Which to me doesn't necessarily mean they actually have the cash.
Also why did they issue the 135m shares, maybe because they don't have the cash!

Bpc have €15m cash "available" that's a big difference to actually holding $15m cash.
Just like my credit card, the money is there if I need it but I don't actually have it.
Just another spin by bpc, wonder how much cash they actually have !!

I understand your positions and I understand that you are probably sitting on a loss which you hope to recover on bpc and thats fine its your choice but to me its just really wishful thinking imo.
I don't believe that any majors are knocking on doors and think GG post kinda backs that up.
The door was wide open before the drill and only 1 major had a peak and decided not for them and left.
This meant potter had to go it alone otherwise lose the licence.
So thats what he did but at an incredible dilution to existing shareholders who have held on to the dream for many years.
But being the shrewd person he is he realised if the bid boys didn't want to know he had have a back up plan and thats where cerp came into play.
He's not daft if p#1 was and as it turned out, no matter how people conceived the results, a duster for all intents and purposes, Cerp is there to be ramped for as long as he can.
So good luck because I think that's all you can hope for and for the record I was a holder but not any longer which I think was obvious.

OK if you believe that they are now in a better position than pre drill that's your opinion.
But if you were a major oil company and a small oil explorer drilled a well but did not find commercial quantities of oil woukd your in all seriousness offer to jv with them.
I don't think you would.
If on the other hand they had discovered a large commercial field then thats a different matter, but face the fact they didn't.
But time will tell, and if I'm wrong an apology will be waiting.

OK say I'm a gold prospector.
I find some flakes and after some investigation believe that there's gold in them their hills.
So a try and find a partner to help me drill to prove up resource, no luck.
Then I go to local loan shark who gives me enough cash to drill but at a price.
So I drill and guess what not enough of the shiny stuff to make it worth while.
But then when I tell folks that they start knocking down my door offering me loads of dollars and want to be my partner.

Then I wake up.

There won't be a farm in on p#1, let's be honest or any other bpc asset for that matter.
They can say things like that in an rns but in reality they know it's ............s.
But just my opinion of course .

These shares are for settlement to corporate creditors, who no doubt will want payment.
Doubt they will hold and only put more downward pressure on shareprice.
No idea who they are, but really doubt they will be LTH's.

Noticed Sterling Energy are about to appoint Mr Larkins old boss's Paul Mcdade and Ian Cloke to their board.
Now they got about £30m sitting doing nothing and are not producing anything as far as I know .

I believe that the fact that uru have not held an agm in over 2 years should be a concern for shareholders, not that any voting of resolutions would have any meaning
but just the fact that they haven't done an agm goes against the rules.

All IG's option had to involve buying but my 4th option is to stay well away from uru and don't buy.
If you buy shares you buy shares.
If you sell shares you must have bought shares.

But by staying well clear then buy,sell, hold don't apply.
