected especially from Maari, am I right in saying this.

Also if the Maari transaction was qoute.

"The effective date of the acquisition was 1 January 2019. Conditional on completion of the acquisition, the entire economic benefit from Maari barrels produced throughout 2021 accrue to Jadestone"
Why are they not getting the economic benefit from production throughout 2019 and 2020 .
Or are they and if so why didn't they just say from 1st jan 2019 until signing of final agreement or something along those lines, thats what I would have expected although I appreciate this was a 2021 guidance rns but still would have come across as being a lot more beneficial to state from Jan 2019.
Get the feeling maybe this might have lead to some confusion and a bit of selling.

Not totally convinced with your explanation that the 135m shares are cleared.

Don't remember seeing anything that said they were got at 0.5p, how did you work that out.

Were the shares not just issued as settlement to corporate creditors but not at any given share price and that was it. Therefore they could sell whenever and for whatever price.
Its just that your explanation looks like they were issued to them at 0.5p and they sold for no gain at same price.

Don't think that anyone can say for certain that these have all been sold yet.

Trading figures over last 3 days are comparable with last week, in fact lower than mon- wed last week.

Noticeable how mm's are keeping bid at 0.5p and this is the same as when lombard were selling bid hovered around 2p.

As with most post this is just speculation, no ramping /deramping just sharing thoughts.

As far as proactive interviews go, generally feel that they are staged to a degree unlike Crux investor were the gloves come off and nothing is off the table.

Blue Rhino have moved their meeting date from march 19th to 1st April, just thought you should know, if you didn't already.

Hard to imagine that of the 150m traded over the past 3 days only 15m are from the other 4.8bn shares in circulation, unless you think that quite a few had been forward sold?

Keep looking back in here as this was a good investment for me.
Still believe this could be a takeover target when the time is right.
At the time of first lockdown sp was around 70p and mc about £35m so with the increase in shares from 50m to 125m after placing todays mc is 32m not far off pre lockdown levels.
Just trying to give honest opinion but I think when hospitality gets nearer to opening this could well see the sp rise with sentiment but for now I would be cautious.

Production now will be around 3,895 bopd not bad at all.
Market cap as now 24m .
This will rerate very quickly.
What a difference to other oil companies.
Well run, honest, upfront and self funding,

Also keeping an eye on this especially if funding gets sorted which for me woukd be a positive but seems to be taking forever.
Maybe there is something going on with change to management.
Agree this has great potential but willing to wait for some clarity, don't mind if I have to buy at a higher price.
One thing noticed in the recent announcement to ASX query that they know they have an institutional investor who has been selling but I wonder who's been buying their shares.
One to watch very carefully for any volume or large/delayed trades.

It does only give one person's insite into quite a few oil companies if that's the sector you want to invest in.
I think zphr is also commented on and it does give honest unbiased opinions which are hard to find on a bb.

I still don't get it, we both used starchild's word in his heading, delusional, but he took offence to me using it but not to you only because I used it in response to the 3rd and 4thn statement and you the the 1st so what was the problem, our opinion differed that was all and surely by posting in the first place he never stated he only wanted answers that suited him.

As far as research etc, I've ask a few things from this board that nobody replies to because imo some are afraid that such info might go against what they want to believe.
And sometimes people post things that are open to interpretation and are sometimes posted out of context and sometimes I challenge these post and sometimes get a lot of abuse for doing so, and if I'm wrong will openly admit it unlike others.

Anyway like I've said before good luck with your investment here but for now unless something drastically changes it doesn't look like I'll be investing again.
