The more I read the rns the more it becomes apparent it is full nothing.
Basically they drilled a duster, going broke, but have to make things look positive so as they can continue down any path that secures their pay,simple.
But they're not alone there are lots of these companies on aim doing just the same, just have to know that when you see them to realise that's all they are and if you invest its just a gamble that others will to and you can get out before the proverbial happens.

Most likely interpretation is bpc are now going to ramp the cerp assets for their pay checks for a few more years.

As for the CLN's maybe it might be set at 0.8p for different reasons than you say.
The rns was a bit of a smokescreen.

So as for its listing it will be under stricter rules but maybe less transparent from a pi's view.

Just want to point out this company has a standard listing and is not on Aim.
So the usual info on an aim company website won't be shown.

Sausage-dog you could look at morningstar.co.uk, and prospectus is on website.
Very interesting to see shareholders list which accounts for about 95% of shares in issue, strange!
So todays new shareholders didn't buy on open market so some shuffling and shenanigans going on behind the scenes.
Let's see if they are going to own up to share shuffling in the way of TR1's showing selling by others to todays tr1's.
If not I will stay clear as it won't be clear whats going on.

Thanks Stretchum but can't see why this company is worth £5m, it has nothing, but there seems to be a lot of companies on aim with nothing but high m/c 's.

JJ just like to point out as far as the previous dividend is concerned I don't think zorbas really had any say in that.
The dividend occurred around 2010 and zorbass didn't become ceo until 2014 which was probably just as well for shareholders in 2010 .
